Plz can someone help me I am trying to reset my security questions and answers and I just can't receive the email to do it I have sent it about 25 times
Can't get email have waited like 8 hours
If you aren't getting the email, and you've checked the spam folder on your rescue email account as well as the inbox, then you could try contacting iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57

Just as the headline says. Keep trying to reset my security questions and apple will not send a reset link to my rescue email address.
Best thing for you to do at this point (if your email isn't showing up in the junk/spam folder) is to contact iTunes Support to have them reset your questions for you:

I am making my first purchase on iTunes and since it is my first purchase, the security questions were asked. I forgot the answers to the security questions and requested for an email to reset my answers. It has been three days now and I still haven't received any email. Can somebody help me?

Click on your country's flag, find the service telephone number, call and ask to speak to the security team. -

If you have a rescue email address set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address set up then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Questions' or 'iTunes Store account security' (it appears to vary by country) and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox).

Creating a rescue email requires supplying two of the answers.

Are you able to receive any mail at all? If not, make sure that all of your information for mail is accurate in settings again. if you still have nothing, go to your email through safari. (example: www.yahoo.com) If you do not see the emails here either, it is a problem with the password reset server not your mail app.

They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I initially created my apple account years ago. I am trying to reset my security questions because my answers are continually incorrect. I pressed the link that sends reset security questions info to my alt. address, but I have not received the email with instructions. I have resent the email several times and checked both of the emails I have set up with my apple account to no avail. I have tried everything that is provided in the support article about the issue and my problem has not be resolved. I've even deleted my alt email from the apple account and then reassigned it and tried again, however, I still have not received the email. Without knowing the answers to my security questions, I cannot purchase anything from the iTunes store, which I have been trying to do.
I do not know what the problem is and I am asking for any resolutions.
