PM order notification details

Hi All,
Can any one please tell me function module to fetch the PM order notification details (specifially task details of the notification) during runtime, means during work order creation.

I have tried this but this bapi requires a notification number to give its details but i want some FM which will give details during runtime, means while the work order is in create mode.

Forwarding Notification Details

Hi all;
When creating a requisition in iProcurement, a notification is created. After opening the workflow notification details window, the details of the requisition are displayed. At the top and at the bottom, some standart buttons are also displayed (e.g. forward). However, when you press forward button, leaving the forward to field empty, there is no error displayed on the page, however, the error is displayed on the notifications page. Is there a way to display the error on the details page and not to proceed to the next page in case of empty forward to field?

I have tried this user exit but unfortunately required data is not available more over if i change the route here system is again changing this route in another enhancement section.
Could you please let me know in which user exit i can get the Forwarding agent details entered in the Purchase order so that i can export and import these details into required place.

Hello friends,
please explain the Difference between service order/notification to the maintenace order/notif and also to the Sales order.
i have a idea on the above topics. iwnt to have a detailed explanation of the above topics.
I know that service order/notification usually for external services.and maintenance O/notification for internal services .
for every post with descent information, points willl be rewarded

1. Service order and Notification: These are used for Customer Services, i.e., these are used for processing the customer complaints regarding the equipments technical problems installed at customer locations.
In this scenario, we sell equipments to customer and also offers the services for that equipments on chargeable basis or free of cost as per sales terms and conditions.
2. Maintenance order and Notification: These are used for Plants, i.e., for processing the complaints of the equipments which are installed within the plant.
In this scenario, we buy the equipments from the vendors and carry out the maintenance ourselves.

in wa_komk pass the condition record number.
this you will get from your vbak table

Could anybody let me know is there any standard report available to get the details of Purchase Order Discount details ? (We checked, hope there is no standard reports for that) If no, could anybody suggest to get the same thru tables ?

hi,
With reference to purchasing document you can find the discount details maintained.
First in the table EKKO with reference to Purchasing document number EBELN find the corresponding Doc.Condition record number KNUMV.
And from this KNUMV in KONV table find the value of discount (KBETR) based on condition type (KSCHL).

System will not display the Purchase order item details in the first screen. First enter the data on the Item overview like Material or short text then only it will display the Item details.
I think you are checking with out entering the data on Item overview .
Check by entering the material/short text.

Notification Detail Page is not displaying

Hi All,
I have a requirement of creating a read only workflow admin responsibility. For that I have followed the below steps.
1. Set 'Workflow Administrator Web Applications' as the Workflow Administrator from administration tab.
2. Create a grant with the below details.
Grantee Type: All Users
Responsibility: Workflow Administrator Web (New)
Object: Workflow Items
Data Context Type: All Rows
Permission Set: Business workflow item permission set
I have done this for viewing the workflow owned by all users and followed the ID 1328447.1 for doing this.
Now everything is working fine, but Notification Detail page is not displaying. It is loading for a long time and
giving the errors, ('The connection was reset' in Mozilla and 'Page Cannot be Displayed' in IE).
Notification detail page will come when I remove this Grant, but it will display only the workflows owned by
that particular user. So this grant is a mandatory component for me.
The issue is there even for the admin responsibility(Workflow Administrator Web Applications) when assigning
this grant.
Can anyone help me on this to resolve this issue.

Purchase Order notification

Hi All,
Whenever a supplier clicks on the reply-to in response to a purchase order notification from his mail box the mail goes to the Generic workflow mailer id. I have a requirement like whenever the supplier replies to a PO mail notification it should always go to the buyer of that PO. It would be great if someone could give guidance on how to acheive this.

To add to my earlier comment;
The lag is because of 2 reasons.
1) The workflow background processor is running every x minutes. So it takes time to process the po approval workflow.
2) The notification mailer is running every y minutes. So after a notification is created, it takes y minutes to actually send an email out.
You can avoid the delay caused by step1, you can set PO:Workflow Processing Mode to ONLINE. This will process the approval right away (instead of waiting for the workflow background process to run.)
However, you will find that users don't like this option because they have to stare at the hour glass for a few seconds while the PO is being processed.

I've mapped pipe line using obejct link,now when i create Maint Order or Notification system displays below mentioned message,
Select a link object as reference object
Message no. IH101
Diagnosis
You are trying to create an order or a notification for a link object, but have not yet selected an object.
Procedure
Place the cursor on a link object. This object will be entered in the notification or order as the object referred to.
In std Screen RefObject thers is no ref object for Link,
Please guide me how we can create Maint.Order/Notification against Object Link,as it is required to track cost as well as history of repairs in pipe line.

i refer page no 18 of SAP book Object Networking (CS-BD/PM-EQM-ON) SAP AG Release 4.6C,
To select a particular link from the list, (IN18)select the object link and choose one of the following options:
Goto --> Change/Display --> link, You reach the object link data screen.
Goto -->Create notification --> Notification type
You reach the screen where you can create a maintenance notification for the link. If a link object is entered for the selected link, the system automatically uses it as a reference object for the notification.
Goto --> Create order
You reach the screen where you can create a maintenance order for the link. If a link the system automatically uses it as a
reference object for the order.

I need to extract service orders and notification data and Im thinking of useing the 2lis_18* logical cockpit extractors but I cant find any documentation on them. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find the documentation on these or know of any white papers that covers these extractors as well as business content within BW for service orders/notification

Sales order item details configuration

Hello All,
I have a requirement to get the Sales order item details configuration programmatically in user exit in sales order create and change.
In sales order change i am using function module "VC_I_GET_CONFIGURATION".
Input for this function module is instance (VBAP-CUOBJ).
I am getting the configuration here. But i am not able to get it in create mode (VA01).
Can any one help me please.

INOB table key is CUOBJ, At run time the VBAP-CUOBJ is not generated yet. Its value is now "999999999999990001".
I guess once the order is created we will get an entry in INOB.
Do you have any other way with which INOB entry can be selected ?

Hello.
Is it possible removing the attachment "Notification Detail Link.html" attached in the outgoing notification EMails?
In the case, I have to do the set directly in the Workflow design, or is it a configuration in the Mailer Agent?

Hi,
In workflow version 2.6.3, this is available by simple changing the notification preference to be "HTML mail"
"MAILHTM2". If you want it as an attachments, the preference is "HTML mail with attachments"

After creating a new form,please follow the below steps..
1) Use transaction OIDF to create a New shop paper by copying a existing shop paper (Which suits your needs). Replace the SAP Script form with your new form and try to keep the same standard program. 2) Use transaction OIDG to assign the shop paper to order type.
Use transaction OIDA and OIDB to do the same two steps for the Notification.
