Who can I talk to about getting hung up on 4 times today?

Trying to get help ALL day today. I have waited on hold for 30 -45 minutes 4 times today, three times I was disconnected while on hold and once while talking to a support person who DID NOT CALL ME BACK! I am going on 8 hrs of this and need to resolve my software issue so that I can work tomorrow and get paid!!!
Someone needs to give me some help!!!!!!!!!!

  • Who do I talk to about getting the credit on my account that was promised to me 3 months ago?

    Back in April my husband and I traded in our old iPhones for a "free" 5c upgrade through Verizon's loyalty program.  We then signed up for a home phone, and basically after all the changes were made we were told our monthly bill would be $140/month.  Our next month's bill then ended up being over $300!  It turns out the monthly charges were entered incorrectly by the sales representative helping us and we were charged about $80 extra.  So I went in to the store to talk to someone in person about the mistake, and he changed the subsequent bills to correctly list the charges.  He told me that $80 would be credited to our account but if not the next month, it would reflect on the following month.  I'm still waiting for the $80 credit to reflect on our account!  (although technically the new rep assisting me did not offer to reverse the long distance fees that we were overcharged because of this mess up, but at that time I just wanted to get the heck out of there).
    Anyway, before I start on another wild goose chase of phone calls and/or Verizon store visits, what is the best way to go about contacting them to try to get this credit to my account??  I shouldn't have to wait any longer for the $80 credit to reflect on my account.

    I've just spent 5 days without broadband after trying all bt checks, new filters (which they said would arrive in 2 days, took 4), new leads etc., they eventually sent an engineer on thursday. When he arrived, the connection had already come back on - he said this was common as when he was booked in for a visit, they would sometimes reset the exchange, which was usually the cause of the problem. They had done this at 3am. He did further line checks, confirmed that the problem had been with the exchange and that everyhting was now ok.
    One day later and the connection has gone again. I work from home and this is costing me dearly.
    I have tried for the last 6hours to get through to bt broadband help (which I know is going to be as good as useless when I do finally get through). Does anybody know if there is anyone I can talk to to fast track some help?? 
    Getting desparate now!

    Mr. Kopriva I was told weeks before you had contacted me.  Thankfully I have recorded everything, have the complete history of things.  Helen at corporate has told me you told her you tried contacting me before this time so your email is extremely late.  Helen also told me you tried to correct things.  You also have earlier emails and my comments on the forum about the problems so you did not look at all my responses.  This heavy handed response and prevention of me to access to my stories is just another issue.  I get emails from everyone having similar problems.  I cannot log on to online and Adobe team has known this for months. Not everyone understands what the tech's are saying and after trying to do as instructed it did not work for some reason.  I am about to contact all local writers, the screen writers guild, software review companies, your corp offices by showing up in my wheelchair outside your offices, with a sign about what has happened and which can happen to anyone, competitor software companies of "Story" live, etc., your treatment and then prevention of people getting to their work, stories is monstrous and everyone needs to know.  So just keep ignoring a 5 minute solution to show you don't care about people.  I've asked for months for some help, by phone to direct me through a problem you have with your software. You (Adobe team) with your inability to accept criticism for a beta product and contempt for americans is tiresome.  Again my number is 480-782-8079 so I can get my stories off your software, saved and accessible for me, to me immediately, you can't take constructive criticism and no one dare have hardware problems because you software geeks don't give a damn about us.

I tried to implement a few handlers that extend FileHandler (actually the handlers do nothing, just for distingusih purpose), and put the customized handler attributes in configuration file and use logManager.readConfiguration() to load the configuration, somehow it does not work, but if I change the handler to standard handler like FileHander in configuration file, it works.

    Please, refer to note 892412. Here you can find the patch level required depending on the solman used. I can tell u that we have applied this note and currently we create service messages. Check this patch levels first.

  • No where to complain about being hung up on 2 times

    I need some help here.  I have wasted over 2hrs trying to deal with my phone and internet service being down.
    I get home yesterday and neither my FIOS phone or my FIOS internet was working.  I pull out my smart phone and begin looking for a contact# to call to get my services working again.  I tried to use the self service tool, but it would just jam up and not do anything.  It then took me over 20 min of searching the site to finally find a contact number to call for service.  I could not call 611 from my cell phone because it was not a Verizon phone.
    Once I called the number and went through all the menus and problem solutions again, I was finally in line to talk with a live body.  After waiting another 10min, I heard the phone pick up and then I was hung up on.  I was upset because I am now over 30min of wasted time trying to get a hold of someone and I have to wait through the long process of getting to a live body.
    I call a second time and after going through the menus, listening to the same repair process, I finally get a hold of someone after another 10 mins.  The verizon person then began to walk me through some of the same steps I did with the online portion on my phone, in the process he did take my call back number and then we were disconnected.
    I waited another 10 min expecting a call back and did not get one.  I was enraged at this point and had to call for a 3rd time and go through all the same menus just to get a hold of someone.  I feel sorry and apologize to the rep who I may have vented on, but I have a reason to be upset.  After going through the same processes, all I could get was a 4hr window appointment for today.  I asked if there was someone I could complain to about being hung up on twice and he said no. 
    Today I wanted to send a formal complaint; however, after about 20 min of looking through the website, I have yet to find a number to call or an e-mail to send to.  This is why I am posting to the forum.  Can someone please respond on how to get this complaint in?  At this point I am one step from reaching out to Social Media or calling the FCC.  I do not feel as an appreciated customer and will spend time today looking at different options for a home phone and internet.
