Policy to allow ISA Server to recieve DAT updates from Mcafee

Hi All,
Everyday EPO server has to download the latest dat file from Mcafee website.
In the ISA server, We have a (allow) policy configured to FTP and HTTP protocls to the URL set which has Mcafee links which directed from source of that EPO server and destination as LocalHost(ISA). But still update is failing..
When we raise call with Mcafee they say that ISA is blocking it..
Can someone help here please

have a look into the ISA Server realtime logging to see which protocols and/or URLs gets blocked from ISA Server until you try to download the latest dat files with EPO from the McAfee website. Here is a list of ports:

    I have an issue with customer master data updation from one system to another system. And here only one field is not updating properly from one system to another system. and we found this is through idoc , but we don't find field in any segment.
    and the field is called ADDR1_DATA-HOME_CITY.
    and this will displayed as different city in address column.
    but as per the notes given in help , it is by program , form through only passing. but not able to trace and as per my analysis ADRC table , ADRNR  had this field HOME CITY.

  • Server tries to download updates from MS instead of configured WSUS server

    Hey all,
    I got some strange behaviour of a server that I try to update with our WSUS server. Both the client and the WSUS server are Win2k12, not R2. A policy is applied on all servers in which the WSUS server is set. Actually, the update procedure and the policy
    works on all servers but this one.
    I am able to find and select updates for the target server on my WSUS server and the server is able to find the server. When I try "Install now" on the target server, nothing happens. According to the log the server is communicating with the WSUS
    server, but is not downloading the updates from it, instead it tries to download them from MS itself what is not possible. I inserted my proxy user and then it worked so I nailed it down.
    How can I reset all the configuration or where is the registry key that leads to the download source?

    The registry keys for the update source are controlled by the group policy, so configuring the policy and making sure it is applying correctly will automatically configure the appropriate registry keys.  However, the keys specific to windows updates
    are located here:

  • Server 2012 R2 cannot update from 2008 R2 WSUS server

    Our WSUS server is on a 2008 R2 VM.  Updates for all 2008 R2 and lower servers, and Windows 7 clients work fine.  I have one Server 2012 R2 in production and it cannot check for updates.  It gets 800b0001 as the error code.  I can
    click on check for updates from Microsoft, then it does reach out to the Internet, download and install updates.
    I also tried from my Win 8.1 laptop and I get error 8024402C.  Any idea's?

    I found in another thread the fix.
    In regedit go to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Update Services\Server\Setup and change "wYukonInstalled"
    from a 1 to a 0.
    Installer succeeds.
    However now the Update Services console does not work.  I get a connection error.  
    It's one thing after another with these things.  I don't understand why Microsoft can't ever make something simple.  IISReset did not cure this either.

  • The date update from TFS online are not visible on Project pro

    Hi everyone,
    I updated the start date and the finish date from TFS online, i saved and refresh the page. Then On the Project pro i clicked on refresh.  The update are not visible on project pro.
    I don't no why because when i change the title of the task from TFS online. the update is visble on Project pro.

  • Data updated from R3 to CRM via middleware

    Hello all,
    I have a scenario where a material updated in R3 is automitically updated in CRM through middleware. The problem is that in the data there is a field, sales organization, which is not being sent correctly to CRM. I need to find the source of this data in R3. Can anyone guide me where do I start?

    While transferring the data of equipements from R3 to CRM, we want to transfer the status of the equipement (data element J_STACT).
    I am using IF_EX_CRM_DATAEXCHG_BADI~CRM_DATAEXCH_R3D_MBDOC_FILL to update the status before transferring the data to CRM.
    Here I am getting status of equipment from R3. Now how do I update the status in ct_bus_trans_msg.
    I need to update ct_bus_trans_msg-ORDPRP_OBJL_I_D-IOBJECT_ID.

    Internal table ct_bus_trans_msg  have several segments.
    These segments are similar to Bdoc meaasge.
    There is segment called STATUS_H. You need to populate this segment with status form R/3.

    To update data from ODS to Infocube, I right clicked on ODS and selected update data in targets and then scheduled it.  But in the monitor I am getting an error and status remains yellow.  The error is:

    "If you download data via the MySelf connection, you must check the

  • Error in Data updation From ODS TO CUBE

    We are working on BW 3.5
    for FI GL line items we are loading the data to ODS and than to Cube.
    earlier there was a process chain failure 2 months back so delta were stuck for 2 months now about 10 million records have been uploaded in ODS but when i am tryint to upload these records to CUBE via delta upload  its giving Error

    You will get the result with errors or no errors

  • Date update from header to item

    Hello All,
    I have following questions.
    1) in CRM if Item Category doesn't have any Date profile assigned in Item category IMG, does it use header date profile to show the date types in sales Transactions or dates doesn't show up at all on item level.
    2) if Date profile for header and item has same date type assigned eg.,, Requested Delivery date on Sales Transaction TA, if I change date on header does it flow to the same item date type? if not - how to achieve it?
    and there are no date rules assigned to that date type, its a manual entry.

    I am using TA & TAN for my sales document and I see Requested Delivery date field on header overview page under Sales order Details AB and also on Item overview page under Details AB, don't know if this was part of standard?
    but the requirement from my customer is they want this date to be updated automatically on item level as soon as it is updated on header, would be great if you could let me know if this is something possible without development.

    I have to load transaction data from 4 tables into 4 ods and these 4 ods data will be loaded to 1 info cube.so please tell me the best method whether to use 4 info sources for 4 ods or can i define all the info objects in one info source and use the same info source for all ods objects.

    1st could u tell, the loads are from Flat File or Tables ?
    coz ur Subject and the Message is getting clashed.
    If u use Flat Files, then better go for 4 IS and 1 ODS is enough. Then update the cube.
    If u r going to extract from Tables, then you have to create the Data Source using "Extraction from Views", for this u should have common key fields in all the 4 tables. In BW DataSource to InfoSource mapping should be 1 to 1.

    Microsoft has it set up so that you '''MUST''' use Internet Explorer to receive any updates. You probably still have IE installed on your system. Open it up and you'll be able to update any of your system files and any other MS software that you have installed.

    I have just bought a N95 and I am facing problems on setting the proxy configuration for a ISA server.
    I could config the LAN settings but my proxy requires an authentication by username and password and until now I could not figure out how to make it.
    My actual settings are:
    Nokia N95 (N95-1 - Model: RM-159)
    WLAN security mode: 802.1X
    * WLAN Security settings:
    * WPA/WPA2: EAP
    * EAP plug-in settings:
    * EAP-TLS (Only this one is selected).

  • Add Total to Stacked Column Chart on the top and another important thing is the data are from SharePoint site

    the same with the following description from another question:
    "How can I display a total on top of each column on a stacked column chart (using
    reporting services 2008)? If I use Data Labels I can display the
    values for each part of the stack on a stacked column, but I want to be display the total.
    For Example: If I have stacked column on chart with a value of 10 for the 1st stack, 20 for the 2nd stack,
    and 20 again for the 3rd stack - I want to display 50 (the SUM total) as the data label on top of the entire column..."
    and a solution for this would create a new column named SUM(category group), this can be done with data source from SQL server, but my data is from SharePoint site list. its query seems can't be changed which means I can't add a SUM column.
    what should I do with this? Can anyone give me a hand?

    If we want to display a total for each column on the top of a stacked chart, we can use a matrix control to display the column total value to work around this issue.

  • Obtain drivers from MS-Server and updates from WSUS

    Hi,
    is there a possibility to obtain drivers from the MS Server and the "other" updates from the WSUS-Server?
    We have workstations with Win7 and XP and pluged in devices (USB) should obtain the drivers (if available) automatically from MS-Server.
    Obtaining drivers through WSUS is not an option.
    The Group Policy "Computer Configuration\...\Windows Update" is set to obtain updates from "intranet Microsoft update service location".
    Should there be no possibility to distinguish between driver and update obtaining locations,
    then is it possible to set WSUS as primary obtaining location and as secondary the MS-Serve?

    I uninstalled the device and deleted the driver of my testing device. (local)
    Step2:
    I have created a new GP on Server 2003R2x86 (AD/DC) and linked it in the OU where my test-PC is located.
    .../ComputerConfiguration/Administrative Templates/System/InternetCommunicationManagement/Internet Communication Settings/TurnOffWindowsUpdateDeviceDriverSearching-->disabled
    Step3:
    I restarted the test PC with a logonscript: "gpupdate /force"
    Result:
    It didn't work.
    2.Try:
    Same procedure, but instead of creating the policy on the '03 Server, I created the policy with RSAT for W7.
    Result:
    It didn't work.
    Now I have a new question:
    Isn't the above mentioned policy for this?:
