    You need to some configuration in the SPRO path provided below.
    SPRO --> Payroll --> Payroll - USA --> Off-Cycle Activities
    Then maintain 0267 with off cycle reason
    Run off cycle Payroll using off cycle reason
    The go to Work bench for Off-cycle - Transaction Code PUOC_10
    Clik on History tab - chceck result - and Save result.

  • Offcyle payroll

    I am very new to offcycle payroll. I need help with confiuration of offcycle workbench. Could somebody please explain step by step that how we do the configuration. We have two different schemas for payroll for slaried and hourly. I was looking into the configuration that we have to assign variants for offcycle . But there we can just put one variant. How we will handle both salaried and hourly employees as we have two scehemas and hence we will need two variants. Please help

    I checked the transaction   PUOC_10 as the country is USA. bUT it opens the offcycle workbench. There i cant see any variant. Where do i see for variant. The variants which i am loooking for is IMG-> PAYROLL USA-> OFFCYCLE ACTIVITIES-> SET VARIANTS FOR OFFCYCLE ACTIVITIES. I guess the offcycle is run based on the variant created for report RPOCALCU0. But i want to have two variants one for salaried and one for hourly. How will i do that.

    You need to execute the Year end report W2 for the Tax company level in PU19 which the employee's are mapped, this you can identify from the IMG setting in Payroll USA> Tax>Tax companies > Assign Tax companies to Personnel area. So the value for the employee will be under the tax company when payroll is executed. Reporting date is the field is the end date for the quarter or year for W2 it will be 31-Dec-2011 for the year 2011, Consider payroll date is "as of Date" ie till which date you want consider the payroll result for the current year, this is usefull when you have retro payresult difference or you do adjustment in the payroll.  Detail document is available in Service market place "Service.sap.com/hrusa"> Year end -->User Guide for the Tax reporter.

  • Tax issue Res UT, Work IL

    Hi Guys,
    We are on SAP ECC 6.0 bsi 9.0a#31. EE with IT0207 as UT and IT0208 as IL is causing IL State tax instead of UT tax. There is no reciprocity between these states.
    When I view the log at USTAX node -> processing second subnode Tax Data(which is before the third node BSI Interface) shows residence code as 1 for IL and 0 for UT for tax type 01.

  • Garnishment Vendor Advice Info Missing

    Friends,
    We have setup third party remittance for Garnishments and on Vendor check/Advice(F110) we are missing the employee information.
    what we can see now is only "0003100070001510692340000689399900403" and "HRGRNX00031069".
    Now in this "99900403" is employee code.
    Instead of all this big information we need Employee Name / Garnishment Case Number on the Advice.
    Configuration done :
    a) T5UGI - Garnishment assigned to Letter Type 08/09 with UFG1.
    b) Employee in P0194 has "Information on advice of vendor check"  as Answer Letter Indicator.
    Would appreciate the Help, let me know what i am missing.

    Assign forms to letter types (T5UGI) Type 08.
    FI side:-
    Copy of the FI advice form F110_US_AVIS to print the garnishment information. And Change section 625-HR of the form to add the text lines REGUD-TEXT1 through REGUD-TEXT9

  • PU19 Form Problem Caused By Diff between 470 & ECC 6.0

    In 470 when you you generated the SUI Wage Reporting form/report it came out in a regular report format generated by an ABAP Write statement.  This version was easy to save as a TXT file and then use EXCEL to read the TXT file and massage it.  In ECC 6.0 this report is now in PDF format and my user wants the ability to do the same thing, but so far I haven't found a solution.  You can save a PDF file as TXT, but you get all the formatting from your PDF and it would require way to much work to try and reformat it into something useable. You can still click on SYSTEM-LIST-SAVE, but all the choices are greyed out.  Does anybody have any idea on how to solve this problem?

    I'm not sure if you still need this or if your user has gotten used to the new way of doing things, but if you extend the validity date of the form you used to output in table T5UX7, you should be able to produce the older version of the wage list.  You can get to the table via the IMG: Payroll > Payroll USA > Tax Reporter > Tax Form Definition > PDF Based Forms > Define Validity Dates and Form Parameters.
    Something else that we've done in the past for our users was to download the TemSe file into Excel and create a macro to parse and filter on the EE detail records.

  • Report 6.0 in PDF

    Hi,
    Can anyone help me out in this
    I want the report ouput in pdf when i call if from forms instead of saving to hardisk. I have tried using the following parameter
    destype - file
    desname - c:\test.pdf
    desformat-pdf
    It creates the file in c:\ drive but i want the user to view the report in pdf instead to saving it. My report version is 6.0.5.28.0

  • GL account to Transaction type linkage

    Hi,
    I am looking for configuration where GL account is linked to Transaction type.
    In HR when I run posting PCP0 accrual amount posted to GL account.
    In FB03 I can see the transaction type so I am looking for information how to link GL account with transaction type.

    GL accounts are not linked to transaction type.
    In Fl Documents where you see transaction code  - PCP0, which would mean the posting is happened through PCP0 from Payroll.So from payroll each wagetypes which is paid or deducted or withheld or Employer contribution are linked to a symbolic account. Then the symbolic accounts are linked to GL account. This can be configured for normal posting and month end accruals.
    After this configuration you run PC00_M10_CIPE for US to create a posting document. This posting document will have data that GL accepts. Then you go PCP0 transaction to release and post the document to FI.
    To find the GL account mapping run pc00_m99_DKON transaction without any parameter just molga=10 for US. and select "display as variable list". Check the report output to find the wagetype to GL mapping.

  • Tax form class variant

    Hi Gurus,
    Where can I view and configure the tax form class variant? When I use tax reporter, I don't know how it is defaulted with form HR_F_W2. I guess it is done by the variant for tax form classes, right?
    For 2006, I want to use the form HR_F_W2_01 for tax reporter. How could this be done?

    For country US. Goto IMG & do the settings as below
    SPRO->Payroll->Payroll:USA->Tax Reporter->Tax Form Defination->Define original tax forms. Execute this & then choose tax form HR_F_W2 . Click on that & double click on the left hand side on issuing tax forms. Here in alternate form insert a new entry with HR_F_W2_01.
    So when you run PU19 for W2 - Wage and Tax statement. This HR_F_W2_01 will be displayed along with other forms.

    You would need to set up EFT:
    spro---> Payroll ---> Payroll USA ---> Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)  --> Set up Pre-notification.
    In this section, you set up prenotifications for your company.                                                                               
    Before money can be transferred to an employee's bank account for the   
    first time, a test transfer needs to take place. No money is used in    
    this transfer.                                                                               
    Once each bank connection has been tested, the employee's salary can be 
    transferred normally.                                                                               
    In order to regularly check new bank connections, you need to keep a    
    record of changes to the Bank Details infotype (0009).                                                                               
    You set this up in the following step.                                                                               
    Please note that you can set the system up to record changes to other   
    infotypes in the Change document section of the Personnel Administration
    Implementation Guide.                                                   
    After this step, set up the House banks

    Below is the menupath for HR postings to FI. I want to understand where are they linked to FI. How can I see the G/L accounts these symbolic accounts are linked to.

    Each of the field symbol would be assigned to GL account. You will find this  mapping the payroll img itself
    Payroll -- Payroll USA -- Posting to Financial Accounting -- activities in AC system
    -Account assignment
    Click on the Assign financial accounts
    then click on the Accounts  to see the mapping of sumbolicaccounts to GL account.

    Is there an existing Personnel Area to copy? If not, search though SAP web sites for direction. If so, go through the IMG as you have.
    Double click the activity u201CCopy, delete, check personnel areau201D.
    Press the u201CCopyu201D button. Press u201CEnteru201D.
    Provide the Personnel Area to be copied.
    Provide the Personnel Area to be created.
    Press u201CContinueu201D. Press u201CEnteru201D three times.
    Then SAVE.
    There will be a delay while the system copies the record.
    Press the u201CEnteru201D button.
    Press the green u201CBacku201D arrow.
    Double click the activity u201CPersonnel areasu201D.
    Press the u201CPositionu201D button near the bottom of the screen.
    Enter the newly created u201CPersonnel Areau201D, and then press u201CEnteru201D.
    Select the Personnel Area, and then press the u201CDetailsu201D button.
    Change the appropriate fields.
    Press the last button on the tool bar that resembles an envelope.
    Maintain what is required.
    Then SAVE.
    The navigation path supplied earlier also leads to Personnel Subareas, Employee Groups, and Employee Subgroups. These may already be defined.     If you are running payroll in the US, Personnel Area is the basis for accumulating wage and tax information by legal entity. The Tax Company Code is SAP terminology for the legal entity. To assign a Personnel Area to a Tax Company Code, navigate as follows:
    Payroll > Payroll: USA > Tax > Tax Companies > Assign tax company to personnel area

  • Time Constraint assignement to Subtypes of an infotype.

    Hello All,
    Where do we maintain Time constraint assignment to subtypes of an infotype. I am looking to subtypes of IT 0210 ( Tax With holding ) " where do we create the subtypes and their characteristics for this infotype in IMG? I tried in view V_T591A but there is no entry for this 0210 infotype but I can find the time constraint assignment for the rest of the infotypes in this view.
