No confirmation email received after product registration

I registered my product manually through following the link at http://register.hp.com. The registration was reportedly successful and I was told the following: "[My name], thank you for registering your product. We will e-mail you a copy of your registration for your records along with instructions on how to claim your instant reward. We recommend that you save the e-mail and use it to create or access your HP Account in the future.
Product name: HP Notebook - [My notebook model number]
Model name: [My notebook model name]
Serial number: [My serial number]" I first registered on 26 July 2015. Today is 27 July and 1 working day 24 hours later, I have not received any HP confirmation email in my email inbox. Checked the Spam/Bulk mail folder and nothing there as well. So is the email lost, or am I supposed to continue waiting for it?

Verizon is scamming us all just to get our money - they knew they didn't have enough phones for pre-orders, or at a minimum should have known.
I have the same problem you do - not showing in my orders, but luckily I saved the web page that shows my confirmation number. It also shows that the two Iphone 6 phones were to ship on 9/17 and I should receive by 9/19. Today is 9/20 and I just got off the phone with customer service. They are now telling me they will surely ship by 10/7 - over two weeks from now. On top of that, we ordered an Iphone 5c and had to order a 32gb - they said it was in stock and would ship also. Now customer service is saying that phone is back ordered. Why is it I can go on your website right this second and it says that phone is not back ordered? I also added a line for an Iphone 5c as a separate order 10 minutes after I made the first order and that phone came in within 2 days, just like it said it would. The best part is they made me order the 32gb model 5c phones because they were out of the 16gb models. If I was going to have to wait for the 32gb phone, I should have just waited for the 16gb and saved money.
Verizon knows exactly what they are doing. I think it is time to switch to Sprint. I may have service problems, but it is better than being scammed and lied to.

  • I get email already in use and I do not get confirmation emails even after master reset when trying to sync

    I have tried all of the options in your support pages . I am not getting emails in order to reset my email. I did a master reset and it still tells me that my "new" email is in use. I do not get emails regarding recovery key change because the email stays the same . I can log in to your normal support page and I have just changed that password - that worked . . I assume that this password is not my master one . . When I did a master reset, where do I go or what do I do after that??
    Struggling now for several hours . . .

    This page does not help . . When I try to get a new key, it asks for me to log in - email address ok, but incorrect password. Request new password . . no email back to enable me to re-set.

    I just registered my ipod shuffle today and after I finished all the steps, normally I should get an email to confirm it. but today, i didnt receive any email so far.
    So I restart from step 1 again( I think I might missed some step) and again... no email confirmation.

    When you say you ordered an ibook, I'm guessing you didn't order an older white portable computer, but a printed book through iPhoto, with Apple Photo Services.

    Thanks for the reply.
    What I mean is there are 2 type of email generate in PTARQ
    1) Email to notify approval their worklist have items waiting to approve
    2) Email to notify the submitter the request is approved/rejected
    For type 2, as far as I know it will only generate after the leave is posted but not after approved.
    So at the period of payroll run, the leave cannot post and the email will not be able to generate, I just wonder if any configure can override this behavior.

  • Backordered an Iphone 6 64 gb space gray, no confirmation email

    Just wondering but I ordered the iPhone 6 in space gray 64 gb online on 10/16/14. It was obviously back ordered to November 14, which was what it said on the red circle next to the picture of the phone. But I didn't get a confirmation email saying that I placed an order. Is that normal? Should I have gotten a confirmation email right after I placed the order or not?

    I got a confirmation email once I placed the order.  It should have had your pre/back order confirmation number in it.  Did you see confirmation when you placed the order?  Thats another place you see it.  If you did not fully complete the order it would not have given a confirmtion number.
    If I were you I would call customer care and find out if they have the number in your account.

    I purchased AppleWorks 6.2.9 on October 7/06. I have tried registering it three times since then. I get a message on the Apple website thanking me for registering and saying I will get a confirmation email, but I never get the confirmation email. I phoned Apple Tech Support and they told me to post the problem to this discussion forum.
    Any suggestions as to why I'm not getting an email confirmation from Apple? I know they have my correct email because I confirmed it in My Info.

    Thanks for your help, Barry and Peggy. In terms of what you suggest, Barry, that support option appears to only be for hardware and not software. When I tried to register my AppleWorks, I was asked to put in my marketing number, which is on the outside of the box. I tried to put in this marketing number as you suggested and it was not accepted.
    I got an email from Apple Care (1-800-263-3394) shortly after my responses from both of you on October 11 asking about how I felt about the handling of my phone call to them. I responded the same day on the website provided expressing my dissatisfaction. There has been no follow up to this feedback.
    I phoned 1-800-MY Apple this morning, October 16, and, after about 22 minutes on hold, was connected with Tracy, who then put me through to a product specialist named Andy. Andy was not sure why I did not receive a confirmation email, but he said he would make a note about my problem. He gave me a case number and said if there was any problem to refer to the case number.
    I listed an alternate email on the My Info page, so if there was a problem with my first email, a confirmation could have been sent to the alternate.

    The Apple ID Security site allows written contact in your own country and language.  The AppleCare support phone number from http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and Account Security Team is for a number in your country and language.

    I purchased a phone charger about an hour ago and still have not received a confirmation email. I had checked out as a guest so I cannot check the order status that way and the charge has already showed up on my card. Additionally I had chosen the in store pick up option and am worried I will not receive an email alerting me when I am able to come and pick it up.  Has anyone had something similar like this happen?   • I've registered for the Firefox support forum, but the confirmation email hasn't come (after 3 + hours and 2 extra requests to "resend" it).

    Besides the original registration, and 2 additional requests for the confirmation email, plus asking a previous question, which appears to have triggered the sending of yet another confirmation email, I've received none! And I really don't mind waiting an hour for a confirmation email, but 3 hours and counting is not acceptable.
    And there appears to be no other way to contact anyone about anything -- except for a feedback form in which you have to explain the problem in one or 2 short sentences.
    Yes, I've checked my ISP and my email is working fine. The test message I sent myself arrived in under one second! I've checked my spam folders, and they aren't there either.....not one.

    The fact that you can receive means you have a valid e mail address, and have established the connection to the incoming server, so all of that works.  Since the send does not work, that means your outgoing server is rejecting whatever settings you used formthe outgoing set up.  Try them again. 
    Google your particular isp, and ipad and many times you will find the exact settings needed for your isp.  Or tell us here, and soneone else may be on the same isp.  Some mail services need you to change a port, or have a unique name for the outgoing server.  
    Kep trying.
