POWL showing incorrect Shopping Carts

Hello,
We are implementing SRM on Portal 7.3. When a User 1 logs into the Portal , he is able to View his Shopping carts. Now he logs Off from the Portal, and User 2 Logs in to access the POWL, he gets the Shopping Carts of User 1. Is this related to User Cache?
Any help would be highly Appreciated.

Hey rohit
its a very common problem I have faced this with almost all clients and testing systems of SRM I have worked on . I dont know why SAP doesn't fix it up .  This issue is also in the marketplace when you try to open through different IDs one after another ..
You would have to completely log off which means
- Cleanup the Cache
- Delete the cookies
- End the session in backend (by a Technical User) through tcode SM12
- Create a New Query in the Portal
Another way is to use 2 browsers .. one Mozilla another internet explorer or maybe something else ..
Hope that helps

  • Shipping option not showing in shopping cart

For some reason, on my shopping cart, the shipping options are not showing.
    Site: Home Page
Products with all elements entered: Candy Apples, Caramel Apples, Monster Apples
I have added 2 FedEx options, all with the correct information from FedEx entered
I have added all dimensions to the "Apples" in the products
If you try and "Check Out", it goes straight to acting like the user is buying a "Gift Voucher"
I really need help as this is the last true item I need fixed before finishing the site.

    Hi
    Try this.
Go to Site Manager > Module Templates ->Online Shop Layouts -> Shopping Cart
    Locate the {tag_shippingoptions}
    Change like this {tag_shippingoptions,true}, save.
Refresh the shopping cart now, you should see the option to select shipping
To see more option, Refer to this article Business Catalyst Help | Add shipping options to your online store
Do let me know if you have any question.

  • How to Configure POWL in SRM 7 Shopping Cart

    Hi,
Can i know how to configure POWL for SRM7 Shopping Cart
    with regards,
    Kawrthik.

    Hello,
you mix two concepts which make difficult to understand your request.
Screen-shot you gave us in from the Portal (Tasks, Alerts, Notifications and so on...).
With Enterprise Portal, to approve Workitems, your inbox (SBWP transaction) is the Universal WorkList.
With NetWeaver Business Client, you use Personal Object Work List to have access to your inbox.
In this last case, you have to switch the Portal-Independent Navigation Frame (IMG: SAP Implementation Guide > SAP Web Application Server > SAP Supplier Relationship Management > SRM Server > Technical Basic Settings > Portal-Independent Navigation Frame > Activate/Deactivate Portal-Independent Navigation Frame) on.
If you connect to SRM through Portal, you cannot use POWL as inbox.
    Regards.
    Laurent.

  • Shopping Cart is not creating Purchase Order

We are using SRM 4.0 in an extended classic version.  We have been running into a couple of situation where that shopping cart that are created and approved are not creating PO in SRM.  The follow-on document in the SC shows it's approved and the SC # but there is no purchase order linked to it.
I have looked in tcode BBP_PD but it's not yielding anything to this situation. I have also checked to make sure BBP_GET_STATUS is running and that is fine....so can someone point me in a direction to look?

  • Error in the Shopping Cart view

In the shopping cart view, the list is showing shopping carts that are completed even though the queries are set to not show completed shopping carts. There is no way to make the completed ones go away and only show active ones.
Under the "Status" column these are shown as "approved".  Are they not going from approved to "completed" or some other such category even though goods receipts have been done.
    Any help will be appreciated.
    Thanks
    Karina

    Hi,
In standard, the "last" status at shopping cart header is the approved one (I1129). Shopping cart does not behaves like purchase order or RFX, where you can complete the document and the header status will assume it.
You can check the current shopping cart status at header level in BBP_PD transaction.
After shopping cart is ordered, it will go to approval and afterwards it will assume the approved status, which is the last one at heder level.
    I hope it helps.
    Kind regards,

  • Material - UoM Pair issue in SRM Portal - shopping cart

    Hello Experts,
When we try to add Pair type material in shopping cart in SRM Sandbox Portal (Material no:
11100000000111) , it is throwing error as " Incomplete items in catalog. Only complete items were transferred" in checkout screen and item is not showing in shopping cart.
I created some test implementation on this BADI BADI bbp_catalog_Transfer, so that it will give more log on SLG1 for this issue.

    Thanks in advance.
I already posted this SRM shopping cart and i just posted to get more inputs reg. this

you have put too many details ..
this error is simple in the fact that there are a few mandatory fields that needs to be transferred from MDM to SRM SC
The following fields are required fields in all cases:
u2022 Either NEW_ITEM-DESCRIPTION[n] or NEW_ITEM-MATNR[n] must be filled. Only one of the two should be filled.
    u2022 NEW_ITEM-QUANTITY[n]
The following fields are required fields depending on conditions:
u2022 NEW_ITEM-UNIT[n] if NEW_ITEM-MATNR[n] has not been filled
    u2022 NEW_ITEM-CURRENCY[n] if NEW_ITEM-PRICE[n] has been filled
    u2022 NEW_ITEM-EXT_SCHEMA_TYPE[n] if NEW_ITEM-EXT_CATEGORY_ID[n] or NEW_ITEM-EXT_CATEGORY[n] are used
    u2022 NEW_ITEM-EXT_QUOTE_ID[n] if NEW_ITEM-EXT_QUOTE_ITEM[n] has been used
    u2022 NEW_ITEM-CONTRACT[n] if NEW_ITEM-CONTRACT_ITEM[n] has been used
    All other fields are optional.
check in the catalog OCI mappings if these mandatory fields are mapped.
if they look fine : then make sure that the values in those mandatory fields are also maintained in the SRM side
for eg : if Prod cat of R01 is maintained and sent from MDM : then the same R01 must be present in SRM
if UoM ISO of EA  is maintained and sent from MDM : then the same EA (not EACH) must be present in SRM
    this will solve ur issue.
    thanks

  • BBP_MON_SC : does not show the details of the Shopping cart

    Hi,
We are in SRM4.0 and Stack 11.
when we use the transaction:BBP_MON_SC to check the Shopping cart and get into the details, the system does not show the "details of the shopping cart".
The sequence of the steps :
    1) click on the "monitor shopping cart"(BBP_MON_SC) in our web browser
and search the SC by date.
    2) The list of the SC created on the specific date come up.
    3) when we select a SC to get into the details the system shows
    a "BLANK SCREEN".
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    RK.

    Hi,
First check whether you have implementedany custom BADI at the SC item level. If the BADi is wrongly implemented then you may not be able to see the item details.
Also Make sure that BASIS Team has assigned correct roles and profiles to the administrator user. Ask BASIS to use SAP provided roles and then you can try out again. (Try this role - SAP_EC_BBP_ADMINISTRATOR / SAP_BBP_STAL_ADMINISTRATOR )
Here are the related links ->

Incase it does not help, then, Without assigning any other roles, try logging to the transaction - BBP_MON_SC via SAP GUI instead of webpage and then do once you get some authorization issue /error, using SU53 Transaction, you can get the required Authorization objects need to attached to the user profile.
Alternatively, For time being, Try assigning SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW to the Administrator Buyer user role of that user.

  • How to show purchasing group members in the item data of the shopping cart?

    Dear Experts,
for s shopping cart in SRM 7.0 CS, i have the following business requirement:
In the item data tab of the line item details, the drop down field for Purchasing group is there. Right to this field, there is also a link called "Show members".
If i go on this link, than a small table opens that obviously is there to contain such additional information about the purchasers like name, telephone nummber or extension.
Currently, this small table does not contain any of this additional information for any of the used purchasing groups.
Can you please help me understand, how and where i can maintain this information in the sytem, so it shows in the shopping cart?
Thank you very much for your help.

    Hi,
thank you very much for the answer.
Actually, the question is not how to create the organizational unit of purchasing group in the PPOMA. This is all done. I just would like to understand, whether there is somewhere a place where i can maintain the name and maybe also the phone number of the buyer himself.
Thus, i would hope to see these details (i.e. the name and the phone number) in that small table that opens up if i click on the "Show members" link that is situated right to the purchasing group field in the "Item data" tab of the details of the line item.
    Thank you.

  • Manual created PO not showing up in the shopping cart for non-catalog scena

In non-catalog scenario within SRM, the shopping cart shows the purchase requisition and not the manual created PO after
running the program BBP_GET_STATUS_2. Do I need to run the program CLEAN_REQREQ_UP to retrieve the manual created PO on ECC 6.0 after BBP_GET_STATUS_2? What is the selection criteria for both of these programs?

    Chris Htizke

    Hi,
I'm not clear you issue. Is it SC -> PR(backend) -> PO(backend) classic scenario ? or You just created a PO in backend system?
BBP_GET_STATUS_2 will update SC follow-on doc information from backend.

  • Shopping cart history not showing the latest stauts

    Hello Experts,
We are using SRM 4.0 classic scenario and the user has tried the following sequence
    1) Shopping cart created with auto approval
    2) System created a PR in R3 system. Shopping cart history is showing Follow on document created.
    3) PR line item deleted in R3 system. Shopping cart history is showing follow on document deleted.
    4) PR line item Deletion indicator removed and subsequent PO created based on the PR. Shopping cart history still showing the follow on document Deleted. and the PO details are not showing in the Shopping cart history,
Please help how to resolve the issue,
    Thanks & Regards,

    4) PR line item Deletion indicator removed and subsequent PO created based on the PR. Shopping cart history still showing the follow on document Deleted. and the PO details are not showing in the Shopping cart history,
Is it new PO created w.r.t that PR ? or old PO only?
since you removed deletion flag. again new sc must have created in srm side by transfer job . check it up.
Any these twos available in BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB table.
