OSE configuration: presentation

Hi.
I'm trying to run helloworld servlet example directly within OSE on standalone computer, Oracle 8.1.7.4, WinXP
With sess_sh, connected as user 'sys' i
1)created webdomain localhost,
2)published servlet (peviously loaded with loadjava to schema 'scott'),
3)regep -pre HTTP://localhost -host localhost -port 8080.
all finished sucsessfully.
Now when i point a browser to HTTP://localhost:8080/<any staff>
i get 'noname (localhost)' and and 'PresentationNotFound (localhost)' exception in trace file.
Pls, any hints how OSE uses -pre HTTP://localhost parameter?
to which object should it correspond in the database?

I think most of those things (Best practices) you've listed exist only as confidential business practices. I don't want to discourage you, but there's no abundance of OBIEE information on the web - and this place is problably one of the best (having best people like Venkat, Adrian, Ramco, Mma and many others - who share their expertise and knowledge without being compensated).
Hint: check sample OBI EE applications - they have pretty good RPDs there...that'd be a good start - maybe you could even reverse-engineer a best practices document from there :-)
