iCloud syncs Notes from the time that you enable it.
Other Notes that they are in Local Notes account (tap accounts on the up-left corner of the app) they must copy and paste one by one in iCloud Notes account.

Probably depends on how long you've had it. I don't know what Best Buy's returns/repairs policies are, and whether you're within their exchange period. You could try contacting them

Ater loading 10.4 I Tunes on my pc I can not sync my Ipad 2. It just sits at step 1 of 5 and does not move. What can I do? I am new to using an I pad so not sure if I am not doing something or if it is the new update. It worked fine before the update.

I had a similar issue with my iPad 2 except that iTunes crashed when I tried to sync.
Is step 1, the backup step? That worked on my iPad 2. It was the music step that caused me problems. I had to do a restore of my Ipad 2 to get things "working" (still crashes if I sync photos).
I think iTunes 10.4 is incompatible with the iPad 2. You could try reverting back to iTunes 10.3.1 (if you can find the download for it).

You can try this - quit iTunes, reboot your PC, restart the iPad and then try again. Use a USB port on the computer - do not use a hub. Remove any unnecessary USB devices while you are trying to iTunes to see the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

Information deleted on Notes on I-Pad by Mistake

I lost a file in Notes and cannot find where it went. (let alone how it was deleted)
How do I get files that may be in trash back onto notes? For future if a text, mail or file is in trash, how to get them back also?
Finally, is it possible for a file to be e-mailed via I-pad, (from Notes) but responded back and then deleted via I-phone, would the original file be deleted
from the I-pad because they are connected to the I-Cloud?

We are all just fellow users here and as such have no way of checking anything for you. You can look in the purchase history for your iTunes Store account yourself and see if you have indeed purchased anything:

Iphoto has a photo not on I pad

I am not that familar with the icloud and took a workshop 2 times to understand. But here is my question... I have a macbook at home and a photo in Iphoto. If I am out with friends an do not have that that device, but do have my phone or I pad can I bring it to that device I have and show my friend

No, you'd need to add the photos to photo stream before you went out.

Contacts address not showing on pad

When I add the following address (not mine) :

and click on it, the map app launches, but dpit finds the wrong address ...it gives 2 suggestions, but they are both incorrect.
If I click cancel, and immediately click 'search' on the search bar, the address is found every time.
I trust this is enough information for you to replicate my problem and to assist in the solving it.

HT3964 a letter not recognized on pad

Primus - that is exactly what our ZVM does, charges on the USB but will not dock. I tried reloading drivers, checking devices, but it does not show up anywhere. I tried to open it with Creative Explorer - nada, it says there?was no device connected. I am going back to Best Buy today, to try and take it back, or let them try something. Bad, Bad Creative. If I didn't use subscription music, I would get an Ipod in a second.... BTW - there is lots of tips on the other Creative board for media devices too for ZVM. I tried them all, and nothing, but there is lot there....

Why do some Apps(programs) appear in my dock, but not in my launch pad?

I recently downloaded Open Office and Adobe Photo Shop 12 . Photo shop appears in both my dock and launch pad. However Appace Open Office just appears in my dock, but not my launch pad, and also the open office little disk or cd reader icon (white 3d rectangle with image of black slot in front) appears on the right side of my screen. I can't eject it because I get a popup that says it is being used by "Open Office" and I have to quit the application to eject it. My question is if I quit the application using "Command" Q and then eject "Open Office" will I loose open office and have to downlad it again?
I think I answere my question.
I clicked on the Open Office Icon in my dock, had it go to "Finder" then ejected the "Open Office" disck reader icon and it went away from my screen.
I then went to "Finder" and opened it up and Lo and Behold "Open Office" disappeared from there too. Boy that sure is crappy.
So I downloaded it again.
Is there anyway to clean up the desktop so I don't have those silly images hanging around?

There have always, well for the past few years, written installers that just create a mess. All installed applications should appear in Finder, Applications. Not all of those will appear in Launchpad. When you encounter one that does not appear in the correct way, all you can do is manually move things around so it is consistent with the way apps should work.
