Delete what? The ID's? They cannot be deleted - you just quit using it.
If you still have one old ID - that you have purchased content with - you are saying that the password no longer works with that ID? Did you try to reset the password for that ID?
Read this - instructions if the ID was disabled for entering the wrong password.

Taken at face value, you're having trouble with an Apple Application Support program file there. (Apple Application Support is where single copies of program files used by multiple different Apple programs are kept.)
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "Apple Application Support" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "Apple Application Support", click "Change" and then click "Repair".
If no joy after that, try the more rigorous uninstall/reinstall procedure from the following post. (If you've got XP, although the procedure is for Vista and 7, just read "Computer" as "My Computer", read "Uninstall a program control panel" as "Add or Remove programs control panel" and assume the system is 32-bit, and you'll be doing the right things.)

Why does my itunes crash after start up with an "APPCRASH" error every time i open it?! I have been trying to fix this for weeks but all i can do it re-install it every other day which does nothing! I am desperate to get access to my itunes to get music on my phone and all of this just makes me want me to sell my iphone since there is no other way to add music to my phone. I currently have Mavericks but my original OS X disk that I have I'm pretty sure is Mac OS X 10.6.6. I'm not great with computers but am usually able to fix problems I have had with mine in the past. I have reinstalled and reset my computer to factory settings before, but I am locked out of my computer completely & can't get to my files to save them & I really dont want to lose them. I was in Safari earlier opening a file, the page started to not respond & froze up my whole desktop so I did a hard shutdown & restarted my computer. I haven't been able to get back into my account ever since. If my only choice is to lose my files & reinstall everything, I need detailed instructions because I actually attempted to do this at first, out of desperation to fix my computer & the installer was asking me to select what disk I wanted to reinstall lion to yet I dont have a disk for that nor do I know what it exactly is asking of me? Please help

These are related but not identical issues. Their causes are outlined in Intel-based Mac- Startup sequence and error codes, symbols. Solutions may be found in:
A flashing question mark or globe appears when you start your Mac
Mac OS X- Gray screen appears during startup
In most cases the problems may be caused by one or more of these:
a. Problem with the computer's PRAM - See Resetting your Mac's PRAM and NVRAM.
b. Boot drive's directory has been corrupted - Repair with Disk Utility.
c. Critical system files are damaged or deleted - Reinstall OS X.
d. The disk drive is physically non-functional - Replace the hard drive.
Note that the information I have provided is what Apple recommends, If other users suggest different solutions than found here, then be sure what they recommend does not impact on your warranty, if any, or ability to get continuing Apple service.
Please don't start removing drives or changing cables unless you know what you are doing and have exhausted other non-invasive alternatives outlined here. If you perform any work yourself that is unapproved by Apple, then you will void any warranty you may have and lose all further Apple Support.
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions
Boot from your Snow Leopard Installer disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the installer.
If DU reports errors it cannot fix, then you will need Disk Warrior and/or Tech Tool Pro to repair the drive. If you don't have either of them or if neither of them can fix the drive, then you will need to reformat the drive and reinstall OS X.
The main difference if you are using Lion or Mountain Lion is that you must first boot from the Recovery HD. Simply boot from the Recovery HD to perform the above.
Reinstall Snow Leopard Without Erasing The drive

2. Reinstall Snow Leopard
If the drive is OK then quit DU and return to the installer. Proceed with reinstalling OS X. Note that the Snow Leopard installer will not erase your drive or disturb your files. After installing a fresh copy of OS X the installer will move your Home folder, third-party applications, support items, and network preferences into the newly installed system.
Download and install Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo v1.1.
Reinstalling Lion/Mountain Lion Without Erasing The Drive
Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion: Select Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion and click on the Continue button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless. -

Deleting the backup only permanently deletes the backup from iCloud. It doesn't do anything to the data currently in your account or on your devices. To delete it, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the name of the device that you want to delete the backup for, then tap Delete Backup.
You can't see anything in an iCloud backup, if that's want you're asking. You can only restore it to your device. You can, of course, see your other iCloud data. -
Suddenly no sound... Please help. Been trying to fix it for last 3 hrs.
Can someone please help me with this no sounds issue. I've been trying to fix it for the last 3 hrs. until I've reached the point of wanting to hurt it. So I'm really hoping someone has had this problem before and knows what to do.
I've checked all of my settings. Everything to do with the ringtone sound as well as alerts, the sounds it makes when you send or recieve text.. Just non of the sounds at all work. Not even the clicking sound that the keyboard makes.
I've turned it off and back on after a min or two. I'm at my wits end.

Yes, I feel really stupid, but that's okay as long as it works now. I don't know when I did it, but that was it! I had at some point hit that switch and it never occurred to me at all to check that. In fact.. I really forgot it was even there.

Did you change the ID you are using for iCoud? If so, did you delete the account, then sign back in with your new ID on your device?

I used to have a apple id but when i got my macbook i changed it. Then i downloaded OS X and updates in my app store will not let me change my apple id back to my new one it just still uses my old one. What do i do?

Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple Id to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with another Apple ID with a new ID. -

All of our devices are under the same Apple ID & password (an IPhone 4s, an IPhone 4, and a Dell Laptop that uses Windows 7.) How in the world can
we separate them (so we can both use our free 5GB under the iCloud storage that each of our IPhone's offer, but "also" still use the same shared ITunes

As it stands right now, my son's phone (iPhone 4) is set up under our Apple ID & pw-which enables him to use the free 5gb's under the iCloud.
I cannot take advantage of the Free 5gb's iCloud on my IPhone 4s, because it's all "my info." on my son's phone (my email address & pw=what we've always used for our shared ITunes acct.)

What I need to know is "how" I can separate or rather create another Apple ID for my son-who is currently using "my Apple ID?" If there is a way to let him keep "all" his info on his phone (eg-contacts, music, app's, etc.) without doing a "reset?') Somehow I need to go into his phone's setting-create a new Apple ID and possibly a new password so he can still use our combined iCloud & Itunes account?
Also then letting me take back my Apple ID & password, but again allowing us (my son and I) to use the same iCloud & Itunes account? Does that make more sense??? I'm sincerely trying to get this cleared up once and for all----just need guidance from someone who has a true understanding of the whole Apple iCloud/Itunes system!

I changed my main email on my apple ID now when I try sign in with the new email it doesn't work and neither does my old one so I don't know what happened, any help?... I made a new apple ID and on my iPod it tries to use my old one and I can't change it to my new apple ID I've gone on to settings and iTunes and App Store and changed it to my new apple Id yet when I buy apps or try update them it uses my old apple ID I don't know what to do any help??
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.
If you can't log into Settings>iTunes and App stores with your new ID them mean there is a problem. Try restting the password and try to sign in again.

Can you sign in with the new ID on your computer?

Are you trying to convert your files from within Adobe Reader? If so, please make sure that you have the most current version by choosing Help > Check for Updates. Earlier versions of Reader could cause the specific error that you're reporting.

So, I backed up my iphone 4. Set up my iphone 5, pressed sync and it did its job. However, its seems to have synced everything except my photos and text messages. Basically the most things I use on my phone! Ive searched for solutions all over the internet, tried them all and still no luck. this is driving me crazy, been working on it for hours now. someone please help!

Did you restore the iPhone 5 from a backup of your old phone?
If not, do so to put everything back. This is assuming you want/need you sms messages.
Pictures should already be on the computer, then they can be synced to the device.

How much RAM is really sufficient.
My elderly friend's iMac17" ( vintage 2003), with a 800 mhz processor, running OS 10.2.8 on 768 Meg RAM is very sluggish. Is this sluggish behavior RAM related? What is considered adequate memory for this model iMac?
