No Response From Customer Relations

So I sent an email to [email protected], and I have yet to receive a response (it has been about 2 days, which from what I have read, is longer than usual). Does this mean they are not going to respond, or should I give it more time?

I tried that and got nowhere, I am also reporting on a bad experiance in an apple store, it is really more of a customer relations problem than a tech support problem.
You should call Apple Customer Relations (800) 767-2775
They should be able to help you.

  • Big props to AMANDA from Customer Relations + Ipad 2 fiasco

I, like many others here, are quite unhappy with Verizon and how we have been treated since our "purchased, non-purchased, not received" Ipad 2.  I think it sucks that Verizon has an $800 interest free loan from me for the last 3 weeks and can't tell me where/when my Ipad 2 will ship.
Not to mention the way I have been treated by my local Verizon Wireless store in PA, both on the phone and in person.  I have been given the run-around at the store and all they can say is "I"m sorry, you were told the wrong thing, I can't help you".  Promises of ship dates, tracking numbers, etc.  Not good at all.
A BRIGHT SPOT IN MY VERIZON HELL!!!!  I had the good fortune to get in touch with Amanda from Customer Relations yesterday.  She was patient, listened to me vent, did some checking on her own and provided some feedback.  She even says she will follow up with me on Monday to see if there is any new news on my order.
I know what you're thinking...."yea, sure she's going to follow up.  Sure she is checking on things".  You know what?  I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt and look forward to speaking with her.  Verizon should be proud to have her in the Customer Relations position and do hope they realize that.  So Verizon management types who have screwed up this Ipad 2 thing royally, know that AMANDA in customer relations is doing an awesome job!

We appreciate the valuable time you have taken to write about your experience. I understand how frustrating this has been. In the future if you would like to give positive/negative praise to an employee, use the Contact Us link at the top of vzw.com to send us an email. This way we can pull up your account and get the rep's info to forward to leadership. For your convenience, we will be sending you a message to gather the details needed to forward your kudos to Amanda.
    Thank you

  • Need help from customer relations E60978963

This started in Feb 2015 with the VAIO I purchased in 2013. The battery drained so fast and the power port appeared to wiggle. I had to travel out of country in April 2015, and I needed to have a laptop with me, so I thought 2 months would have been sufficient. Until March 20, 2015, I received the voice mail regarding buy-back offer, so I promptly agreed and replied with my address. According to the email, the check was approved on March 26 and should be delivered with 4-6 weeks. I bought another laptop and bring the new one with me on that trip. This has been more than 7 weeks, so I kept calling to Sony to follow up. Everytime Sony Support, aka the gatekeeper, told me to 'wait' until the Customer Relation will get back to me (within a day or two) and they said they did not have a direct contact number to Customer Relation. I called again after two days as nothing happened yet. This time, now Sony support told me I need to fill out a form or an article, which he would send to me to my email. I did not receive any email from Sony, AGAIN. Why does the story keep changing?  Please advise and let me know whom I can talk to resolve this problem. Again, the Event ID is E60978963.

Hi Chanl, sorry to hear about what happened. I sent you a private message regarding your concern. Thanks. - Charlie

  • Anyone getting response from customer services?

    Hi,
Just wondered if anyone had responses for customer services recently (ocss.msi.com.tw).  Been trying to get latest bios for the X48C since still have post problems.
I used to have a login for bioses but that's changed.  Obviously I wouldn't encourage anyone send new password..
Posted 8 days ago but still no reply.  They used to reply within a day or two.
    Cheers,
        Wozzy

I made a post about 4 hours ago and received a reply just before, so yes - pretty quick too I must say.
Maybe they are investigating your request?

  • Zen Vision:M Defect!! No response from Customer Suppo

I owned zen vision:M for only two days but it gave me hard time. the buttons does not work at all. I've contacted the creative customer support but there is no response, here is the original message that I sent to the customer support:
<EM>This is very weird but please let me know if this is just the defect of one product or this is the common defect of Zen Vision M. The problem is like this:</EM>
<EM>I was lying on the bad while watching video on the player, I felt tired and turn around to the right side and I accidentally pressed a button on the player. Suddenly the light on the button became very dim(usually it is bright blue but it was dim dark blue at the time) and all of the buttons stopped functioning correctly!! The verticle touch pad did not work, the buttons went crazy and totally misfunctioning!! Luckily I bought a wired remote and when I tried to use it to control the player it worked. Seemed that it was the player itself that was not working. I tried to fix it and after I put the player in different directions and shaked it and randomly pressed the buttons, it went back to normal. The bad thing is, the next day this situation happened again -- when I lied on bed watching video and turned around and pressed some buttons, the player went nuts!! The only difference was that this time it took me much more time to get it back to normal and I don't know why and how I got it bad and got it work. </EM>
    <EM></EM>
<EM>That is the description of the problem, God I owned the player for only two days and it gave me twice the weird experience, which I never want to experience again!! My guess is there might be some welds on the circuit that are not properly soldered. </EM>
    <EM></EM>
<EM>Please give me a solution on it as soon as possible, so that I have time to decide if I am going to keep this player or return it. It is 3:30 in the morning and the player made me mad.</EM>
    <EM></EM>
I do not comment on this but if anyone sees this message you can think it yourself. Anybody give me an advise, should I exchange for a new one or should I consider for an ipod.

The same thing has happened to me. I have not called Creative yet because I wanted to check here before to see if anyone has had the same problem. I turned it on this morning and none of the buttons were working correctly. Let me know if you get a response and what the solution is.

  • Distinguishing PIR related planned orders from Customer related.

Dear all, what could be the best way how to distinguish planned orders generated basing on PIR from ones generated from real Customer Orders. The main idea behind is to make sure that orders generated for real customer orders are processed with first priority and orders from PIR with second. Thank you. Regards,Andrey.

    Hi ,
System will not always create one plan order for one demand. If lot sizing procedure is WB-Weekly lot size , it wll generate one plan order for customer orde r& PIR falling in same week. Hence , there is no flag or field which will help identify which Plan order is feeding what demand /how much qty of demand.
You should look at altering Planning strategy. If you implement Make-To-order strategy(20, 50, 59 ) , system will create Planning segment(Blue color seperator in MD04 screen)
System will ignore lot sizing procedure & always create one plan order for one demand.
Alternatively , you can implement SAP-SCM which has pegging reports & priority based processing.
    Hope it helps,
    Jatin

  • Skype blocked and no response from customer servic...

    Hi all,
I'm using Skype for more than 10 years and never had to sign in ever since that was done at startup automatically.
Now 2 days ago my wife had trouble on her laptop so I logged in on her laptop as admin to sort the problem and skype popped up there (while it was already active on my PC). I've cancelled it on the laptop, sorted the problem, logged off and returned to my PC to see the sign in screen of Skupe there.
As I said, I never had to sign in for more than 10 years and so I forgot the password. After several attempts the account was blocked. Now even worse, and that one is on me, the initial email address I've onced used to create the Skype account is no longer available (for many years) and I never set a new or alternative (I think).
The only method I've found to unblock and retrive my password is the support page where you have to complete a questionnaire. I've completed it to my best knowledge although some details might have been wrong because most of those details I've simply forgot because it was just too long ago that I've wrote these initially.  Upon completion the message was that I will be contacted soon (was it 24 hrs?). Anyway, I'm checking my email every day several times but no response.
I'm not blaming the support team. I do understand that they are very busy and that my partially false submission was probably filtered out and most likely never reached a person.
Now I've created a new Skype account (otherwise I could not post here) and wonder if there is any way to import my original contact list which is very important to me. I never made a backup of the contact list but all my original Skype account details are still on my PC.
Appreciate every help either on how to retrive my original account or how to get my original contacts into this new account.
    Cheers Euclid

  • Photoshop CS2 issues & Customer Relation's solution

i bought a g5 quad in June 06 that failed in july 06. they were unable to resolve the issue and gave me a replacement machine.
i was given a mac pro with 4GB of RAM and a terabyte of internal storage. the 2 oem 500GB Seagate 7200.10 hard drives took over 9+ hours to zero out: the apple store genius told me this was normal. i have since purchased 2 different hard drives. one of the same capacity which zero's out in under 2 hours. that number IS normal.
Adobe Photoshop CS2 Bridge and Camera RAW have never worked properly on this machine since i got it, quitting all the time when renaming files or browsing my hard drive folders in Bridge. i was told that this is normal and that CS3 and Leopard will fix all this. then the CS3 Beta came out and the machine quits even with the new version.
i contacted Adobe, they say it is my hardware. i went to the apple store and showed them the problem and was able to duplicate it on every mac pro in their store and they said it must be a software issue.
i bought more RAM from apple. the machine works somewhat better now, but it still crashes in photoshop and adobe camera raw and bridge. i purchased lightroom and have looked at changing my workflow, and this program too quits intermittently.
i called apple customer support again. they walked me through using a different user account. same issues. i asked to speak to customer relations. i got on the phone with the lady, and i asked if it was possible to send someone out to look at the machine since it is not working properly, and she said that it is not something they would do since it is not their problem. i asked if they would be able to help me decipher the crash logs so i can find out WHY the machine is crashing.
her exact words were, "well, maybe you can sell it? if it is giving you all these problems and since it is not our hardware, it might be best for you to sell it and buy something that works."
"sell it." i would like to say that "sell it" was not the answer i was looking for. i wasn't even mean to her. i was extremely polite and i got, "sell it" from customer relations. i hope none of you get "sell it"
good luck to all of you.

You use to use Windows but decided to move to Macs at some point, and not look or go back. And that the Quad G5 worked up until some point.
When I got my Mac Pro back in late August/early Sept, I ran into some oddities that no one could help me with. Drivers from Lexmark for their laser printers. Suffice to say that I spent weeks if not month trying to track down why etc. and doing the "clean install" but ended up with the original install disk image.
I'm always afraid if I am forced to install any drivers for now as a result.
I updated SoftRAID (I thought) and ran into every driver and extension conflict possible, known and unknown.
Clean install and avoided anything I could "live without" this time around, and it was stable. For a few days, any and every - and I mean absolutely anything I tried to launch, run or whatnot would CRASH.
I was ready to point fingers. But at whom? ah! must be the Ramjet. Passes all tests, but there must be a gremlin and nothing is good enough to find the cause.
System is now rock solid and stable.
I don't know really what or why. And whether it was SMC reset (I wish they would paint the button in RED!) or zapping PRAM/NVRAM.
I also installed Vista to see if it was OS X or hardware or not. But I never learned what is needed to really use and secure a Windows system - or troubleshoot it if it goes haywire. But you would.
I have spent 40+ yrs tinkering with computers, and 20 with Macs. I think I still remember some of the troubleshooting days from 1990 hunting down shareware bugs.
If it is hardware, it would fail running XP too, maybe? did you retain your license for and copies of Windows and CS2 or whatever you would use? (The Mac Pro really shines running Windows Vista from what I've seen).
It doesn't take a lot to turn a Mac into a crash-prone system. There are some bugs even with the OS update installer itself it seems.
Troubleshooting is as much art as science. Hunches based on what feels wrong with some sweat and guesses backed by some "CSI" sleuthing and detective work.
Only Apple or Intel would know if they have had to come out with re-designed chips, a newer motherboard, or cpus. Or the AMB used on the Risers.
As I said (5 pages ago?) a friend had a G5 Quad that would not run CS2 properly, was crashing etc. (and had on-site Care etc) and the latest logicboard (3rd) stopped the problems, CS2 runs faster and better, it doesn't crash, and the benchmarks show it.
There are revisions to logic-boards. I read it takes 3-6 months to get a pattern of a problem, and another 3-6 months to redesign parts, manufacturing, testing, between engineering prototypes and manufacturing.
I thought the whole idea of AppleCare was sort of the "care" in AppleCare. And to solve a problem.
It would take someone with access to what engineering errata is going on. What changes were made to G5s. There were other problems with Quad it seems as well, heat, the liquid cooling components (there are two varieties).
I don't have the stomach or temper to deal with customer service, phones, etc. But I would make an appointment (yes, again!). I don't know what terms there are for small business or customers to get premium care, probably not good.
We had a mainframe with a bad memory card or bank. We thought. We also swapped out every part trying to get it fixed. We even had to keep the room temp colder and controlled humidity. A new system for us would have been lower maintenance, lower energy bill, less strain on a/c even. And smaller (so we didn't need to use as much floor space). But government can be "penny wise and pound foolish" in such matters.
I know you are just getting familiar with things like "Onyx" and "Disk Warrior" and such. Those can be helpful.
Crashing does tend to lead to more crashes. Mac OS X is not immune to side effects of what they can do. And usually you want to finish a project, not get sidelined.
I wish you had a G5 Quad in there. Two systems. Maybe two G5s even if you have the work or so you can be running CS2 on one and CS3 on another. Or have a techie "gearhead" come in and test and insure that your systems are in working order. Something.
It ain't normal. And it should get more than a "brush off."

  • Great customer relations representative

Hi i am new to the forum and i would like to share my experience with everyone. I got att uverse about 2 weeks ago. The sales rep that got me to switch had told me a totally monthly price out the door of around 100 a month. About a week later when i recieved the bill it was higher than what i had agreed upon so i called three days ago and got the run around from different departments saying it was due to taxes that it was higher than the original agreed amount. Eventually they transferred me to someone at rententions and pretty much i got nowhere with him. After about 10 minutes of me stating facts of what was agreed upon he started to get hostile with me and we ended the conversation with him saying he will relay the message to the sales rep that i signed up with and she will call me back sometime that day to discuss the issues.  So i waited 3 days until today with no call back whatsoever so i decided to call at&t again. When i got thru i asked to be transferred to the rententions department. This time i got a representative from customer relations name Jackie from San Antonio division. She was very sincere and caring and actually wanted to hear what i had to say and wanted to resolve the issue unilike the other reps i had spoken with. At the end of our conversation i decided to stay with At&t uverse not just because we came to a resolution to my issue but to me she really wanted to help the customer as in me. So thankyou very much Jackie from San Antonio customer relations at At&t. If every rep from At&t was like you, you guys would never get a negative feedback.

So glad to hear you had a positive experience with Jackie.  We don't hear about those very often!
As far as your bill being higher than anticipated, that is, unfortunately, the norm.  While the CSR cannot tell you the exact amounts of state/local/government fees since they vary by location, they should inform you of this in advance.
For me personally, living in Texas, my added fees are around $18 a month for TV/Internet/Phone and there's not a darn thing anyone can do about it!

  • PLEASE HELP - Component Failure - Customer Relations e-mail

    To whom it may concern:
I've been trying to reach someone from customer relations, but there is not an email in the web site and the call center is not very efficient. I'm in Caracas, Venezuela and I've been having problems with my 800 MHZ iBook. The computer experienced the following symptoms:
    - Scrambled and distorted video
    - Appearance of unexpected lines on the screen
    - Intermittent video image
    - Video freeze
    - Computer starts up to blank screen
An authorized Service Provider determined that the component failure identified for the Expanded iBook Logic Board Repair Extension Program affected my computer.
In order to make the arrangements for the repair, the AASP needs the invoice of the purchase, which I don't have because I did it over the Internet and my father in law brought it to me from the US.
I have the web order number, the billing and shipping info, and the computers serial number. I'm hopping that Apple can send me a copy of the invoice so I can proceed with the Repair Extension Program, but it has been impossible to speak to any customer relations representative, or find an email address in the web site.
Please, please ,please, I need an email address of customer relations.
I would really appreciate any information you can give me.
    Thank you in advance.

    Veronica
Call 1-800-MY-APPLE, select the appropriate option, give the customer service representative your web order number, phone number or e-mail address, and they can pull the invoice up and e-mail you a copy. I'm a newbie too, so go easy on me.

  • Root element is missing - Response from a WCF service - WCF-Custom adapter

    hi BizTalk experts,
In the production environment, as soon as the response is getting subscribed by the orchestration, the orchestration instance is getting suspended and the error that shows up in console is
    "Root element is missing".
I have checked the actual response message in the console it is a well formed xml. This is happening only for a few responses from the WCF services. A majority of them are getting processed successfully. I have tried getting the parsing the response in a
pipeline (using custom pipeline component, the production one uses xml receive) and pass it to the orchestration, but it fails giving the same error.
    Thanks in advance.

Do you have any mapping done on the response message from the WCF service . ?
If so Better to copy the suspended message coming from the WCF service and validate against the custom response Schema you have created.
Note : You can try running fiddler tool to check the response from from the web service incase of failure.
Also try logging the message in the event viewer or any debug tool.
    Thanks
    Abhishek

  • CCP related: A timeout occured waiting for a response from the ECU

    Hello All,
I had just started using ECU Calibration tool kit software. Iam using USB 8473 for my application. When I tried to run the VI after loading the *.A2L file, I see an error message saying "A timeout occured waiting for a response from the ECU ". Does anyone know how to communicate with the ECU through CCP.
Iam pretty sure that Iam using the right cable. I also checked the address of the parameters using Get property.vi what iam trying to read, wether they are matching with the address in the *.A2L file or not. They are matching. However I was able to communicate with my ECU when I use the same device to read the data over J1939 data link, based on arbitration ID's, with the Vi's from CAN Frame to Channel Conversion Library.
Can any pls help me out how to communicate with my ECU using CAN Calibration Toolkit software.

    Hello,
I am sending you an attachment of the manual for the ECU Calibration tool kit . Please go through the manual it will clarify your doubt. Moreover , check for can vi's in the example finder in labVIEW. Those will help ....
I am sending you a link which gives you some insight about the installation of  CCP command set and the use of the toolkit with the USB CAN hardware.

  • Apple Customer Relations number - Removed from Web Site

Today while attempting to reach Customer Relations, I realized that the number is no longer offered on the web site. It must have been removed over the course of the last week or so because I did see it there last week.
    Check it out for yourself.
    http://www.apple.com/contact/phone_contacts.html
    vs
    http://web.archive.org/web/20050401025644/http://www.apple.com/contact/phone_con tacts.html
Incidentally, they have archives of Apple's web site dating back all the way to 1996. (gotta love archive.org!)
    Golan.

WOW...that is interesting Golan. You might think that they do read these forums and are anticipating 5/20!! LOL! I'm not impressed with Apple thus far. Why would they revert to "Dell like" tactics to try and silence their livelihood...the customer?? I am a new mac user and have built 7 or 8 windoze PC's over the last few years. One of the reasons I "switched" was b/c of their great "customer service" and support...of course for a price, but I don't know if I'll purchase that "apple care" if they are going to start deleting phone numbers to contact them. Besides, these issues have been around for many months now and Apple has still not addressed them. Apple..."go out and do the right thing" (Dr. Laura Schlesinger...LOL). Good stuff.
