Poster image not working when I turn browser javascript off

I have inserted a poster into the downlevel stage and the poster image has been uploaded to the correct folder, along with all the JS files. So, I am not sure why the poster image doesn't display when javascript is turned off in my browser.
Any suggestions? Thanks

The downlevel stage is for browsers that don't support modern standards -- not for disabled JavaScript. JS is required for Animate content to display on both modern and legacy browsers.
You might want to try manually placing an image with HTML/CSS in place of the AN stage if you need to support browsers with JS disabled; which IIRC is a very small percentage of viewed web content

Did you do a software update?

Do you have the screen off? If you're using the iPhone at the time, calls and messages still come through as normal.

If you just bought the nano, why not bring it back for a replacement or your money back? It's definitely a defective iPod. Not much else for options here. Sorry.

Links to images not working when saving to JAR

Okay Ive created a Java GUI app with Eclipse and it all works fine until I try to save it to JAR.
Basically the images don't load.
grassIcon = new ImageIcon("images/grass.jpg");
antIcon = new ImageIcon("images/ant.jpg");
lionIcon = new ImageIcon("images/lion.jpg");
is what I am using so the images are in a folder named "images".
I've checked the JAR file and it does contain the folder with the images and it looks like everything else is running.

ICal alarms not working when my mac has been off during time of alarm.

Surely there is a way to make all the missed alarms go off when I do turn my mac on? Please help!

To clarify, I set an alarm for 10am.
My Mac is off all night until 11am when I turn it on. When I do turn it on I do not get the 10am alarm!

Links in PDF not working when viewed in browser

Whenever I view an interactive PDF in a Firefox window the links in the PDF don't work. They work in other browsers like Chrome and Safari, but in Firefox they are as dead as normal text.
It also says: "This PDF document contains forms (even though it doesn't). The filling of form fields is not supported."
Why is Firefox's PDF viewing and editing capabilities so poor when all the other browsers have not trouble with it?

hello, the pdf viewer is still somewhat experimental and under very active development - you could try if the same error is occurring in the current development version, which you can download as an addon from http://mozilla.github.io/pdf.js/extensions/firefox/pdf.js.xpi
in case it has the the same rendering problems, you could then file a bug report at https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/issues (a github account is necessary for it though) - please also provide a sample document where the error is apparent!

Tab order not working when adding rows through Javascript

I am having trouble with my tab order in LiveCycle Designer 8. When I "add instance" for a row from a button, my tab ordering skips the new row. How can I get the new rows to fall line up correctly in the tab order?

Any idea why is Bridge latest version not working when trying to open it in Photoshop CC 2014 ? (French version) ? When trying, Creative Cloud app will open to ask if I want to download newest version, which I did numerous times now.

Here's how a similar problem was resolved between PS and BR.
The issue was confirmed by ChunXiaYang at Adobe staff and solution put in the forum discussion on June 19 (no. 13). Here's a copy:
I have confirmed that this is a known issue before release. And the workaround is to uninstall and reinstall PS 2014. Then Bridge can be launched by selecting 'Browse in Bridge' in PS2014.
Please try the installation, and let me know whether it works. Thanks!

I did this with a fresh install of the entire CC package. As soon as the CC packages updated, CC Bridge broke. Unistalled CC PS, reinstalled again, CC Bridge works, but CC PS updates itself again, and breaks CC Bridge.
You know... The whole move to CC has been a massive cluster... I've struggled with the CC packages for my entire subscription year, and now I'm 1.5 month away from needing to throw down another $720 for no reason what-so-ever, just so we can Beta test your really screwed up subscription services.

My Airport Time Capsule only works when I turn off and turn on, but I think this may end up with the unit. What can this happening and how to solve?

Hello to all, good day, sorry my english google, but it is the tool I have at the moment. I'm having trouble with my Time Capsule Airport, I made all the settings according to the manual, but there has been a connection problem with my iMac. When I finish my work I turn off the imac and then again when they return to work and care, it can not connect to Time Capsule Airport, making it impossible to remove the files and make back up by Time Machine only works when I turn off and turn on the Airport Time Capsule , but I think this may end up with the unit. What can this happening and how to solve? Thank you.

Quando termino meus trabalhos desligo o imac e depois quando retorno pra trabalhar novamente e ligo, ele não se conecta a Airport Time Capsule, impossibilitando retirar os arquivos e fazer o back-up pelo Time Machine, só funciona quando desligo e ligo a Airport Time Capsule, mas acho que isso pode acabar com o aparelho. O que pode esta acontecendo e como resolver? Obrigado.

This is easier to do with pictures perhaps.. since we do not share a common language and machine translation leaves a lot to be desired.
In the airport utility bring up your Time Capsule.

So here is mine.
Click on the Edit button and give us the Internet and Wireless and Network tab..
eg.
Please also make sure you are set to ipv6 in your wireless or ethernet .. whichever is used.. and do tell which.
This is wifi in your computer.
The following are important..
DO not use long names with spaces and non-alphanumeric names.
Use short names, no spaces and pure alphanumeric.
eg TC name. TCgen5
Wireless name TCwifi
Use WPA2 Personal security with 10-20 character pure alphanumeric password.
read apple instructions to help with TM and TC.. they did finally admit it has issues in Mavericks.

Mount the TC manually in finder.

When asked for the password .. that is the disk access password and save it in the keychain.

Why does my signal drops and takes a long time to search and connect when I turn on or off my cellular data? And normal text messages are not getting delivered properly. It shows sent but later it will show try again, Is it just me?

I do not know what the problem is, but after the latest update it is really hard to send text messages. It is taking alot of time to send the messages, it is not the problem with the carrier because sending text messages with the same number in the same area is really easy on my normal nokia 1100. Please suggest me what I should check. Second problem I am facing is the carrier signal drops to nothing when I turn on the cellular data. It has to then search for the network and connect again the same happens when I turn the data off again. Please tell a solution. I do not think it is the problem with the hardware because the phone is hardly 2weeks old and everything was working properly with ios 6. It initaly had problem with the battery on updating to ios7 but that was rectified with the new update but again these are the new issues am facing.

This may sound stupid, but I'm gonna throw it out there anyway. Is it possible, that if I have enough junk on my desktop it might disrupt the signal? It seems odd, but it kind of looks like my signal is strong and relatively steady now that I've cleaned my desktop. I do tend to get very cluttered. I use a lot of reference images and save text clippings to use later... it just piles up very quickly.
So, I wonder if all that extra effort my system has to do keeping up with the junk might have something to do with the drop outs?

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a Fusion Drive or a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to start up and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually login automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.
