Oracle VM EBS 12.1.3 template, import issues

Question

Hi guys
I have concatenated the .tar files and created the following, as mentioned with the readme.txt file
# cat OVM_OL5U6_X86_64_EBIZ12.1.3_APPS_VIS_PVM.tgz.0
\ OVM_OL5U6_X86_64_EBIZ12.1.3_APPS_VIS_PVM.tgz.1
\ OVM_OL5U6_X86_64_EBIZ12.1.3_APPS_VIS_PVM.tgz.2 | tar -xz
This will create the following directory structure:
OVM_OL5U6_X86_64_EBIZ12.1.3_APPS_VIS_PVM
|- System.img (OS image file)
|- ebs1211apps.img (Oracle E-Biz 12.1.3 Application Tier image file)
|- vm.cfg (VM configuration file)
|- README.txt
Once the above is created I am importing the template through Oracle VM Manager 3.1.1, using FTP protocol

During the import process, from the console I could see the exact files are being downloaded to the repository

[root@oravms tmp]#However once the import process completed, the template name is listed as 0004fb0000140000ba4714a37b88af46 instead of

vif = ['type=netfront']Please tell me what I am doing wrong?? It is getting onto my nerves as this is my 5th day with an import process which should be straight forward :O

I suggest: Just 'cat' the files all together, and call the result some reasonable name that ends in ".tgz". Then import that one file. I just did this yesterday, and it worked perfectly. The template will be named the same as the .tgz file, I think. If you don't like that name, just edit the template and change the name.Thanks Terry, today I imported the files once again and looks like the import process completed successfully. I can see vm.cfg files under vm files and system.img and ebs1211apps.img under the node Virtual disks
I am trying to create a virtual machine against "vm.cfg", please not my environment is 3.1.1
