PO does not have line items

Hi,
PO is getting saved but while entering for GR, we are getting message that PO doesn't have items ( Even no release strategy activated)
Any clue??

For that PO, GR might be already done, that is why giving the message, PO doesn't have items.
Please check the PO History for that PO, is there any material document number is created, sometimes we do not remember the GR is posted, and when you try to enter GR for PO, certainly you will get that above message.

I am using Crystal Reports version: 11.5.12.1838 with Dynamics GP and it's on Windows 7 O/S.
I have set up a sales picking ticket using the following tables: IV00101, SOP10100, SOP10106, SOP10200, and SOP60300.
On the report I have our product number (SOP10200.ITEMNMBR) and our product description (SOP10200.ITEMDESC)..I also have the customer product number (SOP60300.CUSTITEMNMBR) and customer product name (SOP60300.CUSTITEMDESC).
The issue is when an item only has our product number and description without the customer information the line does not show up on the report.
The tables are linked as such:

If you want to get even the product details irrespective of customer details exist or not then you may need to look into the join condition used between the table
Check whether you are using inner join this may not help.....you will have to use some other join like left OJ or Right OJ or something like that

Account total balance does not equal line item balance

I have seen this before in an account which was designated as a retained earnings account - prior year rolls into the account are not a posting in the conventional sense.

Sales Report does not have the items in AR Reports

Hi Team,
We have got one query saying sales tax details and AR tax details is not matching.
Sales documents are posting automatically at the time posting BSEG table and BSET table will get update and the issue is here now for few documents BSET table is not updating.
Have analysed the documents by taking the correct documents and incorrect documents and the results are correct documents posted with one type of "biilling Type" and the incorrect documents are posted with different type of "billing Type".
Could you please help me or advice the reason the BSET table is not updating.

Hi All,
Furhter more information to above issue.
The user is using two standard T codes S_ALR_87012359 and S_ALR_87012357 and they were trying to match that off. But few of the Billing documents data are not getting update in BSET Table, that's one of the reason the data is missing from S_ALR_87012357.

Login as the same user, use the same responsibility and then try to do the exact same update (item/field/value) using the screen.
Then use the api.
Make sure you add a line to set the context properly before calling ego_item_pub.
I did not see that in your code.
something like
fnd_client_info.setup_client_info(&appl_id, &resp_id, &user_id) -- replace the variables with the appropriate value

Visual Studio 2012 SharePoint Project Error : The partial project item type does not have a value for this property

Hi,
I am getting this error from visual studio 2012 whenever i try to create the following project types:
- Workflow Custom activity
- Web parts
The error is as mentioned below
"The partial project item type does not have a value for this property"
Due to this the when I add above type of items in my project, they show a red cross icon against them.
Please let me know If have you any solution?

Yes, there are so many pages on-line that -- when made small enough to fit within the margins so one does no have to use a scroll bar on EVERY line, moving it back and forth, back and forth -- look like a FINE-print Bible page (!! tiny !!) if you keep reducing it to fit within the margins.
ALL because we cannot find a place to tell it to WRAP to FIT. Could have sworn I've seen some feature like that somewhere at one time, but if it is here, I cannot find it.

Open the APP store and download Mavericks.
You didnt buy a "clearance" item, you just got an Air that was there at the shop before Mavericks was released.
There is no difference other than a 40 min. download.

I do not know what any of these do or how to fix them. I have run multiple disk permission repairs & disk repairs. The startup & system extension errors continue to come up.
I even followed the directions to move HP IO & HP Trap Monitor to the trash, run disk permissions repair, put back in folder, then restart - and still am getting error message.

List the items the user does not have access to.

I have a requirement to show the user a list of all the libraries of a site with the number of items in each even if the user does not have rights to the library. (the link or button will be grayed out if the user has no access)
I am looking for opinions on how to do it with the best performance possible.
The first candidate is to first enumerate all the items in all the libraries with elevated then do the same as the logon user and compare the collections.
The drawback is performance so maybe rely on the assumption that the overall content of the site does not change often so keep the collection from the elevated run in cache (with configurable lifetime) and only run as user on page load and compare with the
cache.
I am sure there is probably a better way so let's here it. can we take advantage of search?
This is on SP2013 but we are not using apps for unrelated reasons. We can use server object model.

I believe Search cant be used since Search is Security Trimmed. Search will not return the result if user dosent have the permission.

Aerender error: "Unable to execute script at line 95. Window does not have a constructor"

A BG Renderer user is getting this error when running aerender version 10.5.1x2:
"Unable to execute script at line 95. Window does not have a constructor"
The render proceeds but the process never completes which is preventing the rest of the BG Renderer notifications from triggering. Any idea what this error means and how to fix it?

I guess we'll have to wait for Adobe to answer what could be causing the transmission to drop on Line 95. Todd's out of the office for a month or two, but maybe someone else can shed some light.

Order does not have any selectable item .

                          I am trying direct production scenario where I have assembly with SPK 50 and ( PT : E) . I have converted planned order for header material and automatically prod order is created for assembly also . For assembly I procured material and after MIGO ( GR ) stock is updated . But while doing Goods receipt in MB1A ( MT 261 ) for assembly production order system showed message order does not have any selectable item .
I confirmed the assembly order but stock is not reducing ( No goods issue happed for assembly ) .
I guess, in direct production we need not to do goods issue for header material ( or higher assembly ) but what about the lower most assembly ? I think we have to do goods issue for lower assembly ( that is procured raw materials ) .

I Hope ur using collective order concept,
In a collective order, goods movements (GI & GR) are usually not required for assemblies that are directly produced.
When u do the confirmation for Lower level order, Produed assemblies will be issued to Higher level order directly, so manual goods issue not possible for   assemblies to Higher level order.
U can confirm this, with Higher level order cost analysis after the confirmation of loer level order.
So need not issue the produced assembly to higher level order using the MB1A.
Only thing u have to activate Collective order with goods movements cjech box for Order type at OPJH .
For Lower level order (Assembly order ) good issue for   procured components of assembly can be done using MB1A with MVt type 261.

Material Valuation: 4 Planned Price, 2 Std Price, 3 Moving Average Price.
Activity Types/Processes: 1 plan Price for the Period, 6 Most Up-to-date Plan Price.
CO Version Plan/Actual
Sub Contracting: 3 Net Quotation Price.
Quotation In Purchasing : Actual Quota Arrangement
External Processing: 3 Net Quotation Price, 4 Gross Quotation Price
OverHead: No Assignment
And Work Center defined fine had the assignment of Activity type and Cost Center.
In KP26, activity type rate defined for period in combination with Cost center and Activity Type.
Then what would be the problem, pl respond immediately.
