Play Center installation er

Hi all,?I have the Audigy Platinum EX from an old system but don't have the origional install disc. I downloaded the drivers and applications from Creative but get?an error message when trying to install the Play Center 3. The error reads that I have to have Sound Blaster Li've already installed. This is not one of the downloadable options under my card and only seems to come with the Sound Blaster Li've cards. Those installs fail because of no Li've card being installed on my system. What can I do to get the Play Center installed. Is there a full version of either/both I can install and where (link). Any help is grately appreciated![email protected]

i am having the same problem. wont even let me hear sound and i have reinstalled windows. and it is away from the vid card. so frustrating.

Play Center 2.0 media fi

I have some files which are saved as "Play Center 2.0" format. I no longer have my Nomad II player or the related software on my computer as the player no longer worked after about 8 months.
The files are important to me as they are recordings of an older relati've regarding our family history. They will not open using Windows Media Player. Any help or advice on how I can access these files and/or convert them to a more standard format (mp3) would be appreciated.

I've just seen this too. It comes and goes. Any ideas what it it?

Problems with upgrading creative play center

I recently purchased a new computer and I wanted to install my software for my nomad jukebox. I installed the creative play center software and I got an error message that stated i must use a different version compatiblw with windows xp. I go to the download section and download the latest software and it won't work because the software can't locate my hardware (nomad jukebox). I can't install my nomad player because my drivers are not xp certified. What can I do?

You can still install the drivers even though they aren't XP certified - you just accept the warning when it is given.
Once the drivers are installed, and the Jukebox is recognised, you can install the software.
I have had PlayCenter working fine with my JB on my XP machine.

Updating my Creative Play Center & Audio Headquarte

I had to have some major work done on my computer a while back, and they updated my Sound Blaster drivers while they were doing the repairs. As a result, my sound card works, my Creative recorder apparently works (it at least opens anyway), but my Creative Play Center and Audio Headquarters will no longer open. I'm running Windows XP and have a Sound Blaster Audigy Audio with IEEE 394 Sound Card . . .
The current driver is version: 5.2..286.
Creative PlayCenter is version: .5.23.0
Creative AudioHQ is version: .3.0.0
Creative Recorder is version: .2.2.0
I attempted to update using some of the files from Creative's download center (Audigy Web Update - Audigy Drivers AUD-WEBUP-W4-LB ) but that caused my sound card not to functon at all.
Which files do I need and what steps do I need to follow to upgrade my system so I can use Play Center and Audio Headquarters again?

Wow I have almost the exact same problem.
I have the original creative sound blaster.. (Which came installed with my computer.)
Originally I had the play center version number, 2.0.
But I had to recover my hard dri've due to another issue (not related to the sound card) and when I rebooted my system, at first certain creative software programs (such as sound recorder and other audio head quarters software) wasn't working correctly.
I tried to re-install the software but now here was where my problem got worse..
The card is set up for basically for plug and play on my system. It didn't come with a CD as the install program seams to be either in the card or saved to my hard dri've.. Not sure exactly but it was there.. (WAS!)
I should be able to un-install / re-install the programs but for some reason the first time I tried it worked but then the software slowly crashed out.
I tried to re-install the software again and when the computer finished booting I lost half the software all together! Including the install program! I tried going to creative and tried downloading software but all I could find was play center .0
I need 2.0.
As it stands now.. I still do not have the sound recorder and i also lost the creative sound studio.
but I do have audio head quarters which has the mixer and a few other things..
If someone knows a way to help either of us please respond..

Play memories installation error

When I wanted to update my play memories home I keep getting the same error "translated":Cannot go ahead with installation of Playmemories Home because the installation of 'MergeModule_x86.msi' went wrong. try to install PlayMemories Home again 0101-1010-1622 I tried to reinstall and then I uninstalled play memories home and tied to install again but everytime I keep getting the same error.Anyone has a solution?

The error may occur when the firewall and antivirus program of your computer are not allowing download of new programs. We recommend disabling both your firewall and your antivirus when installing PlayMemories Home.
You can also try to download PMH in safe mode:
Copy the software to a folder on the computer hard drive.
Turn off the computer.
Start the computer in the Safe Mode.
Locate the folder on the computer hard drive where you copied the program files.
Click the INPUT.EXE or SETUP.EXE icon to begin the software installation.
Restart the computer.

Configuration issue with OPS Center installation on OEL 5 update 5

Hi,
I have installed OPS Center 11g on an OEL 5 update 5. All prereqs, i think, is met and installation gives no warnings or errors.
When I try to access the web page to run the configuration wizard. It hangs with the "LOADING" message, after logon. And nothing more happens.
In the bottom left corner of the browser i have the DONE message. But an error behind.

I have removed the servername from the error.
How can i solve this? I saw no dojotoolkit installation as an prereq.

I am not sure to completely understand your logs since they don't seem to be written in English but
could it be that you are using Firefox 4.0 ? ( only firefox 2 and 3 and IE 7 and 8 are supported ).
Also, do you have enough free RAM ( 1-2 GB ) on the browser's machine ?
Lastly, you can check the prerequisites with
/var/opt/sun/xvm/OCDoctor/OCDoctor.sh ec-prereq force
/var/opt/sun/xvm/OCDoctor/OCDoctor.sh --troubleshoot

SCCM 2012 - Software Center Installation Log / Report

Hi there,
does anyone know how to check the amount of installations via software center?
for example i would like to see a log/report how many clients accessed software center and installed applications.
would be also great to see the top10 list of applications being installed, etc.
is there something a like?

There's no usage data of software center. You could query data listed in add/remove programs using SRS, but you would have to be very creative to find a way to determine the top 10 installation list.

CRM 5.0 Employee Interaction Center installation

We have CRM 5.0 . Do we have to install anything in particular to EIC. Also What are IMG task specific to EIC?

You need JRE Version between 1.4.2_02 and 1.4.2_09. Any version below the lower value or above the higher value would not be accepted by the installation and this message would pop-up. If you have any version within the above specified range and also a higher version like 1.5, it is recommended to uninstall 1.5 version before proceeding with the installation. Once uninstalled, you need to restart your machine and then try the installation. If the error recurs, then right click on the 5.0 InstallationAssistant.msi which can be found under the Mobile_Client_Installation folder and select the option Uninstall. Select Yes on the prompt that appears next. This should uninstall the old version of the installation package from the machine Then you could start the installation once again by running setup.exe.

"Theme Center" installation and use.

I own Vibe X2 CU edition, I needed the two SIM option. I found out that the "Theme Center"is different for the CU editon and the EU edition and pobably for the AP and TO one as well.
I would like to have the EU version of the application. Is that possible, could i get the EU vestion of the "Theme Center" and how could i install it?
I would like to be able to see the text and themes names in english. Also in the EU version there are options for changing the notification area, options menu and call screen. In the version that i have this existed but in the download tab it said "comming soon", but after the recent update those thing disapear entierly. I was looking forward to them, and that's why i'd like to get the EU version. Is that possible without flashing the entier ROM?

You'll need the ROW version .apk of the lenovo theme center or flashable zip, root and/or custom recovery, as you'll need root permission to delete the old app(because it is a system app) or overwrite it trough flashing a patch. I think you can't download new themes online with the ROW version of the app. And in the CN version you can change the lockscreen, boot animation, font separately. For that, when you enter the app, press on the circle in the top right corner on the screen.

Center Speaker plays center sounds and rear sounds. Inspire 5.1 5300 speakers.

My inspire 5.1 5300 speakers are set up for 5.1 surround sound. I have CMSS enabled. I hear static from the rear speakers. Everything seems to be set up just fine. But when I run the speaker test the front right, center, and front left work. The rear left and rear right speaker sound comes out of the center speaker instead of the rear speakers even though the center speaker also gives out the correct test sound.
I have an audigy card, SB0090 is the model number. I don't know the retail name.

I dont see how the sub wont work. It has the seperate front, rear, and center in. The sub should work with just the front in as far as i know. My SBS 450 seems to work that way... i have yet to get my inspire 5.1 working but ill find out if i happen to..

Hi Hussein,
Its done. Now the download processor is working fine and successfully downloading the messages.
But few problems i'm facing which is not the required behavior is:
1. All the messages are downloaded and are shown in "Messages in Queue", but we've to get the messages one-by-one via "Get Next Message". Is there any way how we can populate all the oracle processed messages into the a/c inbox at once?
2. I've composed a mail to a valid random email address and put the action as SEND and clicked GO. The count of composed messages in the side panel shows as Composed: 1 but the message ain't sent.
3. The Oracle processed messages are often not available directly at the inbox when externally logged in. I mean, the download processor may be is deleting the message from mail server inbox and putting it into the Oracle Processed folder.
Please resolve this issues. I'm very thankful to you for your precious time.

Web Center Installation and HTTP Server

I am new to server technologies. Trying to install Web Center on windows server, but it appears Web server HTTP address and port is required to install UCM.
May I know how to find if any Web server is already exists on my system which is Window server 2003?
I already installed Web logic and SOA Suite. By chance any of them include Web Server? If not, can you recommend one HTTP server for UCM?

Play cente

Can anyone tell me if and where i can download the complete playcenter 2 software package. i have lost my disc that i got with my 5. card and each of the files i have seen for download require playcenter to be installed on your system. thanks J

Thanks for the info on installation.
Preparatory to the install, I tried to remove the Audigy Sound Blaster files on my machine using the 'Remove' utility.
I get a message: Error Number 0x8004020
????? Description: An event was unable to invoke any of the subscribers.
????? Setup will now Terminate.
I don't want to try to reinstall until I can get past this.
Any suggestions?

System Center installation folder share

I found that the installation folder if
SCCM 2012 is shared. In that cases,
it is used and by whom? Can you give me please a link
where i can find this information.

I concur with Kent, the default share/NTFS permission is automatically controlled by SCCM, and as far as I know, all the system server roles you installed will use this folder.
