Order cancelled due to no capacity at the exchange

Hi Folks.
Just wondered if there is anything i can do about my situation.
I switched from Sky around christmas time for no other reason than i wanted a faster internet connection and BT Infiinity was my only option. 
I ordered online and everything went through ok and i was given a date for the service to be activated, until i rung BT with the code from Sky to switch my number.  I was told that there would be a delay and it would be february before i could have Infinity and i would need to re-order it then.  I was also told that i would lose the half price offer as soon as i upgraded which i wasnt happy about because i would have stuck with my sky subscription until it was available had i known.....anyway for the sake of a few quid i decided to let that go and agreed to re-order on the date i was given. 
So my BT Broadband has been running since then an i only got round to ordering the BT Infinity again last week.  Again the order was accepted, i have arranged an engineer visit and booked a day off work.  
I have just received and email to say the order couldn't now be processed due to lack of capacity at the exchange and no date had been given as to when it would be available and i should   'Reorder in a couple of weeks/months'
I feel like i have been totally mislead by all this, i was perfectly happy with my standard broadband from sky and had Infinity not been available to me i would not have switched to BT.
Im just wondering if there is anything i can do about this.....im not hopeful as i am guessing if there is no capacity at the exchange then that won't change any time soon.

You were advised to order in February but opted to wait until April but the fact that other customers have now beaten you to the limited capacity is BT's fault for misleading you?

I gave up and found out bestbuy on ebay so I went on ebay and bought it.     I have been going through various Threads Posted in the Forum.
    In One of your Replies to a Question Posted "Re: Deletion indicator of sales order" the Solution given is "Execute TCode AUT10."
    When I had tried with the Transaction Code AUT10 on the SAP System, No Data is populated on the Screen. Any settings to be done on the System.
    You can suggest a possible solution to the Issue posted by me.

    One background job is cancelled due to user (owner of the job) validation has been expired. This job is executing for every 1 Hr.
    I don't want to change the user id validation at this movement.but i want to change the owner of the job.

    Thank you for your valuable information.
    I Followed the same below mentioned steps.i.e  I changed the user name and after this i deleted this job from old user. But now this job is not executable with new user id.
    i.e In SM37 T.code > Entered the job name and New user name>Selected all job status but it showing below message
    No job matches the selection critera.
    Please let me know how can i execute the same jod with new user id.

  • Default Days for Order Cancellation field

    Hi,
    I want to use the Default Days for Order Cancellation field in the Document Settings/Per Document tab - Sales Order.
    Questions:
    1. Does it calculate based on the posting or document date?
    2. If you change that date field, will it recalculate the cancel date based on the new date or does it still have the cancel date calculated based on the first date?
    3. If the Order Cancellation field number is changed, are the cancellation dates for existing orders recalculated?

    Hello Heather,
    I will answer your question after I finished replicate it in my database. Based on SDK file description as follows :
    Sets the default number of days before cancelling a sales order. After this date the goods are not to be eccepted by the customer. The default value is 30 days after the Delivery Date.
    1. It is based on delivery date
    2. It will recalculate the cancel date based on the new date (because it is updated)
    3. It is also recalculated by the system
    The company data table for the field is i.e. CINF.

    In the transaction ME21N to create purchase orders, there is a field to fix the exchange rate (KUFIX). We want to set this field to 'X' as default value, when the user call the transaction. Does anybody know a user exit or a BADI where I can modify/set this field.

    I want to find the user exit for order cancellation. And also to ensure that no one amends the order once the canellation has taken place. The cancellation shall be deemed to be affected only if the vendor has confirmed the acknowledgement of the order cancellation.
    I have got a Zreport where this order should not come as open order item.
    Please tell me the method of finding the users exit for order cancellation and stop the order from getting modified. And also how to find the tables in which the data has to be updated that the order has to be cancelled.
    In the PO header i want an additional tab <cancellation> by which the user by the help of userid and password should be able to cancel the order. An order once cancelled cannot be undone. A new order has to be placed. The new order can be placed refencing the cancelled purchased order.
    My client has got a very stringent requirement. In the past cancelled order has been undone and caused lot of problems.

  • Error at the time of Production order cancellation.

    Hi PP Gurus,
    The transactions happened when Sales order costing was activated
    1. Sales order created
    2. Production order creation, release
    3. Production order confirmation and QM lot created
    4. QM lot cleared with Result recording and UD has taken
    5. While doing PGI system started to ask about Sales order costing
    Now as per CO requirements all the documents has to be reversed and Sales order has to be deleted. But when I'm trying to cancel production order confirmation, it's giving error that Stock of Sales order quantity is deficit in Quality stock (As it is already moved to unrestricted Sales stock). And when we reversed it through Movement type 322 its giving error like UD has already taken for partial lot....
    We tried following options.
    1. Another Sales order irrelevant to Sales order costing created and we tried to move stock from old sales order to new sales order through movement type 413E but got the same Sales order costing error.
    2. We tried to move stock from old Sales order to unrestricted use, same error we got.
    As per my knowledge UD can't be reversed in Standard system.... What could be done in that case... Please help if some one faced the same situation.

    If you want to change UD code, it is very simple from QA12. But if you want to reverse goods movements also, it is some thing big process. please check OSS notes 175842.
    Please check SAP note note 33924 Reversing the UD and 175842-QM lot stock reversal.

    Please go through the transaction CO09, you enter your plant,Material, MRP area (Plant) and Checking rule then execute, it will take you to next screen there you can able to see what are the conformed quantities for the Sales document wise(Reservations), and also you can see the current stock possition (Cummiletive ATP Quantity).

    You need to check that program in debugging for the Backgournd process.
    For doing the debugging of the background process do the following steps.
    1)go sm37 and select your job.
    2)in the command line just type JDBG (not the /nJDBG OR /oJDBG) and hit enter. it goes to the debuggin mode.

    any other id
    Cluster Node /Status gives both nodes up A & B
    The error is coming only on Node A...
    Any idea?
