I can't be continually turning off my phone in case someone left me a message. How do I resolve this issue?

Wifi: my Cell phone will remember 10 wifi connections. So delete any you don't use often and your home wifi and try to enter home wifi again.
if it still won't connect to home wifi, call your internet provider for help. You may need a newer router or different settings Or upgraded service. Your phone seeks the best connection and will refuse lesser connections.
last resort. Backup the phone. Do a full reset, then restore as new with the backup.
if still not fixed, go back to apple and insist on repair or replacement.
HOWEVER. voicemail is not a wifi issue, it's a carrier function, which is why the SIM card is a suspect.

MC ID and Access Code

I have taken 70-347 on 20, Dec 2014. I still have not received my MC ID and Access Code.

Well it might take up to two weeks to receive that code. So my advice would be to hold on for just some more time and otherwise contact the Regional Service Center by phone or mail. Take a look here for which center is applicable for you:

You have to get the classname of the Items you receive from getitems.
There you have only to look for Folder.CLASS_NAME. Example:

How can I store movies in the cloud and access them from my devices?

Hello,
I would like to store movies in the cloud and access them from my device without having to download them to the device because there is not enough space on the harddrive to store them on it. How would I do this? Would I have to download the movies to my PC or could I store them directly in the cloud?

Unfortunately I don't use sugarsync myself, I have a dropbox account and it works slightly differently.
As I understand it you can upload files to a folder in sugarsync from your computer without having them sync to any of your devices. You can access that folder from any of your devices, and although you would need to download them in order to play the video file, you could then delete them without deleting the files in the sugarsync folder in the cloud.

Moving the iPhoto library is safe and simple - quit iPhoto and drag the iPhoto library intact as a single entity to the external drive - depress the option key and launch iPhoto using the "select library" option to point to the new location on the external drive - fully test it and then trash the old library on the internal drive (test one more time prior to emptying the trash)
And be sure that the External drive is formatted Mac OS extended (journaled) (iPhoto does not work with drives with other formats) and that it is always available prior to launching iPhoto
And backup soon and often - having your iPhoto library on an external drive is not a backup and if you are using Time Machine you need to check and be sure that TM is backing up your external drive

why did I receive a Viber access code on my brand new iPhone 4S when I never signed up for Viber? In fact, when I received the sms, I used the search function on my iPhone to see where it could be hidden, and the only results where the two consecutive texts I received giving me identical access codes.

Cube or DSO?
Cube - manage - notedown the req number - selective deletion - enter req number at REQ ID and give the selection parameters as you need(GL a/c, BA and Co Code ) and execute.
For DSo you can't do selective deletion on request id basis

If this hard drive is part of a NAS device, then yes it should be accessable from either a Mac or PC while connected to the AirPort Extreme Base Station (AEBS) by Ethernet.
