Payment did not go thru

I made a payment on my prepaid verizon phone this morning for 15 dollars. My bank account was charged said amount, but my balance does not reflect this payment, neither on the phone or my verizon online account. What should I do? I called Customer Service but I was on hold for a very long time...

  • A/R Receipt did not clear thru lockbox due to negative amount

    One of my users called about a receipt that did not clear thru lockbox and could not be seen as being applied.
    Receipt had a negative transmission for credit memo so lockbox ignored.
    Last time when a similar problem occured Oracle support had advised to just apply receipt manually because lockbox transmissions do not accept negative amounts.Is there a workaround for this problem?Can someone please help?

    I am in the same boat in trying to apply negative amounts thru lockbox. The transmission format for the detail record allows negative values in the amount applied field but not the remittance field. It also appears that the apps only assume positive values coming thru lockbox. I responded earlier today to a Lockbox topic looking for help in this area as well. I am looking at two possibles:1 - create report and manually adjust or 2 - create adjustments automatically. In either case, it is important to recognize that the correct G/L accounts are properly crdited/debited. Can anyone offer help/direction in this area?

    email address, click send at the bottom of page and it after a minute or two, a pop up appears with the message:  your email did not go through
    because your server did not reply.    Have sent the same photo to my email address with no problem just to  doublecheck.  Why will it not
    send out to other email addresses?  Thank you.

    Go into iPhoto's Accounts preference pane and delete the email account that's there.  Now add it back and try again.
    A more reliable method is to set Mail as the email Client for iPhoto in iPhoto's General preference pane.  The Mail client is more reliable, gives you better access to your Contacts, gives you a sent copy and has photo themes similar to iPhoto's in its stationary section.

    I have received an email by Adobe that says i should renew my billing info etc. My billing info is correct i just had no money to cover for my monthly subscription.
    I deposited the amount so there is enough to cover it. How do i get Adobe to request the amount again so the payment does go through?

  • SAP R3 FCC 6.0 - AR Aging FBL5N did not reflect correct balance

    AR aging report (S_ALR_87012173 Customer Open Items for printing) or AR Aging T-code  FBL5N did not show correcct balance which will show 100% original invoice balance even we applied the partial payment.  Anyone has same problem?  If not, what caused this probelm since I can not send statment to customers and need do it in Excel.  Thanks,

    Hi PPIO:  I used FBL5N but all partial payment did not deduct from original invoice if you short of 0.01 cent, that is why I am trying other reports from SAP.  How you retrieve data and create your customized reports in R3?  We will implement BW in April 2012 but do we need any report tool to create our own reports? 
    Our internal SAP administrator told me the FBL5N can NOT display correct balance due that is can not do task.  I can not believe it, Can you teach me why we got incorrect balance due and what caused the problem?  Tks.

  • IPhoto - email did not go through...

    I'm trying to send (share) pictures thru iPhoto and I keep getting this meesage: "Your email did not go thru because the server did not reply. Check internet connection.  If the connection is working properly, the email server may be down. Try sending your email again later."
    I've tried creating other iPhoto email accounts and I keep getting the same message. By the way, my internet is working just fine. Also if sned via Messages, the photo gets sent just fine.
    Any thoughts on how a can get iPhoto to work (send photos via email)?

    in the iPhoto preferences ==> accounts delete your e-mail account and reenter it
    OR
    IMHO the better solution is to set Apple mail as the email client in the iPhoto preferences

  • Payment Proposals (F110) did not created in Batch job

    We had 1 time issue today. I am just trying to find out if anyone come across this issue.
    We have the daily  automated batch jobs which kickks of Payment proposals. Somehow system did not create any proposals and showd as  Zero incoming Payments for customers.  Busiiness users had some doubt as this is not possible and created the manual proposals in 15 minutes and a big payment proposals were created. I am trying to find the cause of this issue. Please let me know if anyone come across this issue.
    I did all analysis on business point of view and all invoices were created few days back.

    Thanks for your response. The batch jobs are correctly maintained and as I mentioned this happened 1 time and the same batch runs every day and the issue did not occur

  • I downloaded carbon copy. transferred entire internal hd  to new replacement HD  thru USB.  computer booted from replacement hrdrive. then installed replacement hard rive into iMac. when rebooting imac did not recognized new replacement hd.

      i downloaded carbon copy. transferred entire internal hd  to new replacement HD  thru USB adapter kit.  computer booted from replacement hrdrive. then i erased the internal hardrive and reloaded the operating system.( i needed to find out if the hard drive was bad or virus/worm was the cause). then installed replacement hard drive into iMac. when rebooting, imac did not recognized new replacement hd. i also upgraded memory at the same time.  ok what did i do wrong. do i have to remove the new replacement hardrive to extract the data.

    It should not matter. CCC will "clone" the recovery partition as well, but not knowing exactly what operation you had CCC perform it is difficult to know what may have gone wrong - it has many customizable options and you have to choose the correct one.
    I have performed the same transplant as you described and didn't have a problem, but if your Mac is not recognizing the internal HD you really have no choice other than to reinitialize it as suggested. After that, install OS X, upgrade to Mountain Lion if required, and migrate your old account(s) from your backup.
    my backups have backups.
    I assume you didn't mean that literally. Have redundant backups - don't "back up your backups".

    I have setup for the Over/Under payment Amount allowed in Document Settings --> Incoming Payment / Outgoing Payment and I have also setup for the Overpayment and Underpayment GL Accounts to be posted in the GL Determination Sales / Purchasing tab.
    When I run testing, for example I have an Sales Invoice for 350.08 and my payment amount is 350.00 (I've set the allowed underpayment amount to 0.10), I did not see the journal posted for the Underpayment, though the system prompted a message indicating the amount does not match upon posting. I might have done the payment incorrectly. Can anyone advice me what is the correct way of making the payment so the journal will post the 0.08 as underpayment?

    Sorry for the late respond. What I have done is:
    Highlight the Invoice - 350.08
    Go to the Payment Means 
    Manually type the Actual amount Paid - 350.00
    Click Ok
    Click Add
    I have just run the testing again and now it works! I do not know what happened last week that causes the system to not allowing the posting. Anyway, since now that it is working, I will do a few tests more, just in case.
