Not able to debug XSJS service

Hi,
I am receiving following error on launching debug configuration:
"Failed to check if system is secured"
I believe because of above error i am not able to debug the .xsjs service.
I am setting Host and Port for debug configuration same as i am using to test service in browser.

Hi Steve,
My problem is resolved but it had nothing to do with privilge or debug configuration.
I am not sure why your URL looklike IPjdbc:sap://localhost:30015/.
Your URL should be XSJS service in hana server.
Are you getting popup for sessionid while launching your XSJS debug configuration?
Can you please confirm above question and then i might suggest something?

In your web application root, can you find a file named 'web.config.backup'?

Not able to consume any service out of ESR or Service Registry

Hello Guys,
I have installed trial version of SAP NetWeaver CE 7.1 EHP 1^with ESR. I have also install Visual Composer. I want to make some exercises to make my concept clear but I am not able to find any service from the Find option in the VC. I have also tried to consume any service in Webdynpro project and trying to create model from ESR or Service Registry but It does not connect to ESR.
Your recommendations are welcome.

Because I have already configured ESR and SR accoding to installation manual and I have also seen the webminar of installation of SAP NW CE 7.1 with ESR line is here

One thing I am not sure about is, when I go to configure initial setup by using configuration wizard. There is one error (file missing on importing XI content) when I am going to execture "Configuration of ESR in CE" task from the task list in the configuration wizard. I think becasue of that I am not able to consume services in VC and webdynpro projects!!!
What do you say???
If also think the same then can I install some how missing xi content to ESR??? I have seen on service market place when I go to ESR - component list.
Or you recommend me to install PI/XI on my server then this missing component should be installed automatically???

Not able to access Web services

Hi all,
I am trying to access web services using the transaction WSADMIN.
But when i give the authorization while generating the WSDL, the following error pops up:

Thanks for this.
I was able to activate and deactivate the services. But i was not able to test these services (HTTP 500 Internal server error).
Also the services which are listed in the trnx SICF are not present in the trnx WSADMIN (I am using trnx WSADMIN to go to the home page of the web service and download the WSDL file of the service). What may be the reason?
Is there some configuration setting which I am missing or is it some other problem?

Not able to Debug in SMQ1 - CRM MIDDLEWARE

Hello Experts,
There is a failed queue in SMQ1. But we are not able to debug the queue which we were able to do couple of days back. Clicking on the DEBUG icon results in the same error message which we get when we just reprocess it.

Txn. SM59, Browse to ABAP Connections and locate the logical system you need to debug from your CRM system. Eg : Assuming your data is flowing from CRM to ECC whose logical ID is ECCCLNT100, then search for this logical name ECCCLNT100 in the list of connections, double click on it....browse to the 3rd tab "Logon and Security" and edit the user maintained in the Logon area. This user should be a dialog user.
For an inbound queue SMQ2, all FMs are executed at the CRM itself, so you'll be able to debug them...but for debugging SMQ1 you need to have a dialog user which has an access to the ECC.

"Help, About" should list the installed options, and "Debugger" should be in the list otherwise you'll need an expensive upgrade or a change of IDE.
In TOAD you have to open the source code editor, at which point the debugging options should be accessible. You can either set a breakpoint and hit the 'Execute' lightening symbol, or place the cursor at a suitable point in the code and press F12.
I'm not completely sure how you are supposed to pass runtime parameters but it may be to do with right-click, Action Console, Execute, which brings up a 'Set Parameters' dialog. However this won't run in debug mode, it just runs and remembers the arguments. I don't really get it. As you can probably tell I'm not a great fan of the product. Have you looked at PL/SQL Developer?

Not able to debug the start routine

Dear All,
I am facing a weired situation.
I have a transformation(DSO -> Cube) with start routine. I am able to debug the routine in Development System.
I transported the routine to Production System successfuly, but i am not able to debug the start routine there. I have all the necessary authorisations(SAP_ALL, SAP_NEW)
I am perplexed. Never seen such issue before.
Can someone help me here?

I followed the instruction, but it didn't work.
Can there be any technical reason for data package to be empty, even if the source has data(Note: There is no filter in DTP)?
Also, i just checked with other start routines...I am not able to debugg there also. System is not entering the debug mode.
Here, the patch level is: 0010. Can this be the villain?
Please advise.

Not able to debug the ZDEG(Z OUTPUT) MEDIUM Distribution Ale

Hi All,
I am not able to debug the ZDEG output type for Shipment (Medium is Distribution ALE).
Executing the VT02n providing the Shipment and selec the GOTO Menu the Output tab and Select one (EX ZDEG) Output type. I have kept the break point in the Program RANASTED and Form Routine ALE_PROCESSING.
Table record in TNAPR table.

Could you please let me know how to debug this output type code.

Which ERP version that you are using? If the system is ECC 6.0, then you can activate the session break-point in the print program. You can also activate form debugging option on using transaction SE71, enter name of the form (ZDEG), from the menu, Utilities->Activate Debugger. Hope this help you.

if the output type is triggered automatically and sheduled background and creating spool or sending mail.
then try this way.
Write the statemnet in your program to debug the program in Background.
data : w_flag type C.
do.
if w_flag = 'X'.
exit.
ENDIF.
enddo.
and execute the VL02n and go to t-code SM50 and select your program and got to menu >program->program> Debug
the the program stops in your Zprogram and make the w_flag to 'X' and continue debuggin zprogram.

you can debug badi BBP_GROUP_LOC_PO BADI only after execute the program BBP_SC_TRANSFER_GROUPED.
Keep the external bp in your Badi implementation and later execute the above program. It will exactly stop the place where you place the BP.

Not able to launch Self Service Application thru JDeveloper

We have been able to install and configure the JDeveloper and Self Service application, but not able to launch the application because of the error message below. 1) Are you able to invokde SelfServiceTemplate rule web service from [SOAP UI|http://www.soapui.org/].
2) Recheck configuration details of custom object manager in siebel as mentioned in Self Service application developer guide.
3) Recheck Siebel web service url which you have given...

Not able to see Enterprise Service hosted at SDN

Dear All
I want to access the Enterprise Service that are available at SDN and for that I created two proxies in Visual Admin.
I am trying to call those services in my Visual Composer. I am able to see the services in the Group.
But not able to see the required Enterprise Service.
When I click the + sign nothing comes under that group.
I am using VC 7.0
Can any body help me.

The ES available at SDN cannot be accessed outside SAP network because if we see the XML of the service available, the URLs within the XML are pointing to the internal hostname iwdf1030.dmzwdf.sap.corp of the system and not to the external hostname erp.esworkplace.sap.com. Unfortunately the internal hostname is not accessible or known to the internet and that is why we are not able to connect and retrieve the interface definition.
May be it will take some time to resolve this issuse, till then have a great time.

Not able to see the Service Desk Message in "Solution_Manager"

Hi Gurus,
Can anyone help me solving my problem,
We are using Solution Manager 4.0, and want to implement service desk for our systems. I have configured the solution manager service desk and we are able to rise the message from satellite system to solution manager, but i am not able to see those messages in "solution_manager" transaction under service desk in solman, but those messages are reflecting in transaction code "dnotifwl" under "No Processer assigned" option of Personal selection>Notifications Tab.
Pease guide me to resolve the problem.

1.have not copied slfn to zslf but modified the entries of slf1 and using directly. When i try to copy either it is copying only the entries or saying Entry zslf does not exists in DNOC_TYPE_NOTIF.
2. I am having full authorisation sap_all, and sap_new for my system
3. yes i have created a slfn based on this slf1 messages.

Not able to create Web Service Model in Visual Composer

Hi All,
I am trying to create a Web Service model in VC but I am not able to do so.
When I am clicking on Create button its saying Invalid URL.I have tried a lot of web service URL.
Can any one provide me some valid web service URLs or can anyone tell me what could be the problem.
Sometimes it gives "Bad or missing XML"
