Nokia Exchange Server always on connection problem

Hi,
I do hope somebody can help me. I'm having the following problem. When i connect to my exchange server with a 15 min. interval everything works fine. When i use the always on solution i get on my N73 the message that my Exchange Server doesnt support always on. I searched everywhere and hhtp push support is enabled but i cant find the solution. I dont use a secure ssl connection but just a normal connection.
I really hope so that anybody can help me please???

Exchange Server Error - The connection to the server failed

Since two days ago, one of my GMAIL accounts on my iPhone stopped receiving emails. I use Exchange Server, and have been getting the following message: Cannot Get Mail. The connection to the server failed.
I have tried multiple things as stated over the forum(s) but nothing seems to be working. This is only affecting one account (the most important one!), while the remaining two GMAIL accounts on the same device are working fine.
Can someone tell me how to fix this problem and continue to receive emails using exchange server?

OK - 5 of us at work, all with iPhone 5's, all 32Gb. 2 of us can sign into Gmail using the Exchange Server with no problems, the other 3 (including me) cannot get emails to push. When set to push it comes up with "cannot get mail the connection to the server failed". (If set to Fetch then it does work) So we deleted all our accounts and the two that could connect with push tried it on our phones that wouldn't to see if it was a Gmail thing but they couldn't connect either - same message. I tried on on of the other phones and hey presto, it works! We are all running the same OS (iOS6.1.2) So it has to be device specific - what is going on here???? !!! Really, really hacking me off now - wish I'd never bought the bloody thing. Rapidly going off Apple...

I got it..
well the first thing we have to take care is the the host name
host name should match your mail id...
eg:
<your mail id>@<domain>
now even for exchange server the domain remains same... ask your administrator(exchange) to give u smtp host name not the one used in your MS outlook express. only the id part will change.. if u can get this id properly then this code works fine..

Exchange server 2007 Service Pack problems SBS 2008

I am Running Exchange server 2007 on Small Business server 2008 (SBS 2008). I tried to install SP2 but it fails both windows update and manually. Can anyone first advise me what version I'm currently running?
Help / about form Exchange Management Console displays:
Version 08.01.0436.000
And running repair on Exchange server from programs and features displays 2007 SP1 setup. So I believe SP2 to be next I have also ran SP3 but this fails.

There is a registry key to match this and The administrator account used for setup has access to it i believe??? What does this log mean?

This error indicated that your account missed registry permissions on: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Components\ 7ABFE44842C12B390AF18C3B9B1A1EE8\461C2B4266EDEF444B864AD6D9E5B613
Please check whether you have permission. You can also check whether the key have permissions inherited from the Parent Key or not.
After changing the permission, please run the setup again.

How can I remove the first exchange server 2010 without any problems in DC

our actually exchange is running on windows server 2008R2 with exchange 2010. I already install & configured a second Exchange 2010 server in the same domain. I also moved every mailbox to the new server. Now I have to deactivate the first server and
I don't know, if I have to do something or can I deactivate the "old" server without any issues.
If I can deactivate it, how can I do this? Is it enough to uninstall exchange 2010 on the server and after that I uninstall the windows server? Did I have to change something before?

When you remove first Exchange Server 2010 in your organization, please confirm finish following steps:
1. Move all mailboxes (including discovery and arbitration) to another server
2. Move all Public Folder replicas
3. Move OAB generation server
4. Update SMTP flow from internet
5. Update OWA/IMAP/POP/OA access from internet.
6. Update any routing group connectors if 2003 is present
7. Turn the old server offline for some days to check whether the new server works well.

Exchange Server 2007 : Attachment Size Problem

Dear Support Team,
My company has used Exchange Server 2007, Our Attachment policy is limit 10 MB. Our user send the attachment size 7 MB to Company B that it's the same policy.
But user in company B cannot received attachment, it's exceed.
I check EventID in my site.
- Received is 7 MB
- Transfer is more than 10 MB
Why? Please help to clarify and suggest how do I set the new policy.

It is hard to say how ??% per attachment increased, it's according to the encapsulation.
I have tested on my real Outlook, (47KB->51KB), (535KB->539KB), (575KB->579KB).

Exchange server 2010 losing connection to DC and GC

Hi,
My Exchange organization includes 2 Mailbox servers, 2 hub/transport servers and 2 edge transport servers.
Everyday, one of my mailbox server loses connection to Dcs. This error is logged :
Process MSEXCHANGEADTOPOLOGYSERVICE.EXE (PID=1976). All Global Catalog Servers in use are not responding:
servername.domain.com
About 10 minutes later, my mailbox server starts again discovering the Dcs and GCs in the domain, all alone, without me doing anything about it.
Process MSEXCHANGEADTOPOLOGYSERVICE.EXE (PID=1976. Exchange Active Directory Provider has discovered the following servers with the following characteristics.....
Fortunatly, it always happen later in the night, between 10 PM and 01 AM everyday when people are not working.
My other Exchange servers don't have this issue.
I have the Exchange 2010 SP3 RU6 installed on all my exchange servers.

Nokia C5-03/Win7 Bluetooth connectivity problem

When I am trying to connect Nokia Ovi Suite to my phone using Bluetooth, the pairing process seems to succeed, except the last phase: Then I receive a message that the connection did not succeed. The wizard gives then a possibility to try again with a different ID but it fails every time.
It is the same problem if I try to pair the phone from computer's Bluetooth icon in the notification area. However, with using my laptop with XP this succeeds. Therefore I believe that my phone is OK but there is something wrong with my Bluetooth software in Win 7 computer. Nokia Ovi Suite lists it:
- Microsoft (Version: 6.1.7600, subversion: 16385)
When I start the computer, the Event Viewer shows the following error:
"The Bluetooth driver expected an HCI event with a certain size but did not receive it."
Source: BTHUSB
EventID: 5
The Microsoft's "Event Log Online Help" onthat window does not suggest anything.
However, this may be the actual reason for the problems but I do not know how to fix it.
I have tried Microsoft's "Fix it" tool but it did not fix this problem.
Any ideas what to do?

Now I installed the Nokia PC Suite and I tried to make a bluetooth connection to it.
Everything goes again well except after the last phase when I give the asked pin number in my phone, the computer ponders a while and shows then a window with the text that the phone cannot be verified.

MS SQL Server 2K JDBC Connection Problem

I have installed Sql Server 2000 with mixed mode authentication. I am able to connect to connect through ODBC with both Windows and server authentication.
The same when i try with JDBC, i am not able to connect. I have added the driver jars to the classpath also.

I am not using any IDE, but the problem exists if i
add the jar files into my classpath. I extracted the
required files as suggested and tried, this time it
works fine.
If anyone could let me know why this problem is
occuring it would be helpful.
Thanks once againIt occured because MS didn't package their jar properly. You could try to re-jar the files or use a driver from another vendor.

JDeveloper to WebLogic Server 6.1 connectivity problem

Hello,
I am try to connect to WebLogic Server 6.1 from JDeveloper Version 9.0.3.9.93.
The JDeveloper is installed in Windows XPe. The WebLogic Server is installed in a Sun Box.
The weblogic.jar is already in the lib/ext directory in my local machine whether the JDeveloper runs. Any help in rectifying this is greatly appreciated.

Seems that WebLogic has its own java.security.Principal Class. The only workaround is....
Edit bin\jdev.conf and added the following line:
AddJavaLibFile ../lib/ext/weblogic.jar
Place this new line before any other AddJavaLibFile.
This is a problem with only a specific version of WebLogic.

Nokia 6610 cable CA-42 connectivity problem

Hi guys..
Am having a Nokia 6610 and am facing problem in retriving datas from that.
Am using connectivity adapter cable CA-42.
System OS:windows XP
I tried to retract datas from my phone using PC suite latest version 7_9, installation goes well, but after installation when i tried to connect my phone, its not recognizing my phone instead its showing some connection wizard which is showing some "USB to UART"
Its not proceeding beyond step3 in that connection wizard, not showing the contents of my phone.
I would like to ask which PC suite is best for this model and cable and cable drivers as well?

Uninstall Nokia PC Suite, Nokia Connectivity cable driver, PC Connectivity solution, Nokia flashing cable driver(if any on your PC), Run PC Suite cleaner. Run reliable registry cleaner for PC. Hi. I'm new to SQL Server (I'm running Express 2005 SP2 on
Vista - local machine) and I can't seem to connect to my datasource
with CF Admin. I submit the following information to CF Admin:

following message:

Hi,
The port might have been blocked. Try setting a new port for
your sqlserver. That may work for you.
(Because SP2 always blocks port 1433)

SQL Server 2005 Database connecting problem

Hi,
I have installed MDM 5.5 SP06 - 64bit servers, 32bit clients and SQL server 2005 in Vista 64 bit operating system.
But I can't able to connect the server...
I believe sa is reserved user name but in SQL server management studio I couldn't able to connect the server and registered the Server.
Can you guys please guide me in this regard how to fix this problem ASAP?

Thanks for your time and help, but I couldn't able to see the database itself.
as I know my computer name is database name but SQL Server is not providing that.
and its showing network data base names.
If I type the database name and user is sa...but there is no luck in connecting...
is there any way that we can define server name and user names??? also it doesn't ask for any database name or user name during installation of SQL Server 2005
I'm not a SQL person so, please help me in this regard.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our forum.
Did you select the "PC suite" mode when you connected your phone to your PC? I would advise you to :
Check that you are using the original Nokia USB cable and that the cable is properly connected to the phone and PC.
Disconnect the mobile device and connect it again.
Remove the battery, insert it back again and restart your mobile device.
Restart your PC.
If Nokia Suite is not able to find your phone, try reinstalling Nokia Suite software in your PC.
If possible, check if your phone can be successfully connected to another PC.
You can also try to repair your connectivity cable :
1. Go to Add/Remove programs found in control panel (called Programs in windows 7)
2. Select Nokia Suite or PC Suite installation and click Change/Remove
3. From the dialog Choose Repair
