It could be a number of keyboard shortcuts, here's a few.
If the screen is zoomed, hold CNTL and scroll down with mouse or trackpad.
If screen looks like a negative, hold down CNTL OPT CMD and click 8.
Let us know how what other symptoms are shown.

Every device (iphone4, iphone4s, ipad2) I try to hook up to iTunes gives me a message "this device cannot connect because the apple mobile device service is not setup" does anyone have ideas as to why it keeps popping up? It just started doing this.

I am using a Canon 640 printer and my MPNavigator will not remain open. It pops open then quickly closes. I've used it for several years but it just started doing this. What can I do to fix this problem?
I had a similar problem with a Canon MP800R under Mac OS X 10.9.2 Mavericks.
In my case, the MP Navigator app in the dock was linking to the wrong file.
It linked to Applications > MP Navigator 2.1.app > Contents > Resources > MP Navigator.app, but it should link to the "main" app, probably under Applications > MP Navigator 2.1.app.
After pulling the correct MP Navigator app file to the dock, I can start MP Navigator again by clicking on it in the dock. However, when clicking on it, a second MP Navigator icon will show up in the dock and stay there until the app is closed. By the way, the MP800R scanner also works (although officially not supported by Canon). -
My iPhone although i use iCloud to synchronize. does anyone have en idea what can be done?

My ipad2 isn't allowing me to download any apps. When I try to download a app it prompts me too update my billing info. I did that and it said invalid security code for my credit card. It just started this two days ago, before I had no problems. Please help my apple friends

When I try to play albums or artists or any other catagories on my itunes library my iphone 3GS will only repeat the first song over and over and will not go on to the other songs. This just started. It won't random or play through the whole album or artist. How can I remedy this problem?

I have no idea what i have done to this ipod
I have a 20g fourth generation iPod that just doesn't like me
i bought it off a friend who upgraded to a touch recently
firstly it came up with a sad ipod icon
after connecting it to the computer and various 'rubbing' techniques it came up with an exclamation point and and folder i turned it on again and it decided to work after 1 month of not working. Now when i connect it to the computer windows recognises it but it freezes itunes and is not picked up by itunes when i insert it into the computer it comes up with an autoplay window which leads me to beleive that it is in disk mode but any help with it would be great
ive installed the lastest software and it is still not working

If this did not work, your iPod may have corrupted or missing software. Restore your iPod. http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=60983
If it's still not working, iTunes may need to be reinstalled or the iPod's software installed on your computer. Locate the iPod's software disc that came with it and install the software. If you don't have the disc, I will try to locate a software download from the internet.

Thebattery on my iPhone 4s will die when it says it is half charged. It seems like the halfway point is actually end point for the battery.
Sounds like the device was dropped at some point and damaged as a result.
Take it to Apple for evaluation and a replacement. -
I can no longer clear my history. I have done this every day for years, and since two days ago The clear history box wont open when I try to clear my history. I tried setting the auto clear option, but that also did not work.
Is there anything else I can try within firefox or my computer, or will I need to remove firefox and then reinstall it?

Iphoto is deleting photos off my camera card and phone etc. after I am downloading them onto my mac. After the photos are downloaded it asks if I want to keep them or delete them and even though Im saying that I want to keep them!. Any ideas?

I am unable to open a blank tab. Just started doing this. Why?
Suddenly my browser will not allow me to open a blank tab. If I go to help or something like that a new tab will open however, clicking "open a new tab" does absolutely nothing. I have done nothing out of the ordinary to cause this as far as I can tell.
First thing to do is to update to Firefox 10.0.10 and then see how it is.

I am unable to sync all my selected songs to my iphone. The error message is that the computer is not authorized. However, I have authorized the computer and iTunes confirms that. Any ideas what can be done to fix this. My phone is an iPhone 4S.
Were some of the songs purchased from a different itunes account?

Thank you again....Not having a clue what WEP is, I've done a little research. I have a BT Home Hub 3 which apparently by default uses WPA. BT have suggested I turn my hub off for 24 hours for them to monitor. However on returning home my February usage has gone back down again to it's average usage, so I think it's unlikely we'll learn a great deal. I am convinced the huge peak was caused somehow by my limited use of the ipad whilst we were abroad. I've been trying to get to the bottom of it, so that it doesn't happen again next time we go abroad.
For interest the ipad doesn't have we fi plus cellular.
