I have a nokia Lumia 920 and the music subscription has expired.. How do I renew the subscription? Found no way online

You will no-longer be able to purchase renewals for your unlimited download subscription via Operator Billing, Credit/Debit Card or Voucher as this feature is no-longer available.
The streaming MixRadio service will still be functioning on your Lumia WP8 device without the unlimited download subscription, where you can enjoy all of your favorite artists and discover new ones. For reference, check the link provided below.

Renewal of Nokia Music Subscription not possible f...
Previuosly I used to regularly purchase Nokia Music vouchrers for renewal of Nokia Music subscription in my phone. From June 2014, I am not able to buy the vouchers for renewal and I am no more able to enjoy the Nokia Music facility. In India only "oxicash" used to give this service and they have discontinued the service offlate. Please help in suggesting alternate ways to renew my subscription

It seems the mesage that you received is not entirely correct. We have asked the MixRadio team to comment, and we received this response:
“Thank you for loving MixRadio . We request you to please be patient as we are working to make the vouchers available as soon as possible so that you can continue to download songs and enjoy MixRadio.”

Hi, dipeshbasnet3. Welcome to the Nokia Support Discussions! Just to verify, this is for Nokia Music Unlimited renewal voucher, correct? If yes, the service is only exclusive to India and China. Even if you are able to purchase renewal vouchers from Oxicash, you have to be within the supported countries to use it.

I have purchase lumia710 from resale market. I m facing problem in Nokia music subscription. It is showing message 'This phone already registered with unlimited subscription' but I m able to download free music. Also I don't know any details of previous owner. Please suggest me.....
Please use the search function when you have a question as it will often give you your answer straight away.
In short, the phone was registered for the service by the previous owner and you need to contact Nokia Care to get this resolved. There is nothing anyone here can do about this.

Where is Store?

Where is Personalise?
Play Me is replacing the personalise feature. Make sure to add lots of artists you like to “favourites” to make it more personal!
Is MixRadio+ the same as Nokia Music+?

If you swipe to the search screen you can find music from there by searching for artist, track or album. If you need some inspiration you can download music from the mix you are listening to by clicking on the title of the song while it is playing.

MixRadio subscription credit card charged twice
Hi,
I registered for the full version of MixRadio today.
However.....
My card is now charged twice, so I am paying for 2 subscriptions.
What should i do?What's your phone's model and where are you located @plusminus? Just to clarify, are you using 1 Nokia account on your phone when you subscribed to the service? Were you able to use the add-on features brought by your subscription? BTW, welcome to the Nokia Support Discussions.

Hey Nokia, I have had nothing but issues with your MixRadio. I have been a registered member for three months, full subscription I pay monthly for unlimited access and offline mixes. I have a Nokia 920 and the latest version of the program. I update my mixes offline...I go to my offline mixes, there are 4 that are bright and I try and play them, there is always "play back error, try another mix" and the other 8 I have available are like shaded/dull, and I try and play them and I just get a reading "current" and they don't play. I have to say I have been scouring your Nokia Support Discussions and I can NEVER see a resolve to this issues of offline. I have even seen your people recommend deleting the app and reinstall (which I have done twice)......so what to do. Do I get the support I need and hope to keep using your services???? When I can't ever access my offline mixes, which are suppose to be offline (I shouldn't need WiFi to access them but even when I do have WiFi to access them, I still can't get to them in "offline mixes") I can go to Mixes, when I have Wifi and play....real time....but I am a runner and traveller...the reason for my subcription was that when I run and travel, I have "offline" mixes but that portion of your program fails all the time...do I keep with MixRadio or do I pay more but get a guarentee with Spotify? I like your consept and prefer Nokia but this is a REAL issue....

Do you have an active unlimited downloads subscription before the update? If so, make sure you are signed in with the same account as you had when activated it. Unlimited downloads subscirptions are only available in India and China.
If you are not in India or China, and therefor do not have an active unlimited downloads subscription, make sure that the Nokia account you are using has the correct country settings in account.nokia.com.

Background in Nokia MixRadio doesn't change.
The problem is very simple, when you add your favorite artists in the app, the background should change and show those artists. The thing is my app shows the first artist I added almost a year ago when I first opened MixRadio and no matter what I do it won't change.
I can remove that artist from favorites - same background. I can remove all artists from favorites and add new ones - still the same background. I can un-install the app and install it again - still the same exact background of 'artist x'. Any solution besides the reset?Can you check if you are still logged into the service? Sometimes, even if your Nokia Account is saved in the phone, you can still become logged out of MixRadio, open the app and check in Settings>Account to make sure. If you are connected to the service you should find that the images do change.
