  • IHC0: IDOC PAYEXT error No parameters found for: bank area IHC H EUR IHC205

    Hello
I created with F110 an payment run for an external invoice. In transaction IHC0 I can see the payment order. When I post the payment order an outbound idoc is created but ended with status 51 and error " No parameters found for: IHC H EUR" Message no. IHC205 ".
What customizing in IMG Account Management is wrong?
Is it possible to debug the idoc in WE19? I want to see where the messageIHC205 is generated (select from which table?). The wrong payment method H has been determined, it should be another payment method.  In function module " FI_EDI_PAYEXT_PEXR2001_OUT " I inserted a breakpoint but the system did not stop there.

    Hi Sreeram,
I made the configuration for Posting accounts as per your advise. 'Now I am getting another error message as shown below
Creation of individual payment requests failed

  • Non Valuated Project stock for valuated material

    Hello MM experts,
We have a valuated stock material in a plant.
We want to maintain project stock (Special stock Q) for the same material, in a dedicated storage location within the same plant as non valuated stock.
Can you please tell how this can be achieved?
    Regards,
    Shashi

    Hi,
This is little difficult to manage a material as valuated and non valuated. To make it non valuated you have to use a material type which is managed only on quantity basis and not on value basis like non valuated stock. Then you can do a material to material transfer posting. I haven't checked this scenario. For more info on this please refer these links:

  • Problem with Valuation Variant

    Hi FICO experts,
Im getting the following error when creating the Production Order.
"No valuation variant found for valuation area BP01"
Pls help and i assure to reward for suitable solutions.
    Regards
    Tanya

    Hi
When you create a Production Order , there is an automatic assignment of Costing variant, the systems tries to read the valuation variant through. Check transaction OPL1 for the costing variant shown in the Production order. Rectify or assign the valuation the valuation variant, your problem will be sorted out.

  • No variant found when running payment program

    Dear all,
When I executed F110, ran proposal then ran payment but no payment medium was generated.
Of course I did not forget to make a check in pop up windows which say "Create payment medium."
Here is what display in proposal log:
No variants found for format HSBC_PP_V1.0
No Payment Media Created in Format 100
HSBC_PP_V1.0 is the format for DME.
    I already rechecked FBZP - Payment Method/Country:
This format was entered in Payment medium -> Use payment medium workbench -> Format field (V_T042ZL-FORMI field).
As I checked selections variants as below path:
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable -> Business Transactions -> Outgoing Payments -> Automatic Outgoing Payments -> Payment Media -> Make Settings for Payment Medium Formats from Payment Medium Workbench -> Create/Assign Selection Variants
Then select Payment Medium format HSBC_PP_V1.0 in the list (please notice that this list contains nothing like format 100), the screen on the right shows the bank country + bank key + bank name which we use for payment with selection variant HSBC_PP_V1.0.
Then I choose to HSBC_PP_V1.0 variant, display and it is the below image:
    http://lh3.ggpht.com/_9kUvjBH2L9A/TUjnqyMD53I/AAAA AAAABPw/Ib5vFCVPR8k/s576/variant.PNG
I would appreciate any of your advices.
    Thank you very much.
    Rgds,
    Linh

    Hello,
The screen you sent is the variant itself. It does not seem to be the problem.
The problem seems to be that no variant is assigned for the company code, house bank and format in OBPM4.
CAn you please check the following data?
    - Go to OBPM4. Double click on format name. Check it there is any variant assigned.

  • Strategies for valuation variant

    Hi,
I am creating a valuation variant in Product Costing for standard cost estimation.
Could someone tell me what the most common strategies for materials, activities, subcontracting and ect. processing are?
I know that it depends on the agreement with client, but I don't have any information about the client needs, so have to do a standard, most common valuation variant.
    Thanks,
    Karol

    Hi
General valuation strategies would be as follows
    1)  Material - Planned price, Std price, Moving avg price, Purchase Info records
    2)  Activity - Plan price for the period, Most upto date plan price
    3)  Sub Contracting - Effective price from purchase order, Net / Gross purchase order price
    4)  Ext Processing - Same as in 3
The above are general strategies - but also depends on various other parameters viz
    1)  Decision on activity pricing
    2)  Hw stable are material prices - it also depends on commodity types if u are
    implementing for metals
    3)  Subcontracting strategies will work only if u hv subcontract situation.  Here again u need to define a std price in the system and do sub contract product costing
    4)  External operation is used - if operations are outsourced to vendors.  Here in routing u need to mention the info record etc.  Lot of other setttings need to be done in this case.
However, the general settings are mentioned.  Pls assign points if the above clarifies and let me know whether u hv sub contracting and external operation so that additional suggestion can be given further

    Hi,
As you said there is no data in material master for this material. this may be the reason for this. Try loading this material master and perform attribute change run. This should solve the issue.

  • Table entry for Valuation variant for material prices

We want to define a valuation variant for costing run.  In that we need to select the material price based on the plan price.  We have provision of entering three plan prices in the Costing tab-2 in the material master.  But we want to enter plan  prices for more than three dates. For this, we propose to enter the dates and prices in a separate table and that table needs to be accessed in the valuation variant for material prices closest to the date of valuation.  How we can go about this ?

    Hi
When you create Valuation Variant, choose Strategy U i.e. Price from userexit
Then code the exit COPCP0005 with the help of ABAP consultant
    The logic should be:
    a. Refer the "costing date from" entered in Ck11N
    b. refer the Z table... and pick the price relevant on that date

  • Actuals for stock valuated materials in a valuated project stock

    Hi friends!
Iu2019m working with materials in the project, and we are going to do direct external procurement from the project. The material we are using are valuated stock and in the project I have valuated project stock.
The requirements are that the vendor give us the material prices, and the material will not be consumed by the project(WBS/network). All the material will be collected to the special project stock until we decide to move the material to the unrestricted stock to be consumed by another department in the company. All the actual cost must follow-up in the project.
    This is what I do:
From the project I create material components and I create the PO requisition I got the same price as in the project. Thatu2019s ok.
When I convert the PO requisition to the PO I got no price but if I save I got the latest used price for the material and this could varied and it´s ok but should not work like this for this scenario.
My doubts are when I do the goods receipt (MIGO) and the price of the material in the PO are not the same as the stock valuated price I got the difference as actuals in the project and the valuation of the material are in the project stock. If the price of the PO is the same as the valuation price I got no actuals in the project.
When I register the invoice from the vendor (MIRO) I got no actuals either so I cannot do my project follow-up costs. When I check the cost they are in accounting (balance sheet account).
When I do the material movement with 411Q to unrestricted stock I donu2019t get any actuals in the project either.
Is this a normal behavior when using stock valuated materials in a valuated project stock?
I SAP help I found this information for non valuated project stock:
u201CAll the actual production costs appear in the project because no price variances can occur and all external procurement follow-up costs are debited to the WBS element.u201D
But if the best practice is to use valuated project stock why follow-up costs cannot be done in the project?
Please give me some ideas of this,
    Best regards
    Jose Marin

If the mateiral was created using the no stock material material type then yes you can see this material in MM60.  Search using material type 'NLAG' for non stock.

  • Material  valuation strategy U in valuation variant

    Dear All,
We r trying to use the material valuation strategy U in the valuation variant.
We have also activated the project with the user exit
COPCP005 : User exit for material valuation (strategy U)
    Component :EXIT_SAPLCK21_002
    INCLUDE ZXCKAU08
However we r not able to get the desired result.
    Could you please guide.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Anand

    Hi Ram
During first costing run planned prices entered thru MR 21 will be updated as standard prices.  Which means planned prices = std prices.
If you wish to change the prices 6 months down the line = u need to MR 21 upload again and over the earlier planned price.  Then u do costing run again. with this costing run, if there is diff in standard prices, system posts revaluation entry.
    For Raw materials
Create a simple query which gives u moving avg price, current std price.  Analyze the variances and consider revised prices as planned prices for the next 6 months.  Next, do costing run and system revaluates the inventory values for raw materials.
If the situation is that prices of raw materials are highly volatile, do costing run level by level as earlier suggested.
But give a word of caution to client on how dynamically variances get recorded and revaluation entries get posted.  Also tell them how it impacts not only raw material valuations but also finished and semi finished stock valuations.
Pls assign points if the above clarifies your requirement.

  • Costing variant with a valuation strategy

    Hello all,
    I have the following issue:
In PM I have defined a costing variant with a valuation strategy first u201Cstandard priceu201D and second u201CMoving Average priceu201D, and assigned this costing variant to the plant and order type.
When I create a PM order (PM01) with a planning plant and enter the components in the order with a different plant and determine the cost, the system determines the correct plan costs based on the Costing variant for planned costs. The planning plant and the plant where the components are reserved are belonging to the same company code.
When I create the same order with a planning plant and a different plant for component reservation and both plants belong to different company codes and determine the costs, the system doesnu2019t take the Costing variant into account. The costs are determined based on the price control assigned to the material type and not based the valuation strategy. In this case always the moving average price is taken.
Can anyone help me with this issue?
    Thanks in advance

    Hi
In OIOF you can specify the valuation variant for plant and order type, system determines the same . for your second case kindly check in the order which valuation variant system has determined.

  • Version in Valuation variant

    Dear all,
in OPL1, the standard sap valuation variant - under the activity type / process - there is a option called verion.
what is the use of this? Where i can use this option???
Could you kindly give me an example
    Waiting for your valuabel reply
    Regards
    Elango

    Hi,
in the valuation variant under "activity type/processes" you can enter the CO-version where the activity rates are taken from.
Example: If you want to see the cost estimation effect of different activity rates (from different CO-versions) create two valuation variants with the only difference that one variant picks the act. rates from version X the aother one from version Y.
