I just check the price of different packages and try to figure out how to order. I didn't place  any order and then the system automatically buy two packages which I went through just now. so I want to cancel these two oredes!

    Hi. Welcome to the forums.
    Have you checked the online monitor ? It's at :-

    Keep a note of the date/time indicated and the up/down figures for a few days - so that you can see the daily amount.
    You can then compare this with the hub stats (if you need to know how to get these, pop back). Again keep a daily log of these - note that they will be hard to compare due to the differences in recording date/time. But if kept for a few days, it will become clear.
    After a few days, pop back again with the details. Unfortunately virtually everyone posts only once about their high usage and don't return with the details.
    As a couple of questions - is there anyone else using your networK ? Other devices such as tablets or mobiles ? Are you streaming any videos or sports ? Do you use p2p sofware ?

    Your Profile will give you the number that is you - 1,406,710 in the URL bar and that was 2 and half years ago
    This Poster registered today (2th March 2011) and the number is already up to 2,558,089 (1,151,379 new people in that time)
    I used someone I came across today that has very little info to look at in their Profile.
    Obviously very low numbers in a profile relate to people who registered very early in the life of Apple Discussions (With some tweaks when the Jive Software was Implemented - for some reason I ended up with 208)
    Also just as obvious is the fact that not everyone who has ever registered still posts. But many that are posting take several posts to get to a satisfactory conclusion.

    Having a (hopefully) minor glitch at the moment with what seems like a stuck IP profile, main thread here.
    A couple of other questions though.

    In the advanced stats are two connection times.
    1. Internet connection time and ADSL connection time.
        I was under the impression ADSL time is the time the hub has been on since the last reset... either by BT or by me pulling the plug. That was showing 6 days... I suspect my problems started when the HH was remotely reset. Am I correct in what this time measures ?
    2. I see there is also an "Internet connection" time... what's that ?
        It shows 1 day 14 hours. What is this figure measuring and what is it's significance ?

  • How to cancel the sales order - header and line status are in Entered Stage

    Dears,
    I have some sales order to be cancelled in which the header and line status are in *"Entered"*. I am not able to cancel these sales order.
    Also note that these orders are for maintenance service.Once i book these orders the lines will change to closed status.
    So it is not possible to book and cancel the lines.
    Kindly me to resolve this.

    Coming to your Action-->cancel...as far as i know ...the header status will change to canceled..
    unless until you have some processing constraints in place...which is stopping you...

  • The box {cannot use app in safe mode} would you like to temporarily switch, I press continue and it goes to please log in, and these two boxs go back and forth not allowing me to continue the game like farmville etc.

    the dialogue box says {we cannot continue with this app in a secure mode. Would you like to temporarily disable to an unsecured mode and you will be able to use the app at your next log in.} I push the "Continue" button, not the cancel button and it tells me to {Please log in, you are not logged in}. I will then log in and the original window as mentioned above comes back again. These two boxes go back and forth when I try to continue in any of the games on Facebook.

    I had just got it back from the shop last Friday. It was there for around two weeks. It was a faulty GPU (when you see garbled display that's consisten when booting it the GPU). I have a strong feeling it's related to the Lion install 10.7 or 10.7.1 and may be similar to reports of Mac laptops overheating. It's good the GPU is removable, it might have taken 3 week or a month if it had been the whole board.
    It's a blessing in disguise though as with all or most cases because I also got to have the LCD replaced for excessive backlight bleeding (in my opinion), the dead pixel from the previous LCD isn't there anymore (though under the glass there're some smudges but nothing crucial). The backlight bleeding is still the same though in my opinion but at least it's new.
    It's a great thing I bought Applecare. I didn't buy it for the iPhone because that's more durable (my iPhone 3G's 3 years old now and it's still solid. Although there are scratches and a crack at the back at the bottom, got sqeezed under the table I think when I sat). I think Applecare is a good recommend for things that get hot like desktop and laptop Macs(are the iOS considered Macs btw?) which are twice or thrice the price of iOS devices.

    If you didn't establish a rescue email address, you will need to call applecare support.  Ask for account security to reset your security questions.  After the advisor is able to verify your identity, they can reset your security questions.

  • I have a problem with an order that didn't cancel all the way...

    Order {removed per forum guidelines}, I ordered Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2 and Sin and Punishment: Star Successor but a little bit after placing the order I decided I wanted to cancel it. I canceled the order and Devil Survivor 2 got canceled, but now Star Successor has shipped even though I requested the cancellation before it shipped out. I needed to have both of them canceled and also, I used a $5 rewards certificate on the order that got split between the two games and is now taking only $.61 off of the order, which means I'm being shipped a game I no longer want AND it looks like I'm going to lose my $5 rewards certificate is there ANY way to have the game re-routed back before it gets to me so the order can be canceled? I would've rather kept my order complete with both games than to only get one of them, that way at least my rewards certificate wouldn't have been wasted...

    Do what Roger says above.
    Do you have 'in-app' purchases enabled on an iPhone/iPad or other device that kids or other family members use ?  That could be the issue.
    If not change your iTunes Store password to try to prevent whatever is doing this making further charges.
    Also if you can't find the cause, talk to your cc company.
