Open Script 12.1 issue while playback

Question

Hi All,
I am not able to work with browser, able to record a script but facing an issue while trying to playback.
I am able to launch a browser and set the url during playback. I am getting an error during object identification
"Find Object timeout. Detail information:/web:window[@index='0' or @title='Google']/web:document/web:span[@text='Sign in' or @id='gbi4t']."
Inspect path is also not working. It is not highlighting any object in the application.
I am using below configuration:
OpenScript: Version: 12.1.0.1 Production; Build ID: 2.7.1.361
IE 8, Winxp sp3
After getting this error I have made sure,
1)     OATS Services running properly
2)     Uninstalled and re-installed BHO helper
3)     Checked that browser add-ons are enabled
4)     I tried re-installing IE as well clean installation of OpenScript
5)     Diagnosis tool not giving any error

Hi,
If a web object not find by openscript at playback time means there will be change in the index of the web object . For example at the time of recording a cases the index='0' , when play back time the index of the object changed to 1 or some numb value. basically at run time the object will take dynamic index value .This is one of the reason what i found .
please look at the below object :
The script will search for index or title so remove the index from the web object bcos title remains constant .
/web:window[@index='0' or @title='Google']/web:document/web:span[@text='Sign in' or @id='gbi4t']."
Example:
/web:window[@title='Google']/web:document/web:span[@text='Sign in' or @id='gbi4t']."
