I bought new notebook HP Pavilion 13-a051sr with Windows 8.1 (x64) onboard.
I'm trying to install HP Scan.
While installing all-in-one HP Color LaserJet CM1312nfi MFP using "CM1312series-win7-full-solution-AM-EMEA1-v5.1.exe" can not get after the dialog window "Locating the printer". Printer could not be found even if I write down printer' IP-address. The latest printer firmware is already installed. Firewall is disabled, antivirus is closed.
I installed printer without any problems using it IP-address. What can I do in order to install scanner module?

Driver windows 8 - Entertainment Notebook HP Pavilion dv6-6030el

Hello,
I bought just 1/2 years ago the Entertainment Notebook HP Pavilion dv6-6030el. it's operational system was windows 7 and now i have upgrade the operational system's with windows 8. The problem it's that i can't find the drivers for the various hardware that are present in the notebook.
How where i can find the drivers?

The page blankets a number of models, so be sure and choose the drivers that are applicable to yours.
Note that if you install the AMD driver from there, some of your advanced features may be missing. So in this case you may have to use the W7 driver from you HP support page.
Do a clean install of the driver, just don't install it over top of the old one.

PC Notebook HP Pavilion 15-p002np Brightness low?

Hi! Yesterday i bought a new computer a "PC Notebook HP Pavilion 15-p002np". When i started i noticed that the brightness of my computer wasnt like the other one i had.
I didnt see a similar thing lime mine. The brightness is in maximum but its like the minimun on my other pc. (My other pc was a Toshiba btw) is the Brightness of the pc like this?Do i need to trade this one for a Toshiba?

I have a Notebook HP Pavilion dv6-6132sl and there is no audio device installed, not even read his own speakers and the HP support does not detect any problem.

I would like to expand to the maximum the memory of the notebook
HP Pavilion zd8130EA - (EB872EA)
currently equipped with 512 MB DDR2 400MHz (2x256 MB).
According to the official datasheet, the notebook supports up to 2 GB of DDR2 memory.
Therefore I thought to buy No. 2 memory modules such as:
2x 1GB DDR2 SODIMM.
My questions are:
-How 1GB modules are supported, 1 or 2?
-Must be 400MHz or can also use 533MHz?

The easiest thing to do is to run the free Crucial memory scanner which will report how much and what kind of memory you can install in your notebook.

I can't find the spec sheet on your PC.
If it takes 2 GB of DDR2 memory you can install 2 x 1 GB of any DDR2 memory as it will downclock to the fastest speed the chipset/processor can handle.
Anyway, the tool above will give you the answers you are looking for.

Hi to everyone, I'm italian and i don't speek english.
I've an HP Pavilion g6-2324sl with windows 8. This morning I turn on my pc and my keyboard don't work. I'm already using the virtual keyboard preinsralled on this pc and I search the solution on the HP's website but I haven't find any help or original driver. I've already re configured my pc and I've already unistall the keyboard and rebooted the pc. On the property of the keyboard, the pc say: "The specified device is not present or is not working properly or you have not installed all the drivers. (Code 24)" but I've already do the update to the keyboard's driver. I'm crazy for this problem.

Hi,
Turn off the notebook by holding down the Shift key as you click on Shut down, unplug the AC Adapter and then remove the battery. Hold down the Power button for 30 seconds. Re-insert the battery and plug in the AC Adapter.
Tap away at the esc key as you start the notebook to launch the Start-up Menu and then select f10 to enter the bios menu. Press f5 to load the defaults ( this is sometimes f9, but the menu at the bottom will show the correct key ), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and hit enter. Press f10 to save the setting and again use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and hit enter.
Has this made any difference?

This could be very time consuming if there are certian criterias aren't meet. Do you have something like LoJack tracker installed and have you registered your serial with HP so if the laptop every come to a shop for repair the shop will contact hp for support and find it is a stolen laptop and report it to the authority to have it recovered. Otherwise find and recoving a lapto will be hard to do if they sell it off in pieces or keep it and do nothing with it or format it clean and install their own programs thus rendering gone.

My Headphones Not working in Notebook - HP Pavilion 15

Hello,
My Headphones are not working with my laptop(Same headphones working with other laptops).Whenver I plugged-in i can see headphone symbol, but couldn't hear any sound and there's no problem with laptop Speakers.I have tried almost all solutions provided in several websites. But none of them were working.
Please help me with this.

I understand that you are not able to get sound from the headphone jack of your notebook computer, and I would be happy to assist you in this matter!
To return the functionality of your headphone jack, I recommend following the steps in this document on No Sound from Speakers (Windows 8).
If you find there is still no sound coming from your headphones, I suggest returning your system back to a previous restore point to when the headphone jack was functional. This can be done by following the steps in this document on Using Microsoft System Restore (Windows 8).

Notebook HP Pavilion | Touchsmart

My laptop has always been very efficient and useful, but a couple problems have been occuring with it latly. One of the largest problems, is my Increadibly huge framerate drops happening this past month. Windows 8.1 without many tasks open, will run fine. However, I will open up a game (All games do this) and then about 15 minutes later, my notebook itself gets a framerate of about 1 or lower. A minute or two later, it returns to normal. Then the cycle repeats. I am sure it is not my internet, because it makes my whole computer lag. Also, I have a couple of occuring problems lately that may relate to this.My computer fan makes a buzzing noise, and sometimes I will start Windows and it tells me tht my system is not being cooled properly.My touchscreen does not work after starting windows, but at any given time it will start working again. How can I fix my main problem?

Notebook HP Pavilion dv6 dont start

So notebook wont start, screen is black and blank, and there's signals from caps lock button - flashing appx 1 time per second without stopping - nothing like described signals in manuals, what could it be? Sorry for bad language
