    It is a brilliant move on Verizon's part - brilliant if the never want a customer to return.  I've been a loyal customer for many years, but when I switched, not only was the guy I had given lots of sales over the years to in the mall a jerk to me when I asked for my account number, but when I tried to get a copy of my disconnected bill, it won't let you access it.  Yes, you can, if you can find your flipping account number, pay your disconnected bill online.  However, you will never find a copy of your bill.  Why?  Verizon wants to punish leaving customers so they can't get their ETF's paid by another company.  This reminds me of the horrible AT&T days where they got so big they started treating everybody like crap.  Blockbuster did the same thing.  It will come back to haunt Verizon as everybody I know is fleeing their service.  I give them credit, their phone service is superior in quality, but I will never go back because of the way I've been treated as I try to leave for a better deal since I am having financial difficulties this year.  I might would have come back but not now.  On top of that, they have a trick where they won't port out one number of the set you are trying to port.  When you finally get through on the line to get it shut off, they tell you they can't turn it off until the next billing cycle.  So though I shut off all the phones but one - one week into the billing cycle, I got charged for ALL 5 phones for the entire month.  This because they insisted they couldn't shut off that final $20 per month phone.  After three dropped calls that took me 20 minutes each to get through to a live person, they then told me they could have shut it off and their employee told me wrong.  They said they'd send it for "Review" after which - you guessed it - I'm supposed to "Call back" - an act of God and congress and taking a day off work so I can keep trying and keep sitting on hold forever later.... I'll let you know what happens.  I'm telling everyone I know, like I did with AT&T to NEVER do business with them.  They used to be great, until they got big.  So if anybody finds some way to get their final bill, I'd love to know because I've spent hours on the phone and online trying.

    Did you not get the final copy of the bill in the mail via United States Postal Service?
    What about older bills? Did you keep any paper copies? Download a PDF copy of the electronic bill at some point?

  • Apple Pay is not working

    My apple pay is not working. Period.
    When I have tried using it at a McDonald's, and Walgreen, nothing has popped up at all.
    I live about 3.5 hours from the closest apple store. So I am at a loss on what I need to do.

    Just a note:
    I have three cards added, (all three are Wells Fargo) Under the cards, it says that it has been added, but nothing else has ever shown up.
    I have tried several times to restore the phone to factory settings and try again. Still no luck.
    I have read numerous articles on setting it up and am 100% sure I did it correct. Just not working.

    I just tried paying my phone bill some 5 times, and it is not working. I called up my bank and they said that verizon is charging me for a bill of zero dollars, instead of the actual amount - so something must be wrong with your systems. Could you please look into this and fix it quickly?
    I also tried calling you customer support number and it was horrible - I couldnt reach anyone and they kept asking for sensitive information that was totally unnecessary. Please update your customer support services.

    there are multiple ways of making payments, the easiest is online through my verizon, if you dont have an accout you can set it up right from verizonwireless.com also you can go to any verizon direct retail store and make the payment. dialing #786 to the automated system. also when you call customer service they will need you first and last name and the last four of your social or a billing account password you have created. this is for your own security purposes. you can have customer care transfer you to financial services and make the payment there, or if you request they can have one of their supervisors take the payment just tell them the the automated system wasent letting you take the payment

  • My Verizon bill pay pages not loading

    For the past week I have not been able to pay or view pages that pertain to bill pay or statements. I can log into my account but the bill pay pages never complete loading any content. No errors, I have deleted all my cache in all my browsers IE 11 and Firefox.
    I am in RI and using Cox Communications for my ISP, I can access my account from my employer and see all the bill pay pages. I am assuming it is a firewall issue with my ISP but I suspect the Verizon has made some changes to their Website that is causing the bill pay to be flagged.
    I also see that this problem is not isolated based on the number of post on this forum related to the same issue. We called customer support and of course they said that there weren't any issues reported which now I see is a load of C**P.
    I would like to suggest you find someone else to do your web development as your pages take JavaScript errors left and right.

    Hi Robinbirdsong, are you still having the issue with trying to pay your bill online? Did you try the suggestions provided by the community member? Sometimes when your logged into My Verizon with having inactivity at the website during that same log in session, the connection can be unresponsive requiring a re-login to the website. This is for security reasons. However, clearing the Cache and cookies can help with logging back in again afterward to process the payment. I encourage you to try going online again to process the desired payment online. If you have experienced the issue again afterward, please inform me.

    I cannot access the bill pay feature online, to either view or pay my bill.  After my last account review and affiliated changes, I lost the autopay feature which I had been using.  Now when I go online, I sign in and it directs me to another site for Business Accounts, which I do not have.  At this site, if I enter in my phone number, it tells me it does not recognize my number as a Business Account (because it isn't).  And 'round and 'round it goes.  I have attempted, unsuccessfully, to have customer service handle this problem, to no avail.  They have also linked onto my computer and tried it, to no avail.  I'd love to return to the auto pay feature, rather than mail a check or have my bank pay it.  HELP!

  • Qualifier Attribute bill to is not working in iStore

    for the modifier i have entered a list qualifier as Customer "bill to" it is working in applications but in istore it is showing discount after checkout was done. is this qualifier attribute will not support at catalog and cart level or it is checking for the bill to is same as defined in the list qualifier.

    I know for a fact that at catalog level advanced pricing will not apply the pricing modifiers to the item price. The cart level pricing depends on the kind of qualifier, since your qualifier is of type bill-to, the cart / quote will not qualify for the cart unless you have your bill to address selected on the cart which is typically the page after checkout.
    Assuming you navigated upto checkout and every modifier is applied, if you navigate back to the cart, advanced pricing reprises the cart to bring the latest and greatest prices.

  • Tip for Photo Stream use, Online Bill pay conformation.

    When you pay bills online and get the conformation screen with a conformation number saying please print for your records. Take a screen snapshot instead and import into iPhoto. With Photo Stream turned on the snapshot will be on all your devices. If there is ever a problem with a payment your conformation is right there on iPad/iPhone. I think it's a great way to save records of certain payments.

    So I will replace Safari with Firefox? I was reading somwhere on these posts the other day that I can set Firefox to be my default browser, but then I thought someone said that it caused other problems on their computer (locking up?) Again, maybe I am getting 2 different posts confused. Could this happen if I change from Safari to Firefox?
    Don't replace Safari; just try Firefox for the bank site that doesn't work with Safari. You can leave Safari as the default browser, and use it for everything other than the bank site.

    I have just bought Acrobat 9 Pro (which costs a fortune!) and am rather disappointed with a few things. I'll ask about one of them to start with.
    I have created a PDF and sent it to a collaborator for shared review, who does not have Acrobat but does have Adobe Reader. She is not a member of acrobat.com, but is not offered to join during the process.
    She can download the file and open it with Adobe Reader (showing the extended toolbar) but cannot connect to the server. A message states that she is probably disconneted from the internet, but this is not true.
    She is allowed to work offline and then email the document with her comments, but this is not what I want. I want comments to stay online for other reviewers to see.
    She had Adobe Reader 8 so downloaded and installed Adobe Reader 9 but this did not solve the problem. The message however changed slighty to: "The shared review location on share.acrobat.com could not be written to, or the server has run out of disk space".
    Anyone knows what could be the problem?

    We are using WebDAV for online collaboration (FDD based). We have just now upgraded to Acrobat pro XI. But since then we are not able to do the online collaboration.
    Send and Receive comments button is not shown when pdf file gets opened in the browser.
    Does any one have any idea how to resolve this issue?

    1. Are you using latest version of Acrobat 11 i.e. 11.0.6? If not then please update it via Hep -> check for updates.
    2. Does your workflow works fine when you open PDF in Standalone Acrobat?
    3. Does it work when you initiate Shared Review using Email or shared drive?

  • So I understand encore doesn't install... I found online instructions but its not working...

    I unistalled Premeire ... but did not get the " CS6 uninstallation, you are given a chance to select which components to uninstall. Leave Encore deselected"  ... I"m confused ... the instructions NEVER told me somewhere to install Encore... only to uninstall Premiere ... when I did ... I did not get the option to deselect any options... I then downloaded the MAC .dmg file that it says to download and upon launching choose "Encore" "premier" or "both" ... but it just says the application needed to open the file is missing ... I am now manually downloading Premiere again ... but I'm just back where I started...
    Is there any clear instructions online ... I can't find anything - I"m not running a trail version - I have a full year membership ....

    If it is confusing, simply do NOT try and uninstall Premiere Pro CS6 after you activate it so Encore CS6 will work... PProCS6 will take some space, but it will not stop PProCC from working

    I hope someone here can help me as this is driving me insane
    I want to use PP for iTunes and have set up numerous billing agreements through PP, but iTunes does not seem to recognize them. I go through the whole thing of signing into my account repeatedly and it will send me to PP where I over and over set up the agreement, but when it is supposed to send me back to iTunes it just sends me to a page on PP where it states that my session has timed out.
    I chatted live with someone from iTunes yesterday who suggested as I use Mozilla firefox that I should use IE instead when doing this. SO I took everything off and started over again and nada/___sbsstatic___/migration-images/migration-img-not-avail.png
    I also have a firewall on my pc through AVG and was wondering if this had something to do with it.

    I can't pay bills at my bank with the present browser (Safari). The bank suggests I update to the latest Safari, but that will not happen with Snow Leopard. Please make answers simple! I am 73 and love to keep up, but I don't understand a lot of the tech stuff. Thank you!!

  • Oracle 8i online docs web pages not working in IE5.5?

    Up until about a week ago, I was able to browse the online docs for Oracle 8i, using Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2 on Windows 2000 SP2. Now, I am getting incomplete web page loads and/or pages that repeatedly reload themselves. I do not experience this problem browsing the same pages with Netscape 6.2 on the same PC. The only relevant change on my PC I can think of was application of Service Pack 2 to Internet Explorer 5.5.
    An example URL is http://technet.oracle.com/docs/products/oracle8i/doc_library/817_doc/server.817/a76965/c01intro.htm#12981 - this page loads only down to the section "Data Integrity". Other pages exhibit similar behaviour. I don't experience this problem using IE5.5 with any other Web sites.
    I have tried clearing all cookies, cached files, etc. to no avail.
    Any help or suggestion will be appreciated.

    You need to follow below steps:
    1) cd $JAVA_TOP
        2) zip -r customprod.zip. Where the list of all directory paths are present, relative to $JAVA_TOP, for custom application's java files at non-standard location.
        3) Generate & sign customprod.jar file.
    Command: adjava oracle.apps.ad.jri.adjmx -areas $JAVA_TOP/customprod.zip -outputFile $JAVA_TOP/customprod.jar -jar $CONTEXT_NAME 1 CUST jarsigner -storePass -keyPass
        4) Delete temporary customprod.zip.
    Command: rm $JAVA_TOP/customprod.zip
        5) Follow below steps to make the custom jar available for WebLogic
    a) Take a back-up of existing /admin/template/ebsProductManifest_xml.tmp
    b) Modify /admin/template/ebsProductManifest_xml.tmp to add entry for customprod.jar (after customall.jar) 
    c) Run AutoConfig
    d) Bounce the Mid-tier services
