Now that the trial period is over, I can't open CS6. Does this mean I have lost my right to use it?
I have had a copy of Photoshop CS6 on my MAC. Then a trial version of creative cloud asserted itself and expired. Now I no longer have access to CS6. Is this the end if I don't subscribe????
This was an Adobe assertion of Photoshop Extended that I didn't ask for. This was a marketing push for subscriptions. If I remove the trial version, I will have nothing and will have load my disk and go through all the updates (IF THEY LET ME). This is on my Mac version 10.8.4

Unfortunately this can happen if someone earlier used a trial on the same computer, if your Adobe ID had a trial anywhere; if the computer clock is wrong (check the year!) or the wind is in the wrong direction. There is no second chance, so I guess Adobe lost that sale.

Hello, I have Acrobat XI Pro for which I pay by monthly subscription. Each month, for the past three months or so, at renewal time, I receive a note stating that my trial period has expired and I cannot open my Acrobat Files. I have telephoned three or four times each time this happens and have been told that the matter has been resolved - it has not! At one time I had paid inadvertently for three account for Acrobat XI Pro running at the same time - I only need 1. I'm afraid that I may have just opened a second account by mistake in order to open my files. I repeat, I only require one account. Would you please advise and assure me that this matter has finally been resolved and that I will no longer receive these notifications each month..
I don't work for Adobe but it seems to me you might be signing in to Acrobat with the wrong Adobe ID.
Check the Adobe ID you use in Acrobat.
Check this Adobe ID on Adobe's to make sure that it has an active subscription. -
When I try to set up my time capsule it says that the PPPoE Server is not found... What does this mean and how do I fix it? Thanks !
You are using PPPoE but there is no server to authenticate against.. or the modem is already connected and nothing else can join.
Is this ADSL?
Do you have the modem in bridge?
How does it work with the modem working as router? ie what type of connection does your ISP supply.. eg PPPoE is only one.. PPPoA is another.. IPoA or ETHoA.. and sever other more specialised.. PPPoE can only work where it is supported. -

Hi, I just updated my mac from version10.6 to 10.9.3 os mavericks. i went to open iPhoto and it says "Your photo library will not be readable by previous versions of iPhoto after the upgrade." does this mean I have lost all photos i had in there? It does not give me a choice, it just says quit or upgrade? p.s. i didn't realise ther was a way to back up my computer beforehand, which i am guessing this is time machine?

Illustrator argues that the trial period has ended, although it belongs to my creative cloud annual subscription. It asks me to confirm again and again, but when I do come across the same problem as soon as I try to open the program.
That isn't help me. My problem is:
1. When i try to start illustrator it says validating software license
2. Then it says Your trial has expired
3. Then i sign in required with my Adobe ID
4. It says thank you and ask me to click continue to enjoy the licensed software
5. When i try to open illustrator it starts again asking validating software license….
I've removed already oobe and reload software but it doesn't help. What i have to do? -
