OWA 2013 : An error occurred while signing this S/MIME message. No certificate was found.

Hi,
I've configured SMIME (certificate templates, signing/encryption certificate, etc.)
All users receive their certificate, and in Outlook (2010) everything is working as expected.
When I use the OWA 2013 however to send an encrypted message, I receive the error :
"An error occurred while signing this S/MIME message. No certificate was found. If you have a smart card-based certificate, insert the card and try again."
environment : exchange 2013 SP1, ie 9 and 10

Have you set up a virtual certificate collection? Looks like that's new with Exchange 2013:

Error message "an error occurred while signing in " when I worked with Create PDF and at the signed in status. Please help so that I can continu my work.

    Hi Stacy,
    Thank you for your attention.
I have been working with Create PFD under normal procedures including
sign-in and several documents had been finished. However, when continued
creating another document the computer took a long time to pprocess and
finally a mesage appeared: "An error occurred while signing in" and stopped
there. I clicked the OK button and start creating again and the same
message appeared once more. I tried to log off and log in again in no
avail. So I went to the help site and called for help.
Later, I decided to reboot the computer and tried once more. This time it
worked and I continued creating. Thanks.

  • Why do I get "an error occurred while signing in" in ExportPDF?

I use export PDF.  I am trying to convert a PDF to excel and keep getting this...."an error occurred while signing in"  "Try again"   "Cancel"

    Hi yakr,
Are you trying to sign in via Adobe Reader? If so, please choose Help > Check for Updates and make sure that you're using the most current version (11.0.09). Earlier versions of Reader could cause the error that you describe.
Please let us know how it goes.
    Best,
    Sara

  • An error occurred while signing in

I have Adobe PDF Pack, when I go to covert PDF files to Word I get "an error occurred whils signing in"...can someone please tell me how to fix.

    Good day,
Where are you getting this message?  Are you signing into the ExportPDF site or trying to sign in through Adobe Reader?
If you try to sign in to Adobe.com by clicking 'Sign in' at the top-right corner and input the same credentials, are you able to log in?  If not, you may want to go through the reset password process.
    Kind regards,
    David

  • Error occurred while signing in

I just purchased PDF convertor and I get the "an error occurred while signing in". No, I did not register a different email or password. Please help.

    Hi there deerhunter76,
Are you getting that error when you try to log in via Adobe Reader? If so, please choose Help > Check for Updates in Reader, and make sure that you have the latest update installed. This sign-in error should not occur in version 11.0.07.
Please let us know how it goes.
    Best,
    Sara

    Hi tkam,
It sounds as though you just need to install the latest Reader update. Please choose Help > Check for Updates in Reader and install the latest update. An update to Reader 11.0.07 resolves this sign-in issue.
Let us know how it goes!

    Hi tkam,
I think I may have just the answer you're looking for. If you're converting from within Adobe Reader, please choose Help > Check for Updates and install any available updates. This error was resolved in the most recent Reader update. (You can also try signing in directly via the ExportPDF website at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf.)
Please let us know how it goes.

  • "error occurred while loading this content" ... ATV2 not even 24hrs old...

I just bought this ATV2. I am using AT&T internet with an EDGE250AEW wireless router and a Motorola modem.
I'm attempting to rent movies with my ATV2 and watch them. After a myriad of times of trying to just sign into my iTunes account via ATV2, I finally was able to rent a movie.
When I click on the movie to rent, I'll press "PLAY" and it will give me the message "error occurred while loading this content".
I realize my internet connection is slow (1.5M) so I am renting in SDef ... but that still shouldn't be preventing me from even being able to rent a movie.
I attempt to watch a movie preview ... and a 2 minute movie preview takes over 5 minutes to load ... and it wont start playing until it's completely loaded. Bollocks!
I have updated my software, I have rebooted, I have restarted, I have recycled ... no avail.
Is this a PORT opening issue? I dont know what is going on but it's REALLY frustrating to have a 100 dollar paper weight.
I AM able to use home sharing and watch movies from my Macbook iTunes to the ATV2 ... but rentals from the store via the ATV2 doesn't work.
    help please

You are definitely NOT the only one here with this MAJOR issue: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=2615363
I have the same issue, and I have a 6MB AT&T Elite Pro DSL service that I have always had since purchasing my ATV2 in October. Never have I had these issues until the 4.2 update. Horrible software bug and it keeps coming back up. TV shows, movies, etc. No rhyme or reason. Some shows new, some old. Some movies HD, some SD. It is almost as if the Apple TV rolls a die and if I get an odd number, I get the error message. Even number, it plays through...
Why would Apple continue to release software updates that do not address these issues? We have to keep leaving Apple feedback on this issue that is big enough that over 13,000 views on their own message board confirm this problem since the 4.2 software update a few weeks ago...

  • Trying to convert pdf to word - error message " an error occurred while signing in " - How do i get it to work ?

have been using convertor form more than a year now to convert pdf to word documents
have started to get message 'an error occurred while signing in'
    Help please ??

This email is in response to support case #0185407323 submitted by Lowell Peterson.
I keep submitting the same problem and keep getting exactly the same response, which is not helpful.  My problem is this:  for over a year I have been converting .pdf documents to Word by clicking on Tools with a .pdf document open in Adobe Reader, then clicking on Convert.  After a brief waiting signal, I am told to download and save the document.  Perfect.  But recently, every time I try to do exactly the same thing I get the message that says, "An error occurred while signing in."
I have followed this advice multiple times:
Do you get that error when you try to convert a file from within Reader? If so, please try this:
Choose Edit > Preferences (Windows) or Adobe Reader > Preferences (Mac OS).
Click Adobe Online Services on the left side.
Sign out of our Adobe ID and sign back in.
Try to convert your document again.
THIS PROCESS DOESN'T CHANGE ANYTHING.  I JUST KEEP ON GETTING THE ERROR MESSAGE.
If you continue to have trouble, please verify that you can access the service via the web interface.  To do this:
Open a browser and navigate to http://exportpdf.acrobat.com/signin.html
Try to log in with your Adobe ID (email address) and password.
Once logged in, follow the on-screen prompts to convert a file.
THIS WORKS, BUT WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THESE STEPS WHEN I AM ALREADY IN A .PDF DOCUMENT WITH A "TOOLS" PANEL TELLING ME I CAN DO IT FROM THERE.  PLUS, THIS MAY BE MY STUPIDITY, BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO "SAVE" THIS LINK, SO EVERY TIME I WANT TO CONVERT A DOCUMENT, I HAVE TO LOOK UP THIS ADVICE, THEN FOLLOW ALL THE STEPS.  IT WAS A GREAT DEAL SIMPLER AND LESS TIME CONFUSING WHEN I COULD JUST DO IT FROM "TOOLS."
Any idea what the problem is~??

  • Signed in, hit convert, program error says "error occurred while signing in"

signed in, hit convert, program error says "error occurred while signing in"

I just purchased the program this evening, and the same thing happened to me. So I shut down Reader and reopened it, checked for updates as instructed, and got a message that I have the latest version, no updates.
But after signing in again and clicking "Convert", my file converted just fine.
Maybe try signing out, shutting down program, and starting it up again?

  • Updated iPad 1 to IOS 5. When trying to restore my iPad from my backup it gets half way through and the iPad reboots and iTunes says "An error occurred while restoring this iPad (-1)"

Updated iPad 1 to IOS 5. When trying to restore my iPad from my backup it gets half way through and the iPad reboots and iTunes says "An error occurred while restoring this iPad (-1)"
I have tried to restore my contacts and company data at least 20 times and every time half way through THE iPAD REBOOTS! When it boots back up it is at the brand new iPad screen.
This makes me angry as I do not use the iPad for fun and games. I use it for business. My company data and records for the last year are gone. ALL of my out standing customer invoices are gone. ALL payments received are gone! ALL Business contacts and emails ARE GONE! All my company, personal email accounts and settings ARE GONE!
What am I supposed to do now? In 6 hours I have to get on the road and conduct business with a empty blank factory out of the box iPad. How am I supposed to know who owes me money or who has paid their bills Apple? All of my meetings and calendar dates are GONE!
Everything was supposed to be backed up and restored after the update!
Question???WHY DID YOU MAKE THIS UPDATE WIPE OUT ALL SETTINGS AND APPS ON THE iPAD??? All the other updates left everything on the iPad intact and ONLY upgraded the IOS,and when it was done everything was still there.
Yes! I have done everything. Rebooted computer, checked for updates, Hard booted iPad, Factory restored iPad to ios 5 twice, tried every usb port I have, unplugged all other usb components.
Everytime half way through "Restoring iPad from backup..." The iPad turns off shows a spinning circle then shows the Apple logo and takes me to the brand new iPad setup screen.
Apple, you have no idea the level of stress you have created today.....

Check the console app to see if there are any error messages. I had one app showing an issue (Pet Hotel) the error was (truncated):
    ERROR: Restore message response: 102 rename error: File name too long (63) at path "/var/mobile/Library/SafeHarbor/com.pocketgems.tappethotel/Container/Documents/ savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHis tory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGa meHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/sa vedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHisto ry/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGame History/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/save dGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory /savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHi story/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedG ameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/s avedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHistory/savedGameHist ory/savedGameHistory/1313349538-pocket_gems_crash_report.txt" (MBErrorDomain/102)
I manually snyc'ed that particular app and then re-ran the restore and am now the proud owner of a working iphone. Not sure it is the same problem or app but looking in the console was the key!
