Payment being taken despite cancellation?

Payment is still being taken (2 extra months) since I deleted Photoshop. I went onto "manage account" but it is not listed as an app, yet the money keeps coming out my account each month for Photoshop. Can anyone tell me how this can be cancelled and how I can get a refund?

    Unless you use the steps on this page when creating a new account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
    then you will need to enter credit card details before the account can be used to download any item from the store.
    If you don't have a credit card then you will need to create a new account, and follow those instructions. If you want to use the same email address then you will need to remove it from that account first e.g.by logging into it via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or via http://appleid.apple.com - you should then be able to use it on a new account.

  • Subscription not being renewed despite payment bei...

    Hi all.
    One of my subscriptions has not been renewed. It clearly states that it should be renewed on the 17th, payment was taken on the 15th and it is now the 18th with no subcription renewal. I have attached an image which displays this.
    I have lost one days worth of very important phone calls and unless there is some clear reason why it has not been renewed I would like reimbursement for the days subscription missed.
    Also, I realise that this will make little difference, but it is totally unnacceptable to not have telephone support for such a widely used service, Apple has phone support as does every other large company. In the eyes of every consumer using Skype the only view and impression we are left with is one of cheapness and money skimming at the expense of customers satisfaction.

    I think you may need to contact customer service regarding the issues with your subscription. Just open the link pasted below to see the instructions on how to get in touch with customer service.  At the moment, Skype is only offering support via email (webform) and live chat (for premium/selected members)

  • Still paying for CC despite Cancellation!?

    Hi there,
    I've tried using the Support Portal on the Adobe Website to alleviate my issue, but unfortunately I'm either getting nowhere or just repeating the same steps over and over.
    Back in June of this year I had an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription which was due to expire, so I cancelled it after payment was taken just to make sure, and everything seemed fine, however, I hadn't checked my emails for a few weeks and noticed that in July another payment went out for the subscription I had just cancelled a month prior. When checking through my emails I clearly noted the one that stated my account had been altered from Paid to Free,  so I'm not sure why my account was changed back when I clearly went through the procedure of cancelling?
    I haven’t had a lot of time to mess with all this but I've tried the support portal which explains I just have to go the management page which shows my active subscription plans, but when I click the “Cancel Plan” link, it just shows a pop up linking to the support portal.
    Having already mentioned this on the forum I was greeted with a response to do what I just stated above, so I replied with a screenshot of the message that appears when trying to cancel, no answer was given after that, and that was about a month ago.
    And again another payment has gone out for this month after an automatic email was sent out when no funds were available to pay for this subscription stating that you are sorry to see me go and that if I don't want to renew I don't have to do anything further.
    Can I just have my subscription cancelled permanently? And what can be done about the funds which have been taken out to pay for it? Since...well I don't want to be subscribed and haven't wanted to since June of this year?

    Hi Mittell22,
    There is obviously a problem here if you cancelled your subscription at least 1 month prior before it was to expire.  You should contact customer care to have them investigate and to refund you the money that have been taken out from your account.  Please do not put this off and take the necessary actions immediately.  You should send the screen shot as evidence that you cancelled your subsciption as required.

I now cannot activate itunes on either. The suggestion is that I cancel itnues activation on either which is rather difficult, obviously? Is there another way to access/ activate itunes?

    Now fixed by de-authorising computer online at Itunes store...

    Is there any way to find out more specifically where most of the memory is being taken up?
    Say, what folders are the biggest in size, and where they are? I'd like to delete any unwanted crap if i could...

    It's not memory, it's disk space which is a different thing.
    you can figure out what's taking all the space using 3rd party tools like [Whatsize|http://whatsize.en.softonic.com/mac], [Omindisksweeper|http://www.omnigroup.com/applications/omnidisksweeper>, [Disk Inventory X|http://www.derlien.com> or [Grandperspective|http://sourceforge.net/projects/grandperspectiv>. there is also a terminal method described on [this page|http://homepage.mac.com/francines/articles/TigerMisc.html].

    I restored the phone so had no apps on it at all and there was still this certain amount of space used up by documents ! I've already had it in to the apple store and they didn't seem to have a clue either ! Ugh ! Wouldn't mind so much if the phone was free with a contract but I actually spent 450 quid buying this phone and it's always full of "nothing" so virtually unusable

    I have been with Verizon since May of 2014 and I felt good at first about joining Verizon but at his point I am very disappointed in my experience so far. Every month has been a headache and I can not seem to see at all where the saving really are and especially since I have a government employee discount. I was told about every month "Oh you should see the savings in one to two billing cycles" what a joke! Every month since May I have had to increase my data so that I would not get charged for data overage which is $15.00. So now I am at 8GB and still no savings my bill has been over $100.00 every month since May. When I got my first bill In June I was charged $45.00 in data overage when the  IT Support was supposed to have increased my data to avoid this overage and they did not. So If I had not been paying attention to my bill like I do every month Verizon was just going to take my money and say nothing about it. That's bad business they should have the knowledge in technology to catch a mistake on a bill and step up to credit a customer's account for Verizon's mistake. So here we are with the bill for August and Verizon has done it again by secretly adding charges to my account with out a explanation of why they are charging my account. My bill had a overage charge of $14.99 and a late fee of $1.50 which is $16.99 dollars of my money that they were just going to take for no reason. So I called and I was told that since July and August had 31 days that they moved my billing date back on day and Verizon failed to notify me of this action taking place and so that's why my bill was one day late. The lady I spoke with said "Oh we really should tell our customers when this happens so that they can be better prepared to pay their bill on time" now WHY is that so hard to do when Verizon will send you text after text for just about everything else. It's really a shame that I have to call Verizon every month about my bill and call them out on fees that should NOT be on my bill. I am sick and TIRED of doing that I just don't understand what the issue is with communication. My bill was fixed but I asked why was I charged a data overage charge when I clearly did not go over it said that to be true on my Verizon account. She said that " I was charged that because when you go out side of the data towers and use someone else's tower you get charged a NO BILLED DATA FEE" "So we have to wait for the other tower to send us your data usage off of their towers and then we add it to your bill. WHAT??? REALLY?? I have never heard that ever and she could not even tell me what tower and where so right there I know that is a lie and that because I did not go over they just wanted me to pay more money. See the way I figure it Verizon wants me to pay more because they feel what I pay is not enough since I get a discount and if that's the case they should not offer discounts period. Also it seems that at the last two weeks of every month I get a text saying that I have used 70% of my data text YES to get 2 more GB'S, and then the last week of the month close to my new billing date I get another text saying I have used 90% of my data. Well I think that is happening to force me to increase my data to pay them more money, that's not fair BAD BUSINESS. I will say that my service is excellent but customer service and the over all management of Verizon is TERRIBLE AND UNJUST. When my contract is up I will be leaving Verizon to never return because I work hard for my money and I will not just give it away to a bill that has fee's that I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR. If I know that I went over my data I am grown enough to pay for it with no questions asked because I know that it was my fault. I will continue to monitor my bill every month and keep a close eye on Verizon to prevent them from screwing me over on my bill. I'm tired of being taken advantage of.....

    Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.

  • Payment run has been cancelled

    Hi Experts,
    We have a problem in Payment Run. In proposal there are 154 line items are ready for payment (status is Green).  But once we did the payment run the status is Posting orders: 109 generated, 109 completed and Payment run has been cancelled.
    There are 154 vendors in this payment run. But the payment has been done only for first 109 vendors and the remaining vendors are not included in the payment.
    Please suggest what could be the reason.

    Hi Havina,
    The reasons could be galore.
    The open invoice items may not be due or overdue for payment. 
    Depending on the next run date, APP might have not picked the open items for payment.
    The open item might have been blocked for payment.
    The vendor master record itself might have a payment block.
    Depending on the case to case you need to analyse.
