  • Street line (name, number) formating error

    Hello everyone,
    I have an issue regarding formatting of the street line - when I include an address field (say in Smartforms), the street number comes before the street name. This would be according to USA standards, but I need it to be formatted by the EU standards (street name, and then the number). Also, where ever we have an address attached (SU01, customer/vendor master recs, purchase orders, etc) we get the same issue.
    So, now it is: "1234 MyStreetName", but I need it to come as "MyStreetName 1234".
    I have tried SA10, SA09, OY01 (and all the other customizing I could find), none of which had worked. The strange thing is that in our IDES system, it is displayed as it should be (name - number).
    I can't find where this is preconfigured in IDES, so if anyone can suggest I would be very gratefull.
    Best regards,
    SD.

    Hi,
    Yes, that's correct. My colleagues and I had developed a bunch of Smartforms, and all of them are using the Address window to print the address.
    I know I could print each address field manually using ADRC/ADRP tables, but I'd like to avoid that, if possible..
    SD.
    EDIT ***
    Before this becomes missleading, I'd like to clarify: This is not a form printing issue! The wrong printout is only the consequence of the wrong setting. I need to find the cause, rather than work around the consequences.
    This was previously posted in Basis Administration forum, but I was redirected here. Nevertheless, I am convinced that this is NOT an ABAP question, but rather an issue directly connected with the administration settings of SAP Netweaver AS. Anyway, now it's here...

  • After Effects CS6 format error 45::35

    I'm getting "After Effects Error: Photoshop File format error 1.  (45::35)" in AE CS 6 with .IFF's from Maya. I know this is nothing new, this problem has been around for a  loooooong time.
    We like here at ABC like .IFF since it's native to Maya and a small file with alpha.
    Close and open AE and it works for a while then the error appears, rather than me doing a work around and converting to another format, my question is:  When do you think Adobe will have a solution?
    Ray

    The better question actually is: When will Autodesk stop "enhancing" the IFF format? There really is two sides to the equation and as long as Autodesk implement undocumented changes (including trivial stuff like incrementing the IFF version number in the metadata), any other company can only paly catch-up. Also the format has this odd "quality" where byte errors do not necessarily affect the visible data, so rendering errors may not actualyl show up unless you open the files in anotehr program. I understand your rationale for using it, but it really is not the best format for heterogenous workflows involving apps from different vendors. TIFFs are so much nicer...

  • Stored Procedure for Batch Number Format and Block Duplicate Batch Number

    Hi Experts !
    I am new one in forum asking question.. I want Stored procedure for Batch Number Format. I want fix one Batch number format in Stored Procedure.
    Example :
    My Batch number format Like  BATCH00001 - It should be first five digit is text format and next five is Numeric.
    IF create Goods receipt PO or Goods receipt stage I create batch number like BATCH 00001 or any other number means don't add that document and also duplicated batch number also does not allowed. please give me the solutions. I am sorry for my bad english .

    Dear Nagarajan K.
                         Thanks for your replay ..
    IF @transaction_type IN ('A','U') AND (@object_type = '106' )
    BEGIN
    set @item = LEFT( @list_of_cols_val_tab_del, CHARINDEX(CHAR(9),  @list_of_cols_val_tab_del,1) - 1)
    set @batch = substring(@list_of_cols_val_tab_del, len(@item)+1, (CHARINDEX(CHAR(9),  @list_of_cols_val_tab_del,len(@item)+2)) - (len(@item)+1))
    --set @base =( select basetype from ibt1 where batchnum = ltrim(rtrim(replace(@batch,char(9),''))))
    set @count = (select count(*) from oibt quantity > 0 and where  batchnum = ltrim(rtrim(replace(@batch,char(9),''))))
    if @count > 1
    begin
    set @error = 1
    set @error_message = 'Please enter different Batch Code for batch ''' + @batch + ''' for item ' + @item
    select @error, @error_message
    END
    END
                  I used above Stored Procedure. here we can use one batch number for different item but  i want to block one batch we should use one item and one time only after than we never use that batch number for same item and another item.
             After that I want format for Batch, we should follow unique Batch number for all items.

  • Numeric or value error: character to number conversion error

    I'm having problems inserting a value from a date picker field (DD-MON-YYYY HH MI )
    i'm submitting this value to a packaged procedure that accepts this field as VARCHAR2 .
    on the insert, i do a to_date( P_DATE, 'DD-MON-YYYY HH:MI PM' )
    and i get the numeric conversion error.
    If I change the to_date on the procedure side, I get the :could not read the end of the format mask - which I've found threads about on this site.
    I've tried using HH24 and different formats, but I get one of the two above errors on the insert.
    If I don't fill in the datepicker field at all, it works fine.
    help is appreciated !

  • Numeric Format Error

    Post Author: diox
    CA Forum: Xcelsius and Live Office
    Hi guys,
    We have a problem in XCelsius 2008, when we select number format: Numeric and check to use 1000 separator. It seems that works fine but really doesn't.
    For instance;
    1 shows .1 and we want 1
    10 shows .10 and we want 10
    100 shows .100 and we want 100
    1000 shows 1.000 and we want 1.000
    10000 shows 10.000 and we want 10.000
    100000 shows 100.000 and we want 100.000
    1000000 shows 1000.000 and we want 1.000.000
    We try to do Number format: General and get format from excel but in excel works well and in XCelsius doesn't
    Anyone solves that?
    Thanks

  • Ff_5 Formatting error in the field COBL-KOSTL

    When automatically posting bankstatements we have several searchstrings in place.
    Most of them post against a bookingrule, but in this case I have a posting on a costcenter as well.
    I created two equal searchstrings, one for the bookingrule and one for the costcenter.
    When executing FF_5 SAP only books in area 1 and not in area 2. The error message states:
    00: 298 Formatting error in the field COBL-KOSTL.
    The costcenter is an active one, it is also in OKB9 linked to the cost account number.
    Profitcenter is default.
    What does this message mean, and how can I find out what I did wrong? I am absolutely sure I have made no typo when entering the costcenter in the mapping area of the searchstring.

    Hi Siermann,
    How are you mapping these two in search string , could you tell me ..?..
    Seems to be that cost center is mandatory field but the field is suppressed in GL.
    Thanks,

  • Custom Number Format Default to Numeric Keyboard

    Hello,
    I recently put together a timesheet form for our superintendents.  I have some fields to accept our company's 6-digit cost codes.  Initially, I used the general  Number format.  This worked well since, on the iPad, the numeric keyboard came up by default and only numbers were accepted.  However, there was no limit to the number and it always removed the leading "0", which was not acceptable.  Our cost codes are layed out as follows:
    011010
    082010
    120010
    It was important that we retain the leading "0".  Then, after some research I found a code (entered into to Custom format) on this forum allowing me to retain that zero:
    event.rc = true;
    if (event.value) {
         if (/^\d{6}$/.test(event.value)==false) {
              app.alert("Error! The entered value must be 6 digits.");
              event.rc = false;
    This worked well... however, I am back to the numeric keyboard not being default and the field accepting letters as well as number.
    MY QUESTION:
    How do I create a numeric only, exactly 6-digit field that will open the numeric keyboard on the iPad (like the number field does).  Is this possible?
