Pending Payment Status for More than a Month

Hi,
I did purchased Skype Premium Unlimited 12 Months on 3rd March (Order # ****************529), which is still pending. Would you please resolve this matter as we are looking forward eagerly to start using this subscription.

Skype's instructions about getting help are frustratingly incomplete.  I've been trying to sign up for a simple purchase of credit without the auto-renew for several months; in fact my billing information shows that I have FOUR "payments pending."  The glitch is in the instruction to get authorization.  Am I really supposed to call Bank Midwest and tell them to authorize a $10-dollar disbursement?  It does not seem logical.  Nowhere else am I asked to do anything like that--not on Amazon or Barnes and Noble or Hanna Anderson or Home Depot.  Why this hurdle?  If Skype wants my business, it should at least make good on its promise to let me do a live chat with a salesperson.  If I haven't gotten a genuine and user-friendly response by this evening, I will never use Skype again, nor accept a call from anyone who does.  This is a promise I will make.  And I keep my promises.

    I am sending this note on behalf of my mother.  She has been waiting for technical services to her home phone for more than two months.  She has received dates where a technician would come out to repair her services in which she has left work early or stayed home on weekends no avail.  My mom is not in best health and has a child with disabilities living in the home and it is imperative that her services are working.  It is frustrating to her to pay for a service she's not receiving.  This is the worst customer service experience from Verizon.

    Please go to your profile page for the forum by clicking on your name, and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Private Support Cases". There you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions.     WHY does it claim to be 8G but my capacity now says its just 6.83
    The size of you HD is calculated binary when it comes to use it, instead of decimal when companies want to advertise there products. 1 KB=1024Byte instead of 1000KB as advertised by the manufacturer. In your case this reduces the actual available space by the factor of 0.93 or approx. 7,4GB.
    If you have an "other" section in your color bar showing the different types of data on your ipod, which is bigger than 500MB, this could be a sign of corrupt data caused by a sync that did not complete or copied damaged data. A restore will reduce the size to normal again.

    If you restore your ipod, iTunes will install the newest firmware first and then add back your data and settings from your last backup if you choose to "restore from backup". Every backup is replaced by the following one, so make sure to include this folder in your backup routine in case you'll have to go back.

    How do you get Ical to List for more than 12 months on your Ipad?  I have used Advanced settings which accomplish this but the Listing disappear overnight!

    I was charged £75 last month for broadband, calls, and TV - we have unlimited so cannot be charged any extra, and have never used the phone.
    It's shocking - we too were 'enticed' by a discount, which really didn't mean anything...

    Are you trying to post Cash Journal (FBCJ) for posting payments.  If so, you can use this configuration to restict your limits.
    If you are posting through other T.codes, then this configuration will not control those.
    For creating a validation rule, i have given a example below:
    Say for example, if you are using doc type 'KZ' for payments, then
    1. Identify or create a message class/message number, which you can use as an error message is the document amount reaches > 20000  This message class/messages can be created in T.code SE91
    2. Go to GGB0 and create a valiation under FI -> Line item and under which create a step as follows:
    Pre-requisire: if BKPF-BLART = 'KT'
    Check : BSEG-DMBTR <= 20000
    Message: Enter the identified message class/number
    3. Attach the validation in OB28.

    You said "reset," so Meg assumed that's what you did. But "reset" is not a button; to reset the phone you must hold the HOME and SLEEP buttons at the same time until an Apple logo appears. You may have to hold for up to 30 seconds, and if the battery was completely drained, you will have to restore iOS using iTunes on your computer.

    Believe or not... That 20% does make a difference... In one of my games, I used to have 5.3 secs of response time, now it does not lower from 7.8. By the way, even my PC worked faster  when I had that little higher speed... I know the changes were done without my knowledge because for a period of 2 weeks I got lot of unstability in my connection that I never got for years before... After 20 days with the first IP assigned to the new modem, the speed dropped like Verizon was running a program to levelize such an speed.
    At the end, what really bothers me, is that the 7.840 Mbps was a speed agreed with Verizon, their technicians, their supervisors at the CO, and it was fully documented, and all of the sudden because an "internal change in their policies" that agreement was broken... I am currently making arrangements to have FIOS installed at home, subject to an scouting visit from Verizon to evaluate the feasibility of its installation according to my internal wiring limitations. I have to give them a try... No doubt that it would me cheaper and much faster than the high speed enhanced internet connection that I currently have. Let's wait and see...

    I am writing this mail to let you know that I am very disappointed with HP regarding my laptop that I gave to the authorized HP repairer(Telefix,260 south road,hilton,sa 5033) in Adelaide.Its been more than a month now and every 2nd day I am calling the repairs to let me know the status of the laptop(for the repalcement of the hinge) and everytime I hear from them that they would be able to repair it by the end of the week for last 3 weeks.I called them today as well and I get to hear the same story and they said that they are still waitng on part from HP.
    So can you please expedite the delivery of it as my work is really suffering in absence of my laptop.

    Hi Gurus,
    Please advise as to how to create for more than 3 instances, say 4 or 5.  Because standard SAP provides only for 3.  Let me brief you as below :
    -  I created the 5 payment Terms in OBB8. 5001 (clicking as instalment) ; 5002 for 5% - 30 days ; 5003 for 4% for 60 days ; 5004 for 3% for 90 days and 5005 for Net 180 days.
    -  I assigned these 5002 to 5005 to 5001 with say 25% instalment each in OBB9.
    -  Now I assigned this 5001 payment term in the Vendor Master.
    -  Posted new FB60 invoices with say 01st Oct 09 as Document Date with say Rs. 25000/-
    -  Now, I have to make the payment to the Vendor on say 15th November 2009.
    -  So ideally I am eligible for 4% discount on Rs. 25000/- since I am paying after 30 days and before 60 days.
    -  I am posting through F-53 with 15.11.2009 as the document data, and now the system is not calculating discount for the first instalment of 25% instalment and for the next 25% the discount is calculated @ 4% on 25% only.
    -  Now my requirement is to calculate 4% discount in Rs. 25000/-.
    Can any one suggest the required approach.

    Unfortunatelly payment terms in OBB8 is working as designed and the functionality cannot be enhanced. In the standard system you cannot add additional levels in the transaction OBB8.
    Instead you can check the option of using Terms of Payment for Installment Payments (transaction OBB9). Terms of payment for installment payments are made up of individual terms of payment. An individual payment term can be assigned to each installment. When you post an installment payment, the total amount is split up into individual items for each installment and each installment
    is calculated with the relevant payment term. For more information on maintaining terms of payment, refer to the Implementation Guide for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
    The terms of payment key can determine the following:
    -The valid cash discount rate for an individual payment with a maximum of 3 payment terms (first cash discount period, second cash discount period, and due date for net payment) and also a baseline date for the payment
    -The terms of payment for installment payments.
    You define the following for the terms of payment key for installment payments:
    - Sequential number of the installment
    - Percentage rate for the installment
    - New terms of payment key for the installment item
    The percentage rates you specify must total 100%.
    Example
    Suppose you can create payment term NT30 (30 days net), NT60 (60 days net), NT90 (90 days net).
    Installment terms of payment
    RT01   1   30%   NT30
    RT01   2   30%   NT60
    RT01   3   40%   NT90

    setup a typical 2 week schedule for an out of hours user as follows

    mon 12:00am - 8am EMAIL ADDRESS 1
    mon 6pm - 12am EMAIL ADDRESS 2
    tue - fri 12:00am - 8am, 6pm - 12am EMAIL ADDRESS 2
    Sat - sun all day EMAIL ADDRESS 2
    Week 2:
    mon 12:00am - 8am EMAIL ADDRESS 2
    mon 6pm - 12am EMAIL ADDRESS 1
    tue - fri 12:00am - 8am, 6pm - 12am EMAIL ADDRESS 1

    Now when you view the schedule, does monday display correctly? In my case, the wrong email address is displayed for monday, yet when you edit the schedule it shows correctly. Had this SR open with oracle since March, and now they are refusing to do anything else on it.
    It only manifests itself on old users, a brand new user works perfectly. I have the same problem on my live 10.2.0.1 grid and my test 10.2.0.2 grid systems.
    If you have the time to try it out ( i know its a minor thing), I'd appreciate it.

    Bear in mind the SR was raised in March this year.
    I've demonstrated the problem at 10.2.0.1, they asked me to upgrade to 10.2.0.2, so I did. Still had the issue, so I demo'ed it again for them. A newly created user does not exhibit the issue. I argued this wasn't a workaround, as all rules, UDMS etc would have to somehow migrated to the new user. A lengthy manual task, plus, a few months down the line I'm not guaranteed that I won't have the same issue again. So they raised a bug (5337476). Then they asked for a copy of the repository which I gave them. Two days after supplying the export, they want me to set up a brand new environment, to replicate the issue from scratch. I lost what little patience I had, arguing if I don't know what caused the issue, how can I be expected to replicate it? The fact I have the problem on two separate grid systems, on more than one user on each system, is stunning evidence of a problem.
    Oracle keep trying to fob me off, if someone else is also experiencing the same issue it would serve as some desparately needed ammo!

    there is NO STD SAP program which will help u closing the open PO (more than two months)
    you need to go each and every PO and mark it as Del completed (item level in deleivery tab)
    but this is only stastestical indicator. System wont stop you creating further GR against such PO if any Qty leftout.
    for example - PO order 10EA, you recd 8EA and marked the indicator , still you can make the GR for 2EA
    there is SPRO setting as well to mark the PO as delivery completed once PO Qty and MIGO QTy is equal or with some variance . but this will work on real time
    Another way to set the final invoice indicator in invoice tab
    system will allow you to post the further invoices but all be blocked.
    somebody need to go and verify the blocked invoices and take necessary action
    This is again a manual activity, there is no such STD setting or T code exist
    Another way is you can create a program with the help of abaper
    built a logic on date / QTy and Amount and update the PO for del complete ( EKPO-ELIKZ) and final inv indicator (EKPO-EREKZ) by using BAPI PO change

  • PSE8 Backup/Synchronization not working for more than a month

    1. Reconnecting files shows that a file is not connected; however, no file is listed. How do I find missing file's properties.
    2. Backup/synchronization preferences works fine.
    3. I can select one or more or the whole catalog.
    4. The twirly icons show next to the album(s) for a second or show but then the synced icon remains in album/albums.
    5. I click OK and after the hour glass shows a while, it finishes.
    6. I click on icon and see that sychronization is on.
    7. If I check (unsynced items, synced items, or items marked for sync) it shows nothing and says that none of those choices matches.
    8. I have repaired and reindexed countless times (never has there been a "repair" problem.
    9. I click on optimize and that works.
    10. After that I notice "generating thumb nails" and the twirly thing moving. I've let it generate thumbnails for more than 24 hours and it's still going.
    I have spent countles hours during day and night, and I can't get it to work.
    I noticed that someone wrote that he had a similar problem that began with his using the IPAD. And I started using the IPAD also, but I couldn't sync my files with photoshop.com before that.
    Customer service and Help provides me with no answers. What should I do?

    Sorry to hear about the troubles.
    On your #1, you may have disconnected files of media types that are not visible. To ensure that all media types are visible, go to View > Media Types, and check any items that are not currently checked. Then try the Reconnect.
    As far as backup/sync not working, disconnected files can stop sync from working.
    After resolving the disconnected files issue, let us know if sync is not working. We may need to look at the sync log to determine why.
    As for the Organizer constantly generating thumbnails, this could indicated that you have many files, for example 10,000, in your catalog.
    If you have many files in your catalog, then you may need to just wait for the process to finish.
    It may also indicate a problem with the thumbnail cache that can't be repaired by the Optimize command.
    You can manually reset this file by doing the following:
    Determine the name of your Elements Organizer catalog.
    The name of the catalog appears in the lower-left of the Organizer.
        Alternatively, you can open the Organizer and then click File >  Catalog. The name of the catalog will show in the list at the bottom  with " [current]" after it.
    Close the Elements Organizer.
    Navigate in Windows Explorer to the folder that contains your catalog. Here are the default locations:
       Windows 7 or Vista: C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Elements Organizer\Catalogs\<CATALOG NAME>  
    Click Start, type "%ProgramData%" (including the quotation marks) into the Start Search, and then press Enter.
    Open each folder in the above structure until you have opened the catalog folder.
       Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Adobe\Elements Organizer\Catalogs\<CATALOG NAME>  
    Choose Start > Run, type "%AllUsersProfile%\Application Data" (including the quotation marks) in the Open text box, then press Enter or click OK.
    Open each folder in the above structure until you have opened the catalog folder.
       NOTE: Replace <CATALOG NAME> with the name of the catalog that you determined in Step 1 above.
    There should be a file called thumb.5.cache, which is the thumbnail cache. Delete this file.
    The next time you open the Elements Organizer, the thumbnail cache will begin to rebuild. This may take some time, depending on the number of files you have in the catalog.
