Popup/Alert for Agent UCCX 9 - CAD

Hi
I have a contact center scenario where callers will hear a message 'Welcome to .. and enter account number..."
Existing customers can type in their acct ID and follow the prompt to check balance, etc from SQL database 2012.
also at the end it will give them an option to speak to an agent for further queries,
When they select the option to connect to an agent, I Want the agent to be notified using a popup with the
previously entered account number (so the agent can quickly search the customer detail while accepting the call)
or the relevant data about the customer (such as first/last name etc.), so the agent can great him properly with
his/her name.
Is this possible with UCCX 9 - CAD or may be with UCCX 10 - Finesse or with any other third party application

Right before the caller is transferred to an Agent (before the Select Resource Step in most cases) use the Set Enterrprise Call Info Step (Expanded Call Variable Tab) to pass the Variable value on..check out the screen and let me know if this helps..

  • Why am I getting double popup alerts for Google Calendar events on iPhone?

    This is happening on both mine and my wife's iPhones (mine is a 4 and hers is a 3GS) which are both on the latest iOS (6.0.1).  This is what I've figured out:
    On iPhones: Default is to set no alerts/reminder for calendar events
    On Google Calendar: Default is to set a popup alert 1 hour before event & email 1 hour before event
    When I create a new event on my iPhone: It saves with no alerts set, then after uploading to google calendar it shows as having two alerts 1 hour before the event.  If I go into Google Calendar, it shows that 1 popup and 1 email are each set for 1 hour before the event.
    When I create a new event on in Google Calendar: It saves with 1 popup and 1 email are each set for 1 hour before the event per the default settings.  If I go to my iPhone, it shows that I have 2 alerts, both for 1 hour before the event.
    So it seems that the iPhone is seeing both the popup and email alerts and creating two popup alerts on my phone!
    Is there anyway to fix this?  I've tried setting up the calendar on my iPhone through Gmail account, Exchange account and CalDav account and it's all the same.

    I figured it out.  It has to do with which calendars you want displayed.  Duplications come from multiple calender selections.

  • Need a way for SQL Replication Alert for "agent failed" to only register with SCOM after failing more than once.

    We have SQL Replication that goes occurs over a WAN and, often, it fails to replicate successfully.  But, on the next replication attempt, is usually will succeed. 
    Is there a way to only have the alert, including the notification for it, occur if one or two consecutive attempts fail?

  • CAD Real Time Stats show NA for agent state and call log

    Hello
    For our lab uccx, the agent/users CAD display shows NA for the agent state and call log.  I have
    Not Ready and Log out codes set and have the testers do those actions to generate data.
    I have rebooted the server and have also checked the services page and confirmed
    all the services are running.
    I went through the admin guide to see if I missed any configuration but does not appear so.
    I tried launching the real time stats tool from the UCCX Admin and it launches OK
    but I noticed that it shows not connected.
    Note this is over a VPN to the UCCX.
    So not sure if this is related.  I checked the relase notes and this is the base install
    of UCCX 8.5.  I am going to install the service updates but wanted to see if I can
    get this running before I schedule a maint window to do the upgrades.

    you might be facing an issue where " uccxcaduser password" gets corrupted , which leads to the issue you are facing right now
    you have to contact TAC to reset that password for you and your issue will be fixed ,100%
    Note : Only TAC can reset this password

  • IPCC/UCCX CAD and Agent/Supervisor desktop on Windows 7

    Any word on when Windows 7 will support CAD for Agent and Supervisor’s?

    The product Bulletin indicates CAD will be compatible with Windows 7 in version 7.5(8)
    Cisco Agent Desktop, Cisco Supervisor Desktop, and Cisco CTI Toolkit Options
    Version 7.5(8), FCS Q1CY10
    Version 8.0, FCS Q1CY10
    However, the release notes for 7.5(8) do not show this as being compatible.  Any Ideas on when this is projected? 
    Version 8 does offer Windows 7 support.

    How to use the JS alert for error popup?
    Actualy when i tried using it , popup comes but the main calling page goes blank until OK is clicked,  whereas in normal applications or standard BSP it works normally , ie we can see the calling page in background.

    When you execute an alert, execution flow is stopped until you click OK.
    I understand you want to popup an alert when you load a page with JS.
    Maybe you can invoke the alert when page is completelly loaded with an onload event.
    For example:
    <body on load = "function of alert">
    This way you can be sure the page is not blank when alert is displayed.

    Hi,
    the way I would do it: Remedy would ask UCCX to place the agent into a specific Not Ready state (this prevents incoming calls) and then transfer a task to an agent. When the task is solved, Remedy would check for the number of calls waiting in UCCX and would leave the agent in Not Ready (and ultimately assign another task), or would change the agent state to Available.
    If you want interruptible Remedy tasks (the agent is Available all along and when a call is transferred to him, the Remedy task automatically pauses) - I am afraid this is not possible.
    About programmatic access to UCCX: if you have never heard about it, it's not easy - you might want to talk to a consultant.

    All the Live Data gadgets come from the Cisco Finesse Administration which contains the layout. It is the users preference whether or not to change the existing Live Data gadgets.
    Usually, we dont play around with these, but the most common request we have got from customers is the display of the Not Ready Reason Code labels than the code.
    We are tracking this as an enhancement for 11.0 but not officially committed.

  • CCMSPING Alerts for offline systems and agents

    At the moment we monitor our systems with ccmsping and let send alerts for the following MTS classes:
    Availability_SysPercent_ABAP
    Availability_InstPercent
    Availability_RFCPercent
    Availability_GroupPercent
    CsmTaskR3Instance.Availability
    CsmTaskR3Instance.Heartbeat
    Now the problem is, the alert will be generated only once for every threshold value. Once for green to yellow, from yellow to red and for zero availability. But we would like to send in a regular interval a mail for non availability to identify really offline systems or network gabs.
    I've tried to change the following settings:
    Which alerts should be kept?
    Display all-clears in alert browser?
    Set "Value Obsolete" and Inactive after
    Also Trigger Heartbeat LAert?
    But we have only three alerts for green to yellow, yellow to red and zero availability and nothing more.
    What I have to do, to send mor the one alert for offline systems.

    For performance MTEs it is only possible to raise an alert if the threshold is exceeded as you describe.  This raises an alert only once because the threshold was met only once.  I do not believe there is a standard method to repeat alerts without resetting the alert because what you describe is operating as designed.  So there is no standard setting for this.

    I'm trying to figure out a way in CAD workflow to alert the Agent (by popup on the screen) when there are more than 5 calls in the queue waiting. We are running UCCX 9.x. If anyone has done it before, please advise.

    First, let me say that this is a native feature of the Supervisor Desktop.
    Second, this would not be possible in a real time manner for CAD.  You could only be able to alert the Agent on workflow trigger conditions which are intiated by calls.  I.e., Ringing, Answer, etc.
    In which case, you would just pull the Get Reporting Statistic for the CSQ in the script, it's an integer, and then using Enterprise Data (CDA Enterprise Vairables and Layouts + Set Enterprise Info script step), you send that integer to CAD.  Your options for a pop up are limited to what data you can supply, but that should get you close enough.
    If you needed some sort of real time solution, then a per Agent web based wallboard solution is your best friend.
    There are many out there.  Just Google "uccx web based wallboard"

  • UCCX CAD developer customization?

    I have a customer that is familiar with some of the capabilities of UCCE, and they were used to using the CTIOS toolkit to customize quite a bit of the agent's desktop experience.
    However, now they're installing UCCX and they would like to make similar customizations there. An example is they set it up to do on demand recordings, then allow the agent to enter notes on the recording.
    Is there any toolkit or SDK or something similar available for customizing CAD for use with UCCX?

  • What DN is used for Agent desk top transfer

                     Hi If we have agents using Agent Desk top, if a caller is answered by agent A and wishes to transfer to Agent B using the Agent Desk Top what DN is the targeted phone?
    Does the Agent Desk Top transfer the caller to Agent B using the Agent ID of Agent B or does it transfer to Agent B`s "private DN". For Agent Desk top transfer do Agent`s need a "private DN" or a second line?
    If you have sites in different city, locations which do not allow RTP how does it transfer if the application uses the Agent ID

    just to add. Can Agent A transfer to the prime DN of the  phone the Agent B logs on to. Agents only have an ACD DN on their phone no other DN`s . The question is really for transfers between Agents via CAD do they need two DN`s  ACD DN and "private DN" or just an ACD DN

    I am sorry but I donu2019t understand the solution presents in the last questions on this issue.
    I am using CRM 2007 and I have marketing attributes maintained on the Sold-to party business partner. I want this marketing attribute to be displayed in the interaction center when the agent confirms the account.
    The alert for bringing standard First Name, Last Name & City works fine.
    My Question is How and Where can i add the marketing attributes parameter so when I will create ALERT I can choose it from the list of attributes that appear in the Current costumer (beside First Name, Last Name & City)?

    Create Marketing attributes using the transaction CRMD_PROF_CHAR
    Maintain the Attribute set using the transaction CRMD_PROF_TEMPL
    And assign the Set to a Business Partner
    Define Business Data Context (BDC) Attributes for the field Group BUSINESS_PARTNER create an attribute with Xpath Xpression
    //CURRENTCUSTOMER/BuilMktAttributeRel/VALUE
    For Ex  ZMKTATTRIBUTE
    Now create an alert using this attribute ( you have to select this Business Partner list in the attibute list of the alert )
    Then create a rule for ex if the current event is BP confirmed then trigger the alert
    This should work!!!

    I am working on raising an alert using Alert framerwork
    with exception reporting and reporting agent .
    I have a query ( has projects ID & Approavl ate as free chars.) where we want to raise the alerts for the projects approved in last 30 days. I have defined a exception for this and it is working fine.
    I also  created a reporting agent on this query linking to alert categories. Rep. agent has Project ID and Approval date in the "Drilldown charecterstics"
    Problem:
    Query has only one exception , but when I run the reporting agent it is raising two alerts .
