NI_FTPFiles Operation: How to set FilesToFTP--- LocalPath in Pre-Expression?

Hi Guys,
I need to change LocalPath parameter in NI_FTPFiles, but I don't know how to write the correct expression.
I can set it like:
RunState.Sequence.Main["FTP Files"].FilesToFTP.ArrayElementPrototype.LocalPath = "c:\\myfolder\\newfile.txt"
But it is wrong.
Any one can help me? Thanks very much!

Try using Step.FilesToFTP[0].LocalPath = "c:\\myfolder\\newfile.txt". Instead of 0 you could use a numeric variable.
It's the proper way to use it in that step anyway.
BTW- The reason yours won't work is because FilesToFTP is an array and has to be indexed.

Data reading and writing problem? how to set " Read from Measurment File express.vi" 's readout datasize?

I want to use Labview to process a data.
Now I have a array in a text file.
this array is very very big. which is at least row*col = 6 * 100000;
the column size always 6,
but the row size is ramdom, some times is very big, like bigger than 65535,
when I use "read from measurement file express.vi" to read this file, the array I could get always 6*5339, I don't know why. the column size is always 5339.
and then I delete the 1st row of the array and then write into a txt file via "write measurement file express. vi", it takes a very long time. almost computer has no response. after a while, no file was creat to record the data.
is there an efficient way to process such big data file and store the processed file into a new file

Hello,
There’s no real efficient way to read the file if you don’t
know exactly how many rows of data you have.
Your going to just have to read a row at a time and add the results to
the end of an array (granted for the clever programmers there are some more
efficient ways to do this than just with ‘build array’). I would start by asking you how much
information you know about the file and what the exact structure of it is (i.e.
is it a binary file, a tab delimited file, or a LVM file)? Could you provide a screenshot of the code
you are running? If you provide a little more information on the file structure
we might be able to contribute some additional information.

How to set NAT Type in Airport Express for PS3

I just replaced my existing WiFi router with a Airport Express, using the same log in information, and all other devices includin iPhone and laptop can get on line w/o problem, but my PS3 can not seems to log in for on-line game, and when I check the internet connection settings, it show NAT type failed due to timeout error. I have read some articles about the need to change NAT Type from 3 to 2 or something like that, how can not find in Airport Utilities on how to open up NAT to change its type? anyone can help? Appreciate.

Unfortunately there are no specific NAT settings on the AirPort routers to change the NAT type. On the AirPorts you either have NAT enabled or disabled. Other options would be to use either a DMZ or open specific ports on the AirPort's NAT firewall to allow your PS3 to gain full access to PS3's on-line gaming service.

Right now the keepalives on services are set using hash values.
But i want to change this keepalives to implement keepalives with regular expression checking.
Any Ideas?

The CSS supports it's own native scripting language that can be used to write keepalives among other things.
Here is an example of a script that I wrote to check a page for some specific text:

Can't find how to set up wires modem, Airport Express, imac

My imac gets its internet using ethernet cable from cable modem (only one ethernet port out of it) to imac. Just bought airport express to send wireless signal to my house so kids can use wireless pc laptop. But want to keep my imac hard wired to internet. What cables do I need to plug in where?

If your new AirPort Express is a 2nd generation model, then you would just need another Ethernet cable and connect it between the base station's LAN (opposing arrows) port and your iMac.

Well, the server.xml file has connection time outs, but that is for idle time, I think... I'm not sure what would happen in a loop... , especially if you are sending some data back to the client in each iteration. Generally you shouldn't be starting a loop that will really run forever. Maybe have some type of counter to break out if something hasn't occurred within x iterations, or create a separate thread that can sleep for x seconds and set a flag to break the loop after that time.

Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In Library Manager it's the FIle -> Rebuild command)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

There is an option under Display settings for Operator Logo but its grayed out.
How to set or select or choose an Operator Logo, if it cannot be set then why is this option present.
I had C1-02 earlier, even in that I had this option but could not use because no one knows how to set an Operator Logo.
Can any one help me in setting up operator logo on X2-02?

To set operator logo follow these steps.............
1.Rename your logo extension to .oplc(ex-nokia.jpg to nokia nokia.oplc)
2.Then go to music player select options>downloads>go to adress
3.Then write file path as if you can save your logo in your memory card and the logo name is nokia then write file:///e:/nokia.oplc
4.Then go to home screen by pressing red button then you se a message operator logo recived
5.Then select view>save
6.operator logo is set enjoy!!!!

Operating Systems: Mac OS 10.6.4 and Windows 7 64-bit
CPU: Intel Core i7/Xeon or AMD Phenom II/Opteron with 4 cores. More than 4 cores gives diminishing returns.
RAM: Enough to keep Efficiency readout at 100%. If Efficiency is low (<95%), adding RAM will provide biggest benefit. 4GB will cover most digital photography uses. 8GB leaves room for other apps and fits huge documents in RAM.
Video Card: Any modern card with at least 512MB VRAM; 1GB if doing heavy 3D work.
Disk: Use a separate disk for Photoshop scratch. If you spend a lot of time opening / saving large data files, another separate disk for data files will speed that up. Faster disks are better. RAID0 is faster. SSD is faster yet. RAID0 of SSDs is fastest but super expensive. If you have plenty of RAM (meaning your Efficiency readout is 95% or more), separate/faster disks for scratch provide minimal benefit. If Efficiency readout is low, a separate SSD for Photoshop scratch will be a big win. SSD boot volume will speed booting and app launch, but not Photoshop operations.
Memory Usage: this should be no higher than 70% on systems running 32bit Photoshop or with less than 4GB of total physical RAM. On systems with 8GB or more, use 70% if you plan on running other applications at the same time as PS, or higher (up to 90%) if you only plan on using PS on your system.
Efficiency %: can be found in the document window drop-down options. Operations fit in RAM when this 95% or greater.
History & Cache: if you work with small documents with lots of layers, start with the Tall and Thin button (which will set cache levels = 2, tile size = 128K/132K). If you work with large documents with few layers, try the Big and Flat button (which will set cache levels = 6, tile size = 1024K/1028K). Using more history states uses more scratch disk space. More history states may also use more RAM, particularly when running actions or scripts on large documents. If you see Efficiency drop below 95%, especially after running actions, try reducing history states or adding RAM.
Scratch Disks: a separate drive for Photoshop scratch disk will avoid slowdowns from Photoshop and the OS trying to access the disk at the same time. If your Efficiency number often drops below 95%, the gain can be large. Faster disks are better. A RAID0 array is faster, an SSD faster still. If using a RAID or SSD, try setting the Tile Size to 1024K – AMD CPUs prefer 132K / 1028K sizes, but 128K and especially 1024K are more efficient for RAID and SSD use regardless of CPU type.
GPU Settings: you can change GPU settings by clicking on the Advanced Settings button. For more more modern video cards there will be three options: Basic, Normal, Advanced. Changes to this setting will only take effect after PS restart, and would be worth experimenting with if painting performance is sluggish.

Notes from the Release Notes:
Compatibility Limitations with Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS)
DMPs that use firmware release 5.2 are compatible with only one version of Microsoft Internet Information Server.
That supported version is IIS 6.0 for Windows 2003 Enterprise. If you do not have the supported IIS version but
want your DMPs to retrieve assets from a webserver, we recommend that you use Apache instead of IIS.
I would suggest using Apache instead of IIS for the webserver service. IIS can be used as FTP if needed.

How to set up Planning on Multiple Servers

Hi,
1) I am trying to install a Finance Planning application so that it runs on one Planning Web Server and the other operations Planning application on another Planning 9.3.1 web server. Is that possilbe?
2) May be unrelated question:
HP_Windows_Install.pdf has only a few lines explaining how to set up Planning on Multiple Servers. Is it as simple as that?
Here are the "few lines" from install.pdf:
Perform the same installation and configuration process on your secondary servers, making sure to choose
Planning Web Server component for any secondary server.
Make sure you select Reuse existing tables when prompted during the Configure a Database task
in the Configuration utility.

Tomcat.
But it will be nice to know the steps for Weblogic too - as Weblogic will be bundled "free" with future releases of Planning.
