Only one of my accounts cannot be connected to.

I hope someone can help me with this. I have two skype accounts, a personal one and a business one. I have had no problems signing into either for a while but suddenly today, while I am still able to sign into my personal account, I am completely unable to connect to my business account. The website works fine but the desktop program keeps telling me "Skype can't connect.". I have tried resetting my password, uninstalling skype and installing the newest version, and deleting the skype folder in %appdata% and the DbTemp folder in %temp% but the problem still remains. Even signing only into my business account on a fresh install does not work. Through all of this my personal account remains perfectly fine, I am only experiencing these problems with my business account.
Is there any way that I can fix this? Being for business it is important that I can connect to it.
I am using Windows 8.1 if it helps.

Yes you certainly can.
Right click any desktop in the list > Settings > in the left pane select the desktop you want to auto connect to > check "Auto connect to this desktop".

In my small office ethernet network all of a sudden one of my imacs cannot be connected to. It can connect to all other computers and can access internet, but as soon as someone tries to connect to that mac, it disconnects from the network. Any ideas

I have a network of 9 macs that connect via ethernet and a router. All of a sudden one of the macs cannot be connected to. It can connect to all others and the internet, but no one can connect to that one. I have appletalk active and file sharing on, but everytime someone tries to connect to it, it is not on the network. Additionally, the personal file sharing keeps turning off even though I have it locked. Any ideas?

We are facing one problem relating to controlling.
Here we are assigning internal order in sales order for scrap sales and we are doing order related billing.
we are maintaining different GL accounts for billing and Exicse accounts for Excise and this accounts are cost elements.
when we are doing the billing system is not creating any error message and we are activated COPA also. So in billing COPA document is generating.
we are tried to post the excise invoice for this billing document using the standard transaction code J1IIN.
But system is giving the error message "Enter only one non-statistical account assignment"
Please suggest.

The system does not recognize whether it should be assigned to the sales order or to the internal order probably. There is every possibility of program error, please refer to oss notes like 170014.

Message KI249 assign only one true cost account object

Hi SAP gurus,
I am trying to create a sales order by assigning an internal order for which revenue posting (cost element category 11) is allowed (revenue posting box checked). But system only is picking up profit center assigned to internal order and not treating internal order as real account assignment. If I enter internal order system gives me an error "message no KI249 enter only one true account assignment"
I was able to post FB50 with the same revenue cost element to the same internal order.
Can you please help me with this.

Actually after some more research we determined that if we enter plant to the revenue items which are entered in the contract we are not able to enter order to which revenue should be booked. But we if remove plant we can enter the order and revenue is booked to real internal order.
But we need to enter plant becuase tax cannot be calculated if don't enter plant.
so what is the relationship between plant and internal order in this case? Why am I not able to enter order if I enter plant. system .
gives an error "enter only one true account assignment" I don't get this error if I don't enter plant.

apple will not merge your accounts.... you will need to pick one and use it and change password..if you can't pick one then just make a whole new account and just let the others float away into the apple space.. but take out the credit card info so that shady husband can't use it... you can google "manage my apple id" and it will let you log in and change stuff.

Why is Gmail SMTP server working for only one of two accounts?

iPhone 4S, with all updates.
I have two gmail accounts, primary and secondary. I have both accounts set to use smtp.gmail.com, with password authentication for each account.
Primary account can send just fine using SMTP. Secondary account cannot send through it's "own" server (i.e., [email protected]) and sent messages failover to the primary account server ([email protected]). Of course, that means recipients see the email as coming from the primary account, which is totally contrary to the reason I have it.
Settings for smtp are identical, except for username and password. I can send using the secondary account in Mail on my Mac, using that server, with messages showing properly (i.e. from [email protected]).
Any ideas what's going on?

On the iPhone that can't send or receive iMessages, make sure iMessage is On in Settings > Message.

Only one of my contacts cannot receive my text messages, why?

For the past week, my boyfriend has not been able to receive any of my text messages. He has a samsung s3 and I have an iPhone 4s. We both can call each other and my texts to him say that they are sent. I have called both my provider and Apple and the issue still hasn't been resolved. He also has an iPad which we iMessage off of sometimes, not sure if this has anything to do with it or not. This really is frustrating since it is only one contact, and both my provider and Apple also thought this was a weird situation...

When looking at your messages that you send him, are they green or blue? Green will mean that it is a SMS that is done by your carrier and if it blue then it is using iMessage service to send the message and they would be going to the iPad even if it does not have access to the internet. He may want to unlink his phone number to it and just use iMessage just through his email address.

Any way to downgrade only one user's account?

My son's school has informed us that we need to downgrade Firefox to version 3.5 in order for him to be able to use PowerSpeak for his German lessons. I do not feel safe in doing this. Is there any way to just change the version of the browser on one user's account, instead of on my entire computer?

It gets a bit complicated when doing that; all users are affected when it comes to the "default browser" being the last installed version. Your best course of action is to install an older version of Firefox Portable in that one user account, as the Portable version installs in its' own folderset and doesn't write to the Windows Registry.

Can anyone please tell me why my 'Hotmail' account cannot get connected to its server on iOS 6?

Hi everyone,
I have just upgraded my iPad 2 to iOS 6. Everything is running perfectly well except for my emails. My primary email address is on Hotmail and the email app on my iPad is unable to connect itself to the server hence I cannot get any email. Which is really really frustrating and I have already missed a few important ones.
If someone can please kindly give me a solution, I have already tried mannually turning on the SMTP servers but that didn't work either. A timely response will be highly appreciated.

There may be settings in the hotmail account that you need to change. I know I had to manually tell it to allow me to delete mails on the device, but even then I have to delete it on every device I use to access the account

Sync with only one iTune/iPod account and have EVERYTHING EARSED

I've up dated to 7.11 and when I plug my iPod 40G photo in, I get message that you can only have one iTune/iPod per computer account...trouble is that THIS IS THE COMPUTER I started my iPod with!! Now it wants to sync and earse all my songs but better yet 8,000 songs are missing in the library!!
I also have 3 other iPods and none will be allowed in the library!

Connect your iPod to your computer. When you get the message that it is linked to a different library and asking if you want to link to this one and replace all your songs etc, press "Cancel". Pressing "Erase and Sync" will irretrievably remove all the songs from your iPod. Your iPod should appear in the iTunes source list from where you can change the update setting to manual and use your iPod without the risk of accidentally erasing it. Also when using most of the utilities listed below your iPod needs to be enabled for disc use, changing to manual update will do this by default. Check the "manually manage music and videos" box in Summary then press the Apply button: Managing content manually on iPod
You can use a keyboard command to prevent your iPod auto-syncing with iTunes. While connecting the iPod to the computer on Windows with iTunes 7 installed hold down the Control and Alt keys (or Shift + Ctrl keys in older versions). This will stop the iPod from auto-syncing with iTunes and the iPod will appear in the source list. Wait until you are sure the iPod has mounted, and that it will not auto sync and then you can let the keys go. Once you are safely connected if you can't reinstate your library from your computer then there are a few things you can do to restore your iTunes from the iPod. The transfer of non iTMS content such as songs imported from CD is designed by default to be one way from iTunes to iPod. However there is a manual method of accessing the iPod's hard drive and copying songs back to iTunes on Windows. If you prefer something more automated then there are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the music files and playlists from your iPod. Whichever of these retrieval methods you choose, keep your iPod in manual mode until you have reloaded your iTunes and you are happy with your playlists etc then it will be safe to return it auto-sync.

IPhoto in one of my accounts cannot find library

About four months ago i purchased an additional external hard drive because my wife bought an SLR camera and we needed additional room for the photos. I figured while I was at it, I would used the external photo library to share the library between our two accounts; something I'd been wanting to do for a long time. I also did the same with iTunes. I also added the new external drive to the hard drives backed up by Time Machine. Both iPhoto and iTunes worked great and we've been sharing without any problems until today.
My wife opened iPhoto in her account this afternoon and there was nothing in it. We verified that the hard drive was connected and operating. We then checked to make sure the contents of the external drive were not corrupted or damaged. Then we checked to see if iPhoto opened in my account, which it could. Then to be totally sure it wasn't the hard drive i ran iTunes in both my wife's and my account. It ran fine.
I then figured that iPhoto had probably forgotten where the library was and created a new one, so I held down the command while opening to select the library on the external hard drive. It still wouldn't open. So I renamed the library in an effort to get it to open the window asking to find or create a library, but that window wouldn't open. I tried the same stuff in my account and it all still worked perfectly.
So basically the my iPhoto is working exactly as it should, but my wife's iPhoto can't open up a library, nor will it let me create a new one. To top it all off, she's the photo person, so if I don't get this fixed, I'm in huge trouble.

I am listed as an Account Member, even though I'm the only one on the account.

How can I upgrade myself to Account Owner or Manager when it says the request needs to be approved by the Account Owner, and there is no Account Owner? What gives?

Customer support's answer is incomplete at best. What I found out two days ago (after hours on the phone searching for someone who knew what they were talking about) was that, if you are a prepaid customer, you have no right to be called an "account owner." You can only be a "member," and therefore have no rights to the free cloud, or any other service afforded to an account owner.
It's just a way of classifying contract customers and prepaid customers, without really explaining that "members" are not allowed to do what "owners" can do. Contract customers are "owners," prepaid customers are only "members," and can never become "owners," without taking out a two-year contract.
The screen info does not explain this at all. It just leads you to believe an error was made, and it's up to you to take 3 to 4 hours on the phone, hopefully get a warm body, and then, also hopefully, that said warm body knows what they're talking about.

This is one of those moments where you should remember to calm down and then seek help. The likely scenario is that, if pertaining to web access, the account owner login was established on another phone number. I had that happen to my account. More than anything else, though, no one deserves the type of aggression you are presenting.

Does Apple Remote Desktop control only one specified local account or could you, say, make it able to manage all network accounts?

When you set up Remote Desktop, is it possible to set up Remote Desktop for ALL network accounts on that computer instead of enabling it for each network account.

If I understood this straight, yes, you can control any user logged in a client computer, doesn't matter which login/pass you used to first connect. In other words, if you added a computer by the user "Jonh" you can still control remotely the same computer even if "Mary" is logged at the moment.
