Hi,
I checked your account and found that the minutes have now been replenished.
For future reference, although the recurring payment is taken three days in advance to avoid possible delays, your subscription minutes are reset based on the initial purchase date and time.
For example, if you purchase a Germany 400 minutes subscription on the 15th at 15.00 GMT, then your recurring payment will be taken on the 12th and the minutes reset on the 15th of the following month at 15.00 GMT.
You can check when your minutes will be reset from your order details:
1. Go to https://secure.skype.com/account/purchase/history/orders
2. Find the first order for your subscription (not the recurring payment)
3. Click the order ID. The transaction date shows when your subscription was purchased.

    Do you see anything shw up on the debugs on the branch router?
    Check debug h225 asn1 to see if there is a setup coming from the CUCM. If not, that means the CUCM is not receiving the IP address of the branch gateway from the GK. This could mean a config issue on the GK with respect to the branch gateways, or on the UCM.
    Take debug gatekeeper main 10 from the gatekeeper. These debugs will show what's happening on the GK while processing the incoming ARQ from CUCM.

    Does it show on your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store ? If not then you are sure that the purchase went through, it's not just a temporary store holding charge on your credit card : iTunes Store & Mac App Store: About payment card authorization holds.
    If it does show then try the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes and see if that downloads it, or go to the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage  and see if it shows there for downloading.

  • So my upgrade went through, but my speed is the sa...

    I'm around 250m from a small FTTC cabinet. On 40/10 I was on the full 38.72 profile for download for the past 6 months straight, and the full 10000 upload. My Huawei modem suggests that my max attainable rate is around 67Mbps, and my max upload is around 22Mbps. And the BT speed checker estimated my new speed at around 60Mbps. This led me to believe that upgrading was a good idea.
    This morning I discovered that my downstream profile is still 38.72Mbps, but my upstream profile has jumped to 20,000. So the upgrade has gone through, but my downstream profile hasn't changed at all.
    Is it worth performing a modem reset? My modem has been on for 6 months without a reboot, so would it be worth resetting to see if that jogs the IP profile up on the downstream? Or is there anything else I should try?

  • I can't make or take phone calls, but i can message and use data. Has this happened to anyone else? I've gone through three Samsung Galaxy S5's in the past three days, two of which have this problem and one just stopped working all together.

    My phone doesn't have any cellular phone functions...but it CAN send text messages and access data. Has this happened to anyone else? I've gone through three Samsung Galaxy S5's in the past three days, the last two have this problem and the first stopped working all together. I've had new sim cards put in, ive done hard resets on the phone, i've rebooted the phone, done battery pulls, and tech support has reset the signal to my phone. Nothing has worked. (I just "upgraded" <- lol.... and my old phone IS turned off.)

    Im in 79707. So to recap my whole case: I upgraded my device using the verizon wireless website. I received my phone and switched my old SIM card from my Droid Razr Maxx HD into the new Galaxy S5. Everything worked fine until the next morning (May 31st) when I woke up and the phone wouldn't turn on. I took the phone to the local Verizon store and they were also unable to turn it on. They issued me a new Galaxy S5 (referred to as phone 2) and switched my SIM card into that one.
    With PHONE 2 i was able to make calls and receive calls, along with text and data for approximately four hours. After that, i was unable to use the phone function of the device, but text and data were still functioning. I took PHONE 2 back to the Verizon store where they attempted to hard reset the phone twice, they also installed two new SIM cards at the store. After this they would get the same error, which is the phone just reading "Dialing..." after attempting to make a call. The Verizon associate declared the phone "DOA" and issued me another Galaxy S5 (referred to as PHONE 3).
    PHONE 3 worked well, with phone text and data featured intact from when I received it on the after noon of the 31st until approximately 2:30PM on June 1st. I contacted Verizon Tech Support via Gmail phone to attempt the correct the problem. They reset the connection, had me do a battery pull, had me close the "phone" application, and erase the data and catche, then restart the phone. All of which had no effect. My phone is still able to receive texts and use data (even with wifi off) it simply cannot make or take phone calls. all it says is "dialing..." when I attempt to make a call. When other phones call my device it rings once on their end and directs them to voicemail, PHONE 3 does not ring on my end.
    I have made sure my old phone is completely powered down.

    Backup catalogs wouldn't have helped with this problem anyway, but naturally, you shouldn't delete backup catalogs for a while.
