PA Missing Commitments Issue

Hi All,
I have couple of projects for which the AUD report is giving couple of documents which has funds check missing commitment's error message.
I got a data fix patch 7662888 in metalink for this issue, but unfortunately this doesn't work for all projects.
Can anyone help me to fix this issue, even data fix will do.

Hi Vishwamber,
The missing commitments error is usually indicative of data corruption. This error occurs when the funds check engine is unable to find the original commitment that its trying to relive as it moves the amounts from (say) the commitment to the actuals bucket. Typically this error is seen in cases where during the course of the Project Funds check enabled project, the check-boxes in the "Encumbrance" tab in the financial options window are unchecked / checked at some point.
First thing we need to do here is to see if the critical patches related to funds check have been applied. These fix a lot of issues in the funds check area.
I'm not sure of your apps version , however you can refer to the following Notes and see if you have the critical patches applied as per your apps version.

In order to verify / correct the data corruption have the GDF 13639679 (this patch supersedes patch 7662888) applied and follow the steps in the readme.
As always do the above is recent clone of production and check if the issue gets resolved. if the issue still exists, log an Sr with Oracle Support.

Front Row missing artwork issue

Hello everyone,
Here is what i've experienced with missing artwork in front row.
2 albums of my collection refused to display their artwork in front row (these artworks were displaying perfectly fine in itunes, coverflow, finder songs icons and ipods off course).
After trying different things like deleting & replacing artwork, changing size of picture, and so on, nothing changed so i felt really disappointed...
...until....I remembered that i have created an itunes music store "wishing list", with 2 songs of these 2 albums. After deleting these 2 songs from the "wishing list" playlist, everything is back to normal, and front row display correctly the artwork..

By the way, no one has bothered answering to this topic. I'm saying sending feedback to Apple is a good idea, but that is the only way I could figure. Any other ideas from your side?

Missing Points "Issued points"

HI,
I recently made a purchase at my local best buy (10/30/14), I also used a 3X points coupon with it. I checked my points today and it says that my points from my last purchase (10/30/14) was issued but its not showing on my total point.
I tried to "report missing points" but keeps saying "this transaction has already been added to your account"
I add all my point since the last time I issued a certificate and certainly Im missing the last transaction i made from BB.
I would like to know where I can email BB Elite plus rewards customer service to address this issue?
I had a similar problem before, I was able to get it fix via email. now i cant find those emails in my inbox.

CATS - Time recording dashboard - Missing time issue

Hi Experts,
in CATS the Time Recording Status Report does not show correct number of hours in the missing time column. Please see at the screenshot.

And also check the OADP configurations for view MSS_LCA_EE1
This view retrieves the time recording details for the direct reports and all employees.

Iweb missing font issue

When I open iweb I get a pop up window which tells me that there's a missing font CourierNewPSMT
Could someone tell me how to get rid of it, and it only happens in Freestyle template
I couldn't find CourierNewPSMT font anywhere

Hi,
I suddenly started getting messages in iWeb that said the Font "ArialMT" is substituted for the missing font "Arial".. But it was only happening on new pages I had created.. Can't say what had changed much on my system for this to occur.. But had me baffled because FontBook HAD Arial and NO ArialMT..
Anyway to cut a long story short.. I didn't want Arial as the font anyway as we're changing over to Verdana.. It didn't matter if I selected all on the webpage and changed it all to Verdana, i'd still get the error message regarding ArialMT and Arial..
So my fix was to navigate to: ~/Library/Application Support/iWeb/
1. Copy the file "Domain" somewhere else as a backup (desktop is good)
2. Right click on the "Domain" file inside ~/Library/Application Support/iWeb/ and Show Package Contents
Now this is where many people say open index.xml.gz and look for the problem fonts.. Well in my experience index.xml doesn't have any code regarding fonts.. SO another folder caught my attention inside "Domain" called "domain-0B29016B-4545-4DC4-9DDB-74AA1E25AJ34.. If you have this folder it will probably have a different string of letters and numbers to mine..
3. Go into your "domain-xxx etc" folder and navigate down to the first compressed xml file you can fint.. I had like 30 because I have almost 30 blog type pages in my site (just the way its designed I guess).. Anyway if you uncompress the .xml.gz file you've found and open that in text edit you'll probably be able to find font information in there.
As I had many to have to find and replace on I found it easier, to select all the .gz files and open them all together which mass uncompressed them in their relative locations.. Then I had to go through and delete the original .gz files otherwise iWeb won't save and publish the code changes you make. In otherwords, you need to have ONLY .xml files left over and iWeb will recompress them when you save in iWeb next.. I also used dreamweaver to mass find and replace the code, but textedit can do it one by one.
Hope this helps anyone having this issue..
I know if I went and made a brand new page in iWeb it will get this font issue again on the new page.. So my next task is to find the original template files and change the font instances in it so new pages don't cause headaches..

WBS Commitments issue 0CO_OM_WBS_7 extractor - 0WBS_C11 cube

We have a problem with "WBS overview" report (on cube 0WBS_C11)
displaying wrong "Commitment" values . The data flow is designed to
update from PSA directly to Cube . i.e Update rules are built from
"commitments" info source
0CO_OM_WBS_7---->0WBS_C11 cube directly .
RSA3- extractor checker is showing correct "commitment" values but PSA is showing more entires whichis reflecting in the reports,since PSA feeds cube directly
For example
for a sample WBS :lsap-80751-100010
RSA3 result:

Hi Prabhu,
If I am recalling it correctly, it uses the COOI table for commitment data.
I hope the data issue is resolved, since we also tried to do it using delta, but didn't worked, then we use the full load option only.
So for commitment data we placed a DSO in between PSA and cube and they need to be refreshed before the actual full load.
The DSO was used to reconcile the data with COOI table and also staged many more filed's which can be used for future reporting.

Missing Points Issue

I sent a message last week about my farcry4 they still haven't responded about my 10$ preorder bonus and yesterday I had $40 in certificates and now today its $25 what happened to the $15 I'm missing.
and i exchanged the collectors of assassins creed for the limited i'm hoping i'm not losing my $10 there as well
so if someone could please see why im missing $15 currently and were my farcry preorder $10 is I would appreciate it very much thanks.

I went to pick up my collectors edition of Far Cry 4 today and decided against the collectors edition and just got the limited edition instead because there was nothing special inside except a statue book and poster which i don't need.
I preordered the collectors edition long ago and she tried to pick up my preorder and it failed so I never received my preorder DLC for Far Cry 4 and I wont receive my $10 reward bonus for buying the game can I please get this DLC and the $10 corrected for my account please thanks!

From what you have described I am not sure what would have removed nearly 1000 points from your account at this time. It is possible that points may temporarily appear to be gone when points go from pending to posted, or from posted to redeemed for My Best Buy certificates. I'll take a look at this for you.
Bonus points for Far Cry 4 should have posted by now, so I am sorry if that has not been your experience. I'll review this for you as well and send you an update via private message.

Missing Sych Issues

Hey everyone,
I have a fairly daft question (but not, as far as I can tell, a previously submitted daft question): when installing Missing Sych, do you have to first install the Palm Desktop? I read the raves reagarding Missing Sych as a replacement to Palm Desktop... but perhaps it has to be installed first.
As it stands, the Bluetooth isn't working (I have a Tungsten E2), iCal doesn't sych, neither does iTunes, my address book, or, well, anything.

Unless you intend to synchronize at least once with iSync and the iSync Palm Conduit, there is no need to install the Palm Desktop prior to installing the Missing Sync for Palm OS. There is also no need to remove it if it is already installed, and doing so may create additional issues for you.
To set up Bluetooth synchronization, simply use the built-in wizard labeled Bluetooth Synchronization Assistant available under the Help menu of the Missing Sync for Palm OS. To configure the conduits which synchronize contact, events, tasks and media files, choose the option labeled Run Setup Assistant… under the same menu item.
Be sure to overwrite the contents of iCal and the Address Book the first time you synchronize them, as issues with data integrity can and almost surely will result if you do not choose to do so. Doing so will erase the contents of your handheld, so if that is the only source of such records—rather than iCal and the Address Book—that requires other steps.

Does the new Mac OS reslove the missing icon issue with photoshop cs6

Thre has been a longstanding issue with missing icons of CS6 in the Mounatin Lion. Has the issue been fixed now with Mavericks?

Thank you, it was brief enjoyment. I just about got it set up as I wanted it. Wednesday evening as I was browsing the internet with the Mac Mini, and re-formatting the HD's of my G5 ready for eBay, the new Mac Mini died on me, less than a week old.
Returned to seller, they confirmed it was dead. I should take delivery of another new unit tomorrow, (Monday). I have lent the technician a paint scraper, so he can fit the new RAM without marking the bottom this time...
Second time lucky hopefully. It could have been the power supply? I will probably never know.

PDFMaker missing files issue with PDF Forms from Office 2007

Hi,
I have Adobe PDF 8.0 Pro installed (full installation) and I upgraded office from 2003 to 2007 AND Windows from 2000 to XP Pro.
I used to be able to create PDF Forms from an Excel document when using Office 2003.
Now, when I choose to create a new form starting with an electronic document [from an Excel 2003 document (.xls)], I get this error message:
"PDFMaker files are missing, would you like to repair?" (please image attached)
I did the repair. Did not worked.
I made sure the add-in in office was enabled. Did not worked.
I un-installed Adobe 8.0 Pro and Adobe Reader 9.0 and re-installed only Adobe 8.0 Pro , thinking there was a problem there. Did not work.
I googled for more answers, did not find anything else.
I am able to "print as Adobe PDF", I can create normal PDF documents, but not the Forms.
I used that option all the time for work. Can someone help me please?!!

I have another question: in the past, to enable Acrobat READER users to fill out a form and save it on their computer, all I had to do is "Enable Usage Rights in Adobe Reader" in the "advanced" menu of Acrobat Pro.
I did just that but my colleagues who have Adobe Reader 9 cannot fill the form. It appears as a scanned PDF document to them.
Any idea why?!

Very odd CF card / missing files issue

This one has me stumped. Here are the specifics I've been able to recollect:
Nikon D100 camera
Sandisk 8GB Ultra CF card
1 yr old iMac with "PocketReader" multi card reader
Problem: 40 NEF files just vanished from the CF card after it was removed from my D100 and placed into the card reader on the iMac. The images were all there while the card was in the camera because I had just shown them to a colleague for quick review.
This is what I can remember of the events that led up to the NEF files absolutely disappearing from the card while leaving 8 other files intact in the same folder - as well as all other data on the card.
I had been using the card reader earlier in the day on the iMac to transfer NEF files from the CF card to the computer for editing in Lightroom.
When I needed to leave the office I didn't "eject" the CF card/card reader from the iMac before I removed the CF card so there was a window open with the CF card directory showing. I simply pulled the card and went on my way.
You don't have to eject a card reader to remove the card on a PC - which I also use in the office. You just close the folder on the card and pull it out of the reader.
This is my only thought as to how the problem may have occurred. When I returned to the office later in the day with the new NEF files on the CF card I put the card in the reader and opened the drive window, revealing - no new NEF files in the Nikon directory, only the older ones from a couple days ago.
I noticed there was still a CF card window open from the earlier session. It, too, had no NEF files other than the older ones. I closed the window and re-opened the CF card but still no files.
Which brings me to my speculative question. Is it possible that somehow not closing the window the first time, then re-inserting the card with new files simply and instantaneously reverted the card directory to its original state? This is the only thing I can think of that could somehow be responsible for the issue.
I ran Disk Utility but it did nothing except say the card was error-free. I have DiskWarrior and TechTool Pro 5 but they generally don't do much for CF or SD card data recovery. I still have the card connected to a PC and am looking for any other apps that might "see" something.
I ran 4 PC utilities to try to recover the files but none saw files that had been deleted - and that is the real head-scratcher. The files have no sign of existing in any way at this point. They were there when the card was in the camera but when I put it in the card reader they absolutely vanished.
Any suggestions or speculation is welcome.

Missing Features Issue for custom upgraded solutions

I have restored SharePoint 2010 database for migration and upgraded all my custom solutions to SharePoint 2013 using visual studio 2013 and deployed it successfully on SP2013 environment, but when I run
Test-SPContentDatabase command it is giving feature missing as well as Setup file missing errors for all custom upgraded solutions.
Interestingly the SP2010 WSPs that I don't have code for and I want them to run in SP2010 mode works fine and does not appear in missing feature list once deployed to SP2013.
I also have verified that the custom upgraded features and web parts are available for other test application in SharePoint 2013.
can anyone help why the Test-SPContentDatabase is giving Missing Feature error for upgraded custom solutions.

Hi - From the list of missing features returned by test-spcontentdatabase, can you try to find out whether they exist in far...get-spfeature powershell....

TS4338 Missing Text Issue Resoved

I followed this discussion but found that I had both segoeui.ttf and segoeuib.ttf in my font directory. The fonts were in my registry as "Segoe UI (TrueType)" and "Segoe UI Bold (TrueType)". Used registry edit to add "Segoe UI" (excluding "(TrueType)"), modified the value to segoeui.ttf and Segoe UI Bold (excluding "(TrueType"), modified the value to segoeuib.ttf.
The fonts in the registry (regedit) can be found at LOCAL_MANCHINE>SOFTWARE>MICROSOFT>Windows NT>CurrentVersion>Fonts.
I'm sure there are variations from machine to machine but I hope this helps someone.

Well this was what I wrote
I've noticed that ô (o with circumflex), for example, shows in iTunes but is not displayed on the Classic.
and best I can recall it was related to a Hôtel Costes album, although now that I look at my iPod (2 firmware updates later) it is displaying correctly. So maybe that's one they've fixed on the way.

[NEWBIE] NWDI Missing Domain Issue in Login

Hi Experts,
I would like to ask why when I login to NWDS I had the following error below.
   Build Server http://p77ix100:50000 is unreachable.
   DTR Server http://p77ix100:50000/dtr is unreachable.
The error is that the domain it should have is missing.
It should have for example ".na.sap.com" to be "http://p77ix100.na.sap.com:50000/dtr".
But I didn't configure anything for p77ix100 in the NWDS.
However the only thing I configured is the Development Configuration Pool for example:
"http://pb8ix100.na.sap.com:50000"
Can you please help me how for the DTR Server be automatically get the domain it should have?

Thank you for your help and suggestions it all help me learn!
Now i can connect to DTR in Netweaver Developer Studio.
However I only solved problem by editing the hosts file.
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Now it contains something like this:
127.0.0.1       localhost
111.111.111.111       p77ix100.na.sap.com
111.111.111.111        p77ix100
Note:
111.111.111.111 represents the IP address of your DTR server.
You should get the IP addresss from your Basis.
This was confusing to solve because it needs to do manual configuration while I thought this should be done by the NWDS itself during installation or atleast the configuration should be done in NWDS.
I hope this helps other people also.
