OTA download problem for motorola L6

Question

Greentings!
I am currently facing some trouble downloading an application through a web server.
If i point my j2me emulator to my jad file in the webserver the jar is downloaded perfectly, but if i try the same process through a motorola l6 for some reason the jar file does not get downloaded.
what is more troubling is that on the screen of the motorola it says it is downloading 'my-application-name.jar' rather then the value i set in the MIDlet-Jar-URL. Does anyone know if i have to set some other value in the JAD descriptor for motorola devices in order for the jar to get downloaded?
this is my jad file:

on the motorla screen it says it is downloading
mobileTest.jar
although the value i set in the jar url is completely different.... :/

does the jad name have to be the same as the jar?{color:#000080}AFAIK, yes it does.
Not only that, it's good policy for the jad, jar and MIDlet to all have the same name -- in the list of installed programs, some devices display the jar name and others display the MIDlet name. I haven't checked what happens if the jar contains a MIDlet suite rather than one MIDlet.
That said, some free hosting sites convert the name of the jad and jar to lowercase, which can cause a problem. Others (example: GetJar.com) require you to upload only a jar, and create the jad for you (options normally set in the jad are entered online).
Maybe you can use some other technique to identify your users.
