I purchase an online number four days ago, and it already shows in account purchases that it is delivered, but the email days ago said that Skpe still is trying to confirm my online number. So charged and delivered but I don't see any information about the number? Unfortunately it is also impossible to find support on the Skype homepage. How do I finally get my online number I paid for????

I purchased online number using my credit card. After entering details of card and verified by visa stage, I got page not displayed error. So far the charge didn't appear in my credit card account.
Near the order number "Pending" is also displayed. Can I assume that the order is really getting processed and wait (maximum 19 days?) OR choose a different number and purchase again?

Purchased Online number days ago and still nothing...

We are rather dissatisfied with your service. We purchased an online number from you days ago and the status still says processing. Our credit card company reported that the 60 dollar payment cleared yet we recieved nothing in return.
What exactly is going on here? I'd sure like an explanation as to why the product I purchased has not been delivered after you took my money. And what of the 50% discount for having a skype phone subscription? Will 30 dollars be returned to my account for this?

Can I get an update on the status of my Online Number purchase please? If not, I'll be forced to cancel all services and demand a full refund.

Subscription and Online number conflict.

I have a monthly subscription (Unlimited Europe) that includes an online number.
I am being asked to pay to extend my online number (that I've had for a long time), when I click to extend, it says I already have a free number.
When I give up and click to change the online number and take advantage of the free online number I get with a subscription (even though I thought I already have), it wants to charge me.
Is it free with a subscription or not because it was when I signed up?
Also if it is, why am I being asked to extend it?

As you have purchased the Online Number first, I advise you to contact customer service to cancel the Online Number purchase so that you could repurchase it (the same number will be reserved for your account).

Subscription and online number, yet paying monthly...

I have been a happy Skype user for quite some time, so I thought I would get an online number and a yearly subscription (landlines Sweden). Turns out though, that I am still paying about 9 EUR/month for the premium stuff. I thought I would qualify for premium and not have to pay monthly fees after having spent the money on the yearly subscription and online number.
Can anyone explain how this works? I have been unable to figure it out from the support pages. Thanks.

My subscription isn't over until another month, but my online number is about to expire in a few days. If i still have skype minutes will i automatically get a new number or will i physically have to get a new number? and will it interfere with my calls, say if my number expires and i don't get a new number..if i still have my skype minutes for another month to make calls what will my new number be??

Online Number Subscription Extension and 50% Disco...

I currently have a UK online number. It will expire in Oct 2012. I noticed in my account that if I am on a subscription to call a landline or mobile phone in the UK, I am entitled to get 50% on an online number. Assuming if I were to extend my 1 year online number subscription, do I still get the 50% discount or it is for a new online number?

Basically as long as you have an active subscription on your account you will get a discount on Online Number purchase. It doesn't matter if you purchase a new number or extend your old number.
I was checking your account and I can see that you purchased Online Number just recently, if you wish you might be able to get a refund on Online Number order and purchase the same number again with a discount since right now you have a subscription.

Purchase of online number with Skype Credit

I purchased $30, but I of Skype credit and went to purchase an online number with it, but I keep getting the same message to sign in to my account to purchase. I am signed in, it says hello to me. So the next thing I tried was to sign out of Skype completely and Quit it on the desk top, then sign in again. nope same message. I selected a special number for this and now it is expiring because I can't make skype take skype credit! What so I do, time is short. With the plan I purchased I was suppose to have live chat with skype to troubleshoot the problem, but I don't have access to that either!

I purchased online number but the number does not ...

I purchased and used Korea 070-xxxx-xxxx online number but now I get voicemail 070 number and my Skype account separately.
When I call 070 number, auto voicemail kicks in and I can't call out from my Skype acct either.
How do I fix this problem ?

After the Apple logo appears, what happens then? Can you hear any sounds or if you tap on the screen, does it seem like apps can open or are you just seeing a black screen? You might have a hardware problem, but you can try restoring the software and see what happens.
Read this in its entirety before you do anything. Make sure you read the sections at the end about using recovery mode.

Purchased online number not working

I just prchased an online # and when I try to call it from my telephone it is answered but not by me. It would seem that the number is in use by someone else.

I also have purchased online number (last week) when it is called - one gets a busy signale.
There are a number of us experiencing this... have no idea how to contact anyone at SKYPE, cant find anything on the site other than this foorum... a little annoying!

Purchased online number is not working

I recently renewed a year subscription to my online number, but when I make calls the number is not showing up. It is showing up an either an unknown number or a 661 number. Also, I cannot receive calls either. This is extremely frustrating because I am from the USA, but I am currently living in another country and this is my sole communication to my family and friends in America. Can someone please assist me in alleviating this problem. Is there someone I can personally talk with from Skype over the phone, rather than this message board?

Take a look at the Privacy settings in the Skype program on a computer. You probably need to set that to allow all calls to your Online Number. There are separate privacy settings for calls from other Skype users to your Skype account, but for the Online Numbers you need to open that up to take advantage of having that number. Skype does not automatically do that, even if that is something you would like, to let you have control of who can call your Skype account.
