Open dispute for paypal payment against invoice for goods

dear paypal, i have paid for invoices in paypal for goods, i have kept many terms and conditions in it. but the seller did not obey the condition. it's been 30 days since the payment. now i think he is a fraud, i want to get my money back.  i have paid with my credit card, can i get all my money back. do the paypal buyer protection covered? please help me and direct me what is the best way. expecting somebody to help me soon thank you

File for non reciept of item via the "resolve a problem link" lower left of your paypal summary page > put in what has happened and escalate to a claim. DO NOT close the claim unless you have the item or a cleared refund.     ************************************** I give up my time to help you so a thank you or kudos would be cool.

    In the Incoming Payments Screen, after selecting a customer all his open invoices will be displayed.
    Say for example you have 3 invoices,
    InvoiceNo  Balance
    23             100000
    45              20000
    50              15000
    Now your customer pays 50000 against invoice 23,
    You can select that row in the Payment Screen and in the field 'Total Payment' you can type 50000 and goto Payment means and type 50000.
    Now the invoice 23 will be still open. If you open the invoice, the 'Paid/Credited' will show '50000' and 'Balance Due' will show 50000 in the invoice document.
    Now when you open Incoming Payments Screen again, the Invoice 23 will be shown with Balance of '50000'
    You can repeat the above steps for Payment of 25000, 25000

    I want to co-relate the advance payment and various partial payments made to one vendor with the specific Invoice. Can you please suggest the wayout?
    Suppose I have made down payment to Mr. A. Then I have booked the invoice against which various part payments have been made. Now I want to know the pending due amount against the particular invoice. How can I track the same?

    My suggestion would be -
    Use the reference field to update the Invoice number in all the documents - Down payment, Invoice posting and the partial payments.
    The reference field is editable even after the document is posted. So, you can update the down payment document also once you recieve the invoice.
    Now, from FBL1N, you can sort/filter by the reference field and find out the balance to be paid for a particular invoice.

  • Open delivery for goods receipt via RF

    I am trying to do a good recepit through the RF menu. Once I click on the goods receipt , it takes me to the screen which asks for PO/delivery #, Material # and quantity.
    When I enter in the PO, mat # and Qty , it gives me the error message "No Open Delivery"
    So I went through the RF screen overview documentation which also says that "Material must exist in the order and in the open delivery"
    Can anyone please explain what this means and how can I create an open delivery?

    1) you need to create custom RF Tcode where you can design a screen to enter the batch and update it.
    2) Serial number is at IM level, if you want to trace it at the WM level then you need to go for custom program.( In standard it is not possible to track serial number at bin level)
    3) try doing research on LM71, LM72, LM73, LM74. LM76.
    4) There is not standard RF tcode to create TO, you need develop a custom Tcode.
        You need to sit with business to design the screens of this Tcode( mandatory field would be material, source storage, bin, destination storage, bin, SUT, )
       you can call function module L_TO_CREATE_SINGLE)

  • How to adjust advance in part/full against invoice for payment to vendor

    I need all your expertise view on a scenario.
    what i am trying to do is like i have given advance to vendor 10000 and deduct 100 tds on it.
    now vendor send the invoice amount 30000 and we deduct tds by doing adjustment in invoice manually against advance amount and deducted tds 200 on invoice.
    now vendor ask us to adjust the advance amount 3000 from 10000 advance amount against invoice and then do the payment for it. and we like to pay only 21000 against remaining amount after adjusting advance using partial payment method.
    So please tell me the steps in detail with accounting entry to post this in sap.

    You can clear down payment against invoice via F-54. Simply enter the data by entering the invoice number.

    This is regarding the down payment clearing against invoice where WH tax is involved in Down payment as well as in Vendor Invoice. we also deduct Work Contract Tax Z1 on vendor invoice.
    the process is as follows :
    Step 1 - Down payment to Vendor through TC # F-48
    Entry : Vendor A/c Dr 2200.00
    To Bank 2178
    To TDS 22.00 @ 1%
    Step 2 - Vendor Invoice Booking through TC # FB60
    Entry : Expenses Dr 4400.00
    To Vendor 4180
    To TDS 44.00 @ 1%
    To WCT 176.00 @ 1%
    Clearing down payment against the invoice posted using FB60.
    Step 3 - Down payment Clearing through TC # F-54
    Entry : Vendor Dr 1980.00
    To Vendor 2200.00
    To TDS 44.00
    To WCT 176
    But in this process, it clearing WCT tax code also which i dont want in this. And if i adjust amount and do not clear whole amount available amount then after simulating it showing difference coming and debit and credit amount of line items.
    But if i dont include WCT tax code in whole process then its working fine no problem coming in it, but want it also to include in clearing process of down payment against invoice.

    i am following the SAP standard process for deducting TDS on down payment and invoices.
    First i deduct the TDS on down payment and Then again full TDS amount on invoice not adjusted it in WHT tab in base amount after adjusting Advance payment.
    in next process f-54 i cleared the advance payment against invoice so it reverse the invoice TDS amount to adjust the tds as per advance payment TDS.
    In img i confiured the WHT for payment posting as by selecting "Central inv. prop." option in Central invoice option.

    i have one queries regarding down payment made against asset puchase order
    I created one asset code, create the PO with accoun assignment categories A, made a advance payment against reference to this PO no .
    Now the problem is , asset capitalised date is automaticaly come same as down payment date and it is reflecting in asset explorer , T code - AW01N.
    Can any body suggest what is the right way for the whole scenarion , or i am making some mistake .
    Is there any config setting i am missing.
    Please help me out , issue is very critical.

    Hi Anjan,
    From your below query, I infer that you have created asset PO and made down payment against PO without goods and invoice receipt. Am I right?
    Are you following Valuated goods receipt or non valuated goods receipt concept?
    Valuated goods receipt: Asset will be debited at the time of goods receipt
    Non valuated good receipt: Asset will be debited at the time of invoice receipt
    If you follow valuated goods receipt concept, then at the time of making down payment, asset should not be debited (whatever the value date/ capitalization date be). Please refer SAP note number 310368 (valuated goods receipt paragraph) for reference. In that they have clearly mentioned the steps to make down payment against asset PO without debiting to asset and without any error message. You have to make F5 378 message number from error message to warning message and in posting key 29 and 39, you have to supress the asset related fields. If you have done the above settings, then system will not show any error message to update G/L account in AO90 transaction code for the Acquisition: down payments and Down payment clearing - 2nd and 4th field.
    Here we are following the valudated goods receipt and initially I faced the same issue and we sorted out  after following the steps mentioned in the above sap note number.

    When you need only PO numbers, link only the 3 tables to make your query simpler.

    I understand that in the automatic payment program, the selection of the open items for payment is partly determined by the "documents entered up to date" and the "Next payment" run date. Would like to confirm if the posting date specified will affect the open items selected.
    I have a vendor with 3 open items - 2 invoices and 1 credit memo. The payment date for all 3 documents are 13.9.2007.
    Only the 2 invoices were selected for payment when I specify
    Posting date : 12.9.2007
    Doc entered up till and next payment date : 14.9.2007
    Only when we change the posting date to a later date was the credit memo selected as well. Why is this so?

  • How to Remove items without opening new dispute for FHA Mortgage approval

    Hello, these forums are very helpful. How do I remove items from the bureaus without filing a dispute? For example, I have several old accounts that are expired now. On 2 of them, I tried calling the creditors directly and they were so old that they said they had no information. I can't file a "dispute" with the bureaus because as you know, you can't close on a mortgage with an open dispute and I don't have time to wait 30 days. I can't quite go to the creditor when they're like "it's so old we have no information." The other issue I have is there are some blatant errors. For example, student loans errors. I have letters from my student loan company saying they've corrected with the credit bureaus -- but then they show up. What should I do? Again, I can't open disputes because I can't have an open dispute and close on a loan. LVNV put something on my credit report for a dental bill I paid in cash. It was years ago. I don't know how to go about proving I paid it. Last but not least I have a charge-off from Bank of America that's reaching the 7 year mark in 2 months. Is B o A good about removing after it hits that mark? Should I even try a goodwill ask of them to remove it early or at least update it to a 0 balance? (They didn't sell it so it still shows a balance) Or anything? I'd be afraid of offering any type of payment for fear they'd open the loan and re-age it since it's going to fall off in a month. All help appreciated

    It wont be BofA that removes it at 7 years, it will be the credit rteporting agencies. You can ask for an early exclusion (I had good success with TU and EX and didn't have anything on EQ to try on.) Call and ask for EARLY EXCLUSION. TU may take a few tries before you get someone that knows what you are talking about. EX was a piece of cake. You will need a report number to get thru on EX phone system (the last copy of your free report from annual credit report will have a 10 digit number at the top). If the others are old you can try the same thing, otherwise you may have to contact the creditor and get them to email you letters stating it should be updated and get those in the hands of the

    Apply the user exit : EXIT_SAPMM06E_016
    Following Logic can be use:
    1. Validate the company code (BUKRS ) & Purchasing document type (BSTYP = F) from EKKO table for the Purchase order number (EBELN).
    2. Check the entries for the Purchase order and the item number in the Purchase order history table ( EKBE) and also Validate if there is any down payment document exists (VGABE = 4)
    3. If we find down payment doc in EKBE table then display the warning or error message as POP - UP by using functional module POPUP_TO_CONFIRM.
    Step 1: Validate Company code and Purchasing Document type from EKKO table
    Step 2: Check the Purchasing document history from EKBE table
    Step 3: Check whether any down payment exists.
    Step 4: Display popup message to user:
    Use the function module u201CPOPUP_TO_CONFIRMu201D to display the below message u201CPo cannot be changed, Down payment already exists for this PO item u201D.

  • Down payment against the Internal Order - for Capital Expenditure

    I am getting an error while making down payment against the purchase order.
    The order of my entries or steps are as follows:
    Created one internal order for Capital WIP with budget and availability control activation.
    Created one purchase order against a vendor with reference to the above Internal Order.
    When I am making the down payment to the vendor through tcode:F-48, the system throwing an error
    "Define Cost Elements for Down Payments".
    Can any one please explain why this error is coming. When I checked in Internal orders, there is a TCode: OKEP for Define Default Cost Elements for Down Payments.
    System is asking for cost element, but where as what ever the down payment we are making is nothing but advance which is current asset. Why system is asking for cost element?
    Can any one give me the guidance how to handle the issue.

    The reason is when you want the down payment for AUC to be capitalised, then you would need to create cost element for Downpayments.
    Normally as per design of SAP, down payment being a Balance Sheet Account (Current Asset as you rightly mentioned) doesnot need / accept an Cost object, as a special case since down payments for AUC needs to be capitalised and hence need to be carried to Controlling (Internal Order) by creating Cost Element for Downpayments.
    Go ahead and create the cost element. That would resolve your issue.

    For your information i checked Vendor Master in XK03. status of payment is like Free for payment.
