NLS patch for EBS 12.0.6

Hi ,
I have a EBS 12.0.6 fresh install. Now I wanted to install japanese language and i am looking for the NLS patch number. I am able to find the 6394500 for 12.0.4. Should I use the same for 12.0.6 also. Please help.

Its a new installation of 12.1.1 on OEL (5.3). Upgraded to 12.1.2 by applying patch 7303033. Forgot to apply a patch on 12.1.1 to enable ARABIC LANGUAGE. As the NLS patch should be applied on the base release. Is there anyway i can apply this patch or do i have to do reinstallation for complete application. Ur suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Happy New Year.
Thanks for taking the time to review this post. I am about to commence an Oracle BI Apps Financial Analytics 7.9.6 install using Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.10.2 as a source for the BAW utilising Single Sign-On (SSO). Is there a list of any paticular EBS Interoperability patches, minimum EBS Family Packs for the EBS modules within Financial Analytics (GL, AR, AP) and SSO patches I need to be aware of?
Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.10.2
Oracle BI Applications 7.9.6
Oracle BI Enterprise Edition Plus 10.1.3.4
Oracle Database 10g R2
All Oracle BI Applications components hosted on a Linux 4.0 32 bit platform.

I don't know of patches off the top of my head, you're best off spending a couple of hours trawling My Oracle Support, that'll throw the candidates up.

We have an on-going (UAT) user acceptance test for a new setup EBS 11i on Aix 5L, for FINANCIAL MODULES(GL,AP,AR,CE,FA).
Currently, we still encountered error or bugs and need to apply some patch one by one.
What I want is a proactive way, which is a one time application of all the patches needed to run EBS 11i error free.
Where can I find the recommended list of all patches that should be applied on EBS 11i, and
How do I reconcile it with the output of the following....

GumasYou need to apply the patch driver u3944888.drv using adpatch like any other patch.
Just make sure you apply all the patches under "Prerequisite Updates" before applying the patch.
You may also refer to these docs which are related to the patch you are applying.

APPLICATIONS 11i INTEROPERABILITY PATCH FOR THE JRE NATIVE PLUGIN
After reading the "readme" about the patch, it doesn't exactly state it's purpose. Is this the patch which will allow both WinXP and Win7 to both utilize 11i EBS on the application server?
I need to make sure that once we upgrade, OA forms will still be available to our Win XP users. The note doesn't make any explicit statement about this.

I need to make sure that once we upgrade, OA forms will still be available to our Win XP users. The note doesn't make any explicit statement about this.The certification matrix for Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) and Windows XP/Vista can be found in (Note: 285218.1 - Recommended Browsers for Oracle E-Business Suite 11i). So, there should be no issues if you meet the minimum requirements in this document.

Please refer the Note 788053.1 :"Oracle Applications NLS Release Notes, Release 12.1 " for NLS implementation of 12.1 instance.
To install Arabic language on ur 12.1 instance , first you need to check ur Database characterset and it should be compatible for Arabic language ( either AL32UTF8 or UTF8)
Also you should have NLS DVD for Arabic language since it is fresh install and for rest of the details you check that NLS note.

from the edelivery.i download the ebs files. the english install,it's all ok.but after install the nls patch, the forms word is change.

I can see that you are applying NLS pack to the Vision instance. Vision demo database comes with WE8ISO8859P1 character set. You have to change this is case you want to install Chinese (I guess UTF8 will work with your NLS).
Oracle does not support changing character set for Vision database but there is a workaround. I suggest you contact Oracle support for the detailed instructions.

Problem in applying the 6078836 OS Library Patch for Oracle HTTP Server

After running the installation, the post-installation System checks revealed that the HTTP, Virtual Directory, Login Page, Help Page & JSP services were failing. All the errors have the same error code RW-50015. ! Require Installing an OS Library patch for HTTP server according to Note ID
Oracle Applications Installation and Upgrade Notes Release 12 (12.0.4) for Linux (32-bit) [ID 402310.1]
I am unable to stop the Database after stopping the Apps tier services. while trying to login into sqlplus hitting up this Error ! Please Advise

11.2.0.3.12 or 11.2.0.4.4 for EBS 12.1.3

Currently we are running our EBS 12.1.3. environment at the database level 11.2.0.3.0. We are getting several errors due to memory corruption. We are looking to upgrade. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations of 11.2.0.3.12 versus 11.2.0.4.4 for EBS 12.1.3? If we do decide 11.2.0.4.4 is there any Doc ID we need to look at?

11.2.0.3.12 is a PSU patch and can be applied to your current install - see https://blogs.oracle.com/stevenChan/entry/can_ebs_users_apply_database_patch_set_updates
11.2.0.4.4 is an upgrade - you will need to follow the steps in MOS Doc 1058763.1
