Pending payment status - purchase history

Hi, I want to cancel the pending payment orders on my account's purchase history. How can I do it ?  Thanks !

Please cancel the 2 extra 'pending' payment ( order number ends with 85955 & 00816 credit of c$4.99 each dd. March 22 & 23 on my account's purchase history. Thanks.

    Hi,
    I did purchased Skype Premium Unlimited 12 Months on 3rd March (Order # ****************529), which is still pending. Would you please resolve this matter as we are looking forward eagerly to start using this subscription.

    Skype's instructions about getting help are frustratingly incomplete.  I've been trying to sign up for a simple purchase of credit without the auto-renew for several months; in fact my billing information shows that I have FOUR "payments pending."  The glitch is in the instruction to get authorization.  Am I really supposed to call Bank Midwest and tell them to authorize a $10-dollar disbursement?  It does not seem logical.  Nowhere else am I asked to do anything like that--not on Amazon or Barnes and Noble or Hanna Anderson or Home Depot.  Why this hurdle?  If Skype wants my business, it should at least make good on its promise to let me do a live chat with a salesperson.  If I haven't gotten a genuine and user-friendly response by this evening, I will never use Skype again, nor accept a call from anyone who does.  This is a promise I will make.  And I keep my promises.

  • Getting "transaction already applied to account" message on order missing from Purchase History

    On 11/1 I placed an order for In-store pickup and picked up the game on 11/3. For whatever reason the transaction has not shown up as pending under my Purchase history (though other transactions on 11/4 & 11/6 have).  After the 5 days it suggests for pending transactions to show up I tried to manually report the missing points, and its telling me "This transaction has already been added to an account."
    This is the first time ive ever had this issue and it being a game with the 500 bonus points for pre-ordering, I wanted to make complete sure that this purchase (and the pending points) are going to be  tied to my account.  Hope you can help me.

    I hope you are having a great morning thus far.
    If the pre-order you picked up on 11/3/2014 was eligible for the "Get $10" pre-order bonus, then I can understand wanting to make sure that it was attached to your account.  A qualifying purchase should generally take 3 to 5 days to emerge as pending and a total of 20 days to officially post to a member's account.  Your pre-order does show to have attached to your account, so you should see points post by the end of the day on 11/23/2014.

  • "Purchase history" tab is not working on Skype Web...

    I want to download some old invoices from my Skype account and for that I am logging into my account on Skype website and goging to 'Payment Settings -> Purchase History' but it says:

  • Need to cancel order but order is not in listed in Order Status or Purchase History

    I ordered  an Open-Box Canon - PowerShot ELPH-340 16.0-Megapixel Digital Camera - Black, but I never recieved an email confirmation and it did not show up in either my Order Status or Purchase History.I assumed I may not have completed the order correctly so I went through the same process of buying it again, but I still did not recieve a confirmation email nor did it show up in my Order Status or Purchase History.I checked my bank account and I am being charged for the 2 cameras.I would like to have one of those orders canceled a.s.a.p. please.

    The deal for that open box camera looks like a great offer, so I can understand why you ordered one.  I’m sorry to hear that not receiving an order confirmation email led you to order a second one, thus creating two orders.
    Due to maintenance last night on BestBuy.com, confirmation emails were delayed, but should be going out today.  Regrettably, I do see that both orders have already begun fulfillment and I am not able to cancel them.  The only option we would have for you would be to return one of the cameras either by mail or to your local Best Buy store once you receive it.  You can find more information on Canceling Your Order here.

    In purchase history, there are 2 subscription pending, 2 are created. It might be by mistake when I trying to charge Skype credit. It's all for the same product, is it necessary to cancel them? If yes, how can I actually cancel them? Thanks in advance.

    Where did you do the restore from (iCloud or computer's iTunes), and was it on the iPad when you backed it up ?
    If you've moved countries since buying it or if it's no longer in your country's store then you won't be able to redownload it - if either are those apply then do you have a copy of it in your computer's iTunes library or on your backup of your downloads/library ?
    If it's still in the store but not showing in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your iPad for redownloading then check to see if you've hidden it :iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases - Apple Support.

    If they are regular payments for the same amount then it sounds like you have an auto-renewing subscription - there are instructions on this page for managing and stopping them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098

    Yesterday i ordered a tv from bestbuy.com, On bestbuy.com it doesn't show the order, But paypal shows a pending payment. After i made the order it also didn't remove the order from my cart. Any help would be appreciated.

    The purchase of a brand-new TV is by no means a small investment, so I can imagine why you'd be concerned! I'd be puzzled too if an item remained in my cart after checkout, especially if the order couldn't be found in my account history.
    I've had the chance to review your account, but I wasn't able to locate an order placed on the 22nd. With that in mind, chances are the amount you're seeing on your PayPal account is simply a temporary authorization and not an actual charge. These holds are typically removed from customer accounts automatically within a few business days, but the exact timeframe required varies by financial institution. I was also able to locate an order from yesterday (9/24/2014) which has shipped. if you haven't already done so, I'd encourage you to check your inbox and junk mail folders for a confirmation notice with shipping information.

    Dear SRMers,
    System Information: SRM 4.0, R/3 4.6 c
    We have a situation where users want to see the invoice payment status in the SRM browser. We have not implemented the Invoice module in SRM and invoices are posted and updated in R/3.
    Please suggest what is the best way to accomplish displaying the invoice payment status in SRM browser preferrably in the shopping cart header or in the follow on documents area with less custom work ? Any ideas are welcome.

       As explained in one of my previous thread,running the report "BBP_IV_UPDATE_PAYMENT_STATUS" does not update the status in SRM .So for this there will be a lot of std modifictaions required to update the status in the SRM browser(SC history/follow on docs) i.e. ITS template as well as the std includes.

  • Payment status of PO

    Lots of times, the vendor call the purchasing department to query the payment status. In sap, there are several transactions to show this, like FBL5N, etc.
    Currently purchasing department calls finance department to query this, but it is not convienent.
    Is there any other transactions which is in Logisitics to show the payment status? Like a field on PO or other documents show this status?

    Easy Access >> Acc >> Fin Acc >> Acc Payable >> IS >> Vendor bal & Vendor Line items
    You will get to see all the reports like Bal & Due date analysis etc, If there is no authorization give that using su01/pfcg tcode for the role which u have assigned to that user ID

    After one year now I am looking for the same answer what you mentioned here. Could you please let me know if you got any standrad report that shows the vendor payment with PO details.
    Some one mentioned here transaction MIR5 it does not exist in R3E. Also FBL1N out put could be added with PO number, however the report does not pick up PO even when it is in BSEG.

  • Why is my recent purchase not showing up in my purchase history?

    I made a purchase and the parcel was shipped to me by UPS. I got confirmation that it is delivered to some dock in KY. I called the seller and they said it was shipped to eBay's secondary shipping area and it will be forwarded on to me (in Canada)... and I will get confirmation from eBay. They said to check my Purchase History in my eBay account and it will give me the second tracking number from another carrier. I checked my Payment History and there isn't even a record that I made the purchase. How do I contact someone from eBay to resolve this? Anybody else have a problem with things not showing up in their Purchase History?

    Don't panic.the parcel was shipped to me by UPS.UPS or USPS?In any case it was NOT shipped to you. The US seller is using the Global Shipping Program.She ships to Kentucky where the GSP/Pitney Bowes has a central processing plant.Her responsibility is now ended.it will give me the second tracking number from another carrier.Well sorta.PB/GSP does track all the parcels it is handling,but they are lax about letting the buyer know where the parcel is.This is NOT important.Emotionally it is upsetting, but all is normal.Your item has been processed for Canadian duty and sales tax in Kentucky.It was put on a truck with thousands of other eBay parcels going to Canada.(Other parcels sent to KY, were sorted and are now in containers on their way to Germany, Mexico, Brazil, Australia.)Once it crosses the border-- no customs delay because that was dealt with in KY-- it will be transferred to a Canadian carrier, usually Canada Post and sometimes CanPar.It will be delivered to your doorstep by the Canadian carrier. This will take upwards of 20 days from the day your payment cleared.If it takes longer, do NOT phone eBay, instead go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Recieved dispute.But this is very unlikely to be necessary because everything is underway as it should be.  I checked my Payment History and there isn't even a record that I made the purchase.This is the one statement that puzzles me.Go to your Paypal account. You should see your payment recorded there. You may also see a tracking number from your seller to the GPS.And look on your Feedback Page, the purchase will be there waiting for you to leave feedback when the parcel arrives.  This is why I detest the emphasis on tracking that eBay gives. Tracking does nothing for a buyer but cost money. The sole useful purpose of tracking is to protect the seller against phoney claims of non-delivery. All the buyer is paying for is warm fuzzies. 

  • Change payment status for COD order only

    Hi,
    I know that if I click on the edit button within any order, I can click a button to the right of the Status and a window pops up listing the status types. If I click on "Purchase - Awaiting Payment", I can make that the default status type however this would make it the default for all payments, not just COD payments which is what I'm after.
    I wondered if anyone knows if there is a workaround so that "Purchase - Awaiting Payment" is the status type only for COD payments and "Purchase - Payment Received" is for all other payments?

    Ok thanks. It would be good if it was more specific because then you could create a report to see who has paid and who hasn't but maybe this is something for the future.
