No where to complain about being hung up on 2 times

I need some help here.  I have wasted over 2hrs trying to deal with my phone and internet service being down.
I get home yesterday and neither my FIOS phone or my FIOS internet was working.  I pull out my smart phone and begin looking for a contact# to call to get my services working again.  I tried to use the self service tool, but it would just jam up and not do anything.  It then took me over 20 min of searching the site to finally find a contact number to call for service.  I could not call 611 from my cell phone because it was not a Verizon phone.
Once I called the number and went through all the menus and problem solutions again, I was finally in line to talk with a live body.  After waiting another 10min, I heard the phone pick up and then I was hung up on.  I was upset because I am now over 30min of wasted time trying to get a hold of someone and I have to wait through the long process of getting to a live body.
I call a second time and after going through the menus, listening to the same repair process, I finally get a hold of someone after another 10 mins.  The verizon person then began to walk me through some of the same steps I did with the online portion on my phone, in the process he did take my call back number and then we were disconnected.
I waited another 10 min expecting a call back and did not get one.  I was enraged at this point and had to call for a 3rd time and go through all the same menus just to get a hold of someone.  I feel sorry and apologize to the rep who I may have vented on, but I have a reason to be upset.  After going through the same processes, all I could get was a 4hr window appointment for today.  I asked if there was someone I could complain to about being hung up on twice and he said no. 
Today I wanted to send a formal complaint; however, after about 20 min of looking through the website, I have yet to find a number to call or an e-mail to send to.  This is why I am posting to the forum.  Can someone please respond on how to get this complaint in?  At this point I am one step from reaching out to Social Media or calling the FCC.  I do not feel as an appreciated customer and will spend time today looking at different options for a home phone and internet.

    Follow the instructions to point 6 where you will be able to explain your problem.
    Think about what you write, write your problem in your national language ... or check out what you have written with a translation app.  Your question here is a little confusing and you need to get this one right.

    I spent the good part of yesterday trying to get my Verizon account switched from a regular account to a prepaid account. I am out of contract and wanted the $50 per month prepaid plan.
    First I called Verizon and the person I talked to really tried to talk me out of prepaid. Finally she said I would have to go to the store to have my plan switched.
    So I went to the store and waited for about TWO hours while they tried to get the computer to take the order. Then they finally said they were done and needed $63 since it was prepay. I said I wanted the $50 plan and they told me they charged $10 activation9Normally $35) but they gave me a break for waiting. I then asked about autopay and this rep tried to get through on the phone for 10 minutes. I asked if I could do that at home and she said Sure.
    So I went home called Verizon and the rep I talked to said there is no activation fee and they SIGNED ME UP FOR THE $60 PER MONTH PLAN. This rep said she couldn't change my plan OR refund the $10, but to call back next month and they would change the plan to $50, She also said I could have done this over the phone in 10 minutes without a problem.
    So if you are thinking about switching to prepay, DO IT OVER THE PHONE.

    I have been a customer for over 10 years and my bill is nearly $400 per month.
    I am with Verizon because for many years their customer service was very good; I felt as though I could get help with problems.
    I no longer have that feeling.
    Any little question is a nightmare. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone and when you do get a person they don't know anything.
    If anyone can suggest a carrier I might switch to I would be grateful; I am spending much too much money to be shut out with no possibility of assistance.

    Put it in writing and make sure all the relevant detail, dates of purchase and visits are accurately recorded.
    Having said that, we cannot tell from your post or profile how old your machine is, whether it is still covered by the warranty or if you bought AppleCare.  If it is more than 12 months old and you did not buy AppleCare then I'm afraid the cost of repairs is on your shoulders and there would be no grounds to make a formal complaint.

    Trying to get help ALL day today. I have waited on hold for 30 -45 minutes 4 times today, three times I was disconnected while on hold and once while talking to a support person who DID NOT CALL ME BACK!   • Where do I complain about an iPhoto book

    Where do I complain about the quality of a book printed in iphoto. It has been printed badly

    Just some questions?  Do any of the photos have the Adobe RGB color profile?  If so that will cause photos to print much too dark and off color.  Did you preview the book as descrtibed in this Apple document to see if the preview displayed the book OK: iPhoto '11: Preview a book, card, or calendar before you order or print it.  If the PDF looks OK the the problem lies in the printing.  But the color profile issue might not show up at that point.
    Apple is good about refunding the cost of the book but currently it's difficult to contact them.  The old return contact page is not longer availalbe so try the contacts given by Peter. Good Luck.

    I want to make a a complain about customar service for Verizon Wirless, yet it seems impossible to find a form or an email address, this is really frustrating. I am abroad since june 2013 yet I am still being charged for something and each time I call Verizon I am told the payment is going to be delayed. Each time it never is and I have to make additional 5 phone calls for somebody to take down the payment. This time I was told if I pay my $100 due amount, I am going to be billed $50 and in few days payment will go down to $20, so my total balance will be $20 to pay. On the phone I asked a supervisor 5 times if that is acuurate and he said yes. Of course the bill of $50 never went down and calling Verizon Wireless I just heard that although phones are recorded there is nothing they can do about what that representative told me. I was mislead yet again, If I knew it's $150 I would prefer close my contract with Verizon. Never again I am going to be a Verizon customer, if misleading customers is a way at Verizon I do not want to be customer.

  • Where do I complain about an app sending notification spam?

    Hi. A few of my apps have recently started spamming me using push notifications. I will unexpectedly get an alert from the app telling me about some special offer or another. My understanding is that they aren't supposed to do this. I'd like to continue using the app but this behavior both infuriates me and appears to violate Apple's rules (according to the first tip here: https://developer.apple.com/appstore/push-notifications/index.html)
    I've seen Draw Something do this in the past before I disabled notifications for it and eventually stopped playing it, and TextMe is currently doing it.
    Where can I complain about these apps doing this?

  • Love the iPhone, who to complain about activation illegal practices?

    Dear Folks,
    I got my iPhone, failed the credit check and went with PrePaid. AT&T/iTunes presented me with a page telling my pin/phone # and where to go to fund it. It also had a FAQ saying that my iPhone is fully functional except for the phone part until I fund it.
    It's completely locked and Apple sent me an email reminder to fund my account. I am very angry with these business practices.
    All I'm looking for is an email to complain about this issue to. This is misleading and illegal.

  • Apple Support ignores me completely, there is no way I can complain about lack of feed back and I even have paid for a protection plan!

    I have paid for an extended support through the Apple protection plan. Frankly I do not understand what I´ve paid for as there is no support and no plan, except ignorance and waiting time.
    I have had and still have serious problem with my Mac Book Pro, and spent loads of money on phone charges with mainly negative results. All I have "achieved" is wasted time. I just wonder if it is only me who feel totally helpless as the Support People are not really helping. I´ve spent approsmimately 200 USD in phonecharges on their support phone, so far. But that is nothing compared to the hours spent waiting for answer and listening no absolute nonsense. Finally I went to an Apple store who sent the machine in for repair, and one fault was the motherboard. However I could still not connect with my Time Capsule and Aperture seemed to have lost all my photos. This all happende after upgrading to Mountail Lion. Also the cable network isn´t working. I can easily see on the net that I am not the only one with problems. I´ve ended up with solving most of this myself, except the network connection. It is still not working.
    I am actually deeply dissapointed with Apple and I cannot find any way to even forward a complaint. Not that I believe it would help, but at least I´ve tried. I also think it would be fair to to get my money back for a product I´ve paid for which obviously isn´t working, namely the Apple Care Protection Plan.

    Hi, so you suggest I should be grateful for getting what I have paid for? Sorry but that's only getting what I paid for. Add to that, that this has been against the phone support I've used a lot of time and money for! I don't feel anything but hopelessness for the total lack of customer support. An expensive Mac Book Pro shouldn't fail after 2 years in the first place! But failure may of course happen with the best products, and Apple as well. The real fault however is Apple's arrogance and failure to fix it! Instead of getting help and guidance to a solution, I used hours and lost days of work, and was made to pay a lot for total unusable "assistance". I was even adviced to hold back on taking the Mac Book Pro to a store, as I was told the support person a senior, would figure it out. Well Apple definiately squezzed the lemon! Since the Time Capsule/Time Machine system didn't fuction I was also in a stale mate as I needed assurance that My files wasn't lost when delivering the machine for repair. I was adviced that could happen. Quite a deadlock wasn't it! As an expert on Quality Assurance I was also suffering lost revenue in my work for clients. I finally had to buy a Samsung Ultrabook as working machine and backup, a neccesity as Apple obviously cannot be trusted when needed. Bill Gates and Windows has one advantage over Apple, they know things can go wrong and hence have much better support. Apple support is a maze were only the strongest and most persistent get through. I am one as I didn't accept being treated like that. That's the only reason I finally got a repair. However the machine is still not functioning as mentioned. I have a case number, a phone number and mail address to a senior support person, whom I've been trying to contact for more than a week, He has still not responded to my mails or phone calls. I cannot even figure out how to contact Apple to complain about such ignorance. Note by the way that here in Norway I must pay to call support and more often than not there is more than half an hour waiting time. I might spend hundred of dollars in that "game" without even knowing that I will get the support I've paid for and only keep paying even more for wasting my time! This is simply not good enough, it is no less than arrogant and wrong! I frankly think Apple is doing a big mistake with such por treatmen of their customers.
