PR deleted item into PO

Hi,
I ahve one query. I have one PR which consists of number of line items out of which one is deleted. But when I create a PO with reference to this PR this deleted line item is also copied. could you please let me know  how we can stop this.
Regards
Raj

hi,
if u dont mention the pr item no. then it wont be copied to your po.
like u have made pr with two item,1& 2. after that u have deleted item no 2.
so in the po if u just mention requisition item no 1 then item 2 wont come.

  • Deleted items are extracted into BW

    Hi,
                I am using the Sales Condition Extractor (2LIS_11_VAKON) to extract all the item  records with condition types. Issue is , if there is a change in Material in the Sales Order Item , user is manually deleting the item  and creating another item to change the material .Users had not cancelled the item in the SO. So ROCANCEL indicator is not picking any values and the  extractor is picking those deleted items as welll without any indicator. We inform them to cancel the item instead of deleting in future . But the issue here is for the  history data. I do not know how to delete the records from the extractor which were deleted already in SAP . VBAP table is not showing those items ,but the extractor is still extracting the items .
    Please let me know is there any way to find those deleted items and delete from the extractor.
    Thanks for your time.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Raja

    Hi Mansi,
    I did the customization for this extractor to check with VBAP and it has worked . Thank you for your suggestion.

  • Deleted Items Reappearing in iCal

    I am trying to delete items from iCal but they keep reappearing after a few minutes. I'm not syncing to an iPhone, iPod, etc, so I can't figure out why this keeps happening. For example, I am looking at my April calendar, I delete items that I no longer want on the calendar, they appear to be deleted, and then 2 to 5 minutes later they all reappear. If this has something to do with syncing with .mac I can't figure out what. I've tried turing syncing with .mac both on and off to see if that makes a difference and it doesn't appear to. I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

    I had all sorts of weird things happening in iCal this morning: Deleted events reappeared, edited events were accompanied by an empty ghost event that had the default title "New Event", birthday entries were duplicated, etc.
    I tried various things and finally what restored everything back to normal so far (fingers crossed), was the removal of a Microsoft Outlook Exchange meeting invite I had recently received in Mac OS X Mail and accepted which then popped into iCal. I deleted the event, Mail sent an automatic Decline email (which I had to manually reply to saying that I am going to the event nonetheless) and now everything seems fine again.
    I think there are some significant flaws in the way Microsoft Exchange Calendar events and iCal work together.

  • "Deleted items: Synchronize deleted items between this mailbox and my device?" questions

    When I log into the BIS site for Sprint, it gives me the option at the bottom that says
    "Deleted items: Synchronize deleted items between this mailbox and my device." at the very bottom
    What does this really mean? I am confused because when you delete an email off the blackberry, it gives you 3 options, delete from "mailbox & handheld," "handheld," and "cancel".
    So, if I have the "Deleted items: Synchronize deleted items between this mailbox and my device." clicked...does that mean when I just choose delete from "handheld" only, it will STILL delete the email from my actual "mailbox" too?
    I don't want it to delete the email from my "mailbox" if I choose to delete from "handheld" only on my blackberry
    Does anyone know more about this?
    Thanks guys

    in my opinion :
    if you choose to delete on device only, it will never delete on your server.
    but best is you to try for one test message and you'll know for sure. And tell us.
    The search box on top-right of this page is your true friend, and the public Knowledge Base too:

  • I can't delete items in my address bar how to do it is my question

    I can not delete items in my address bar, have tried previous instructions to click onto arrow high light item to be deleted.
    I have press the delete key it seems to delete, but is still there
    when i click on to arrow on address bar HOW TO PERMANENTLY
    DELETE ITEMS IN ADDRESS BAR IS MY QUESTION.
    Thank you

    I'm not sure I understand why you say "I want the excel file storing part outside the case structure".
    From the rest of your description, it sounds like you want to write to file only if something is true. That means that you put the write to file function inside the TRUE case.
    You can pass the file refnum into the case and back out again, if you need to. Pass it straight thru in the FALSE case, and thru the WRITE FILE function in the TRUE case.

  • Ho wto view deleted items in a sales order

    is there a way to view deleted items in sales order.?
    is there a change log that we can view?
    how can we see the change  log   of any document?
    thanks
    s. krishnan

    Hi Swathi,
    the change log is only recorded for data element fields - For example, go into SE11, choose the radio button for data type. Enter SERAIL for serial number and then go to Further characteristics tab. Here the tick for Change document tells SAP to record the changes for this field in the CDHDR and CDPOS tables.
    Reward points pls.

  • How does the EDB handle deleted items and why am I only able to recover some and not all previously deleted emails?

    Hello,
    I have been unable to locate information regarding how the EDB handles deleted files.  I am able to recover deleted emails from the EDB; however, there are numerous emails that I know have been deleted, that were not recovered during the recovery process.
     Is this because the EDB dumps deleted emails once it reaches a certain amount of entries?  Or is it more likely the deleted items are corrupted and thus not recoverable?  Thank you for your time and I look forward to your responses.  The
    product in question is Microsoft Exchange Server 2007.

    Great information from the other posters and one other possible explanation is if the users did a HARD DELETE.  More information on this below
    Pre-Exchange 2010 Dumpster 1.0 worked as follows;
    1. When a user does a normal delete of an item via Outlook or OWA it gets sent to your deleted items folder
    2. If the user then empties deleted items folder those items are then marked with the ptagDeletedOnFlag attribute which in essence hides them from the view of the user
    3. At this point the user can use the Recover Deleted Items function in Outlook to recover those items as long as the items were NOT purged using the Recover Deleted Items option OR the items have not passed still the deleted item retention period.
    NOTE: Every day there is a nightly maintenance process that in short looks through  the DB and examines items that have been deleted. Items that have met or exceeded the deleted item retention period are purged from the system and are
    completely non-recoverable.  More about this at the end of my post.
    4. However if the end user were to  delete an item from the Inbox or another folder in Outlook by using Shift + Delete aka a Hard Deletion the item is left in its orignal location and gets marked with the ptagDeletedOnFlag attribute which again just
    hides it from view.
    5. By default you can only use the Recover Deleted Items option on the Delted Items folder.  Howeve you can make it so that you can recover hard Deleted items from other folders.  More on that here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/246153
    5. The problem with this method though IMO is that you have to know where to look and that can be rather time consuming.
    6. If you want a more elegant method to resolve this and are open to using 3rd party utilities check out Lucid8's DigiScope.
    http://www.lucid8.com/product/digiscope.asp which will allow you to open any offline copy of the DB from a forensic point of view and to solve your specific issue you can either turn on a filter to ONLY
    show hard deleted items OR you can search the entire store and all mailboxes for just deleted items and can then view or export them to PST or MSG format.  You can download the product and obtain a 30 day demo license which will allow you to find any
    hard deleted items, however to view them or export your would need to purchase a license.
    NOTE: When a database is backed up or copied it is an "Offline" database and then its offline the data retention period is not an issue because the nightly online maintenance process can only act on a database that is mounted on an
    Exchange server.  So for this reason if you want to recover the most data possible use offline copies/backups of the DB with a 3rd party utility like DigiScope
    NOTE 2: Exchange 2010 and 2013 use Dumpster 2.0 which is an entirely different beast and I will not go into that in this post since its nearly 1AM  however DigiScope can expose that information as well
    Search, Recover, & Extract Mailboxes, Folders, & Email Items from Offline Exchange Mailbox and Public Folder EDB's and Live Exchange Servers or Import/Migrate direct from Offline EDB to Any Production Exchange Server, even cross version i.e. 2003
    --> 2007 --> 2010 --> 2013 with Lucid8's

  • PO Error in process bcoz of deleted item

    Hi,
    I have a PO in error in process.
    When i check in RZ20 i see that the G/L account has been blocked for the company code.
    The PO has been created earlier with 2 items which have different G/L accounts. This has been successfully replicated to backend. Later the first item has been deleted which again has been to backend properly and after that the G/L has been blocked for posting for that company.
    Now the user has changed the second item and the PO is in error in process and in RZ20 i see that the G/L account used for the first item has been blocked as a reason.
    Ideally it shouldnt consider the deleted item but can you please advice why the PO got into error in process.
    Regards
    Zubair
    Edited by: Zubair.md on Feb 5, 2010 12:59 PM

    Hi,
    You can check the reason that PO is not being transferred to ECC in debug mode.
    In order to do it, you can perform the following action:
    - Breakpoint at FM B46B_DPO_TRANSFER;
    - SE37 BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC, enter PO header GUID and execute;
    - Program will stop at FM where the BP was set;
    - Look for statement CALL FUNCTION 'BBP_PO_INBOUND' DESTINATION lv_destination;
    - F6 or F5 to debug into ERP (2nd session will start). Here you can check the table lt_bapi_return in order to check if the PO has been created or not in backend.
    I hope it helps.
    Kind regards,

  • Recover Deleted Items - where do they recover to when the mailbox is selected from Outlook, versus a particular folder

    We are using Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013 in our Exchange 2013 SP1 environment.
    I noticed the following behavior when recovering deleted items:
    From Outlook, I select my mailbox name and choose Folder-Recover Deleted Items.  Then, I select some items and click Restore Selected items.  However, I cannot find where these items are restored.
    If I select a folder under my mailbox, then go to Folder-Recover Delete Items, the restored items go into that particular folder.
    So, my question is, in the first scenario (entire Mailbox selected, not a particular folder), where are the restored items going?
    Has anyone else encountered this?

    Hi,
    Recovered items are restored to the folder you’re working in. But root mailbox (mailbox name) is not supported to show items by default.
    To find these messages, please take the following steps:
    Right-click on root mailbox (mailbox name), choose Data File Properties.
    Under Home Page tab, uncheck the box “show home page by default for this folder”
    Click OK to save this change, then check the root mailbox.
    Best Regards.

  • Duplicate deleted items one read one unread in Outlook 2010, 2013 using Exchange 2010

    We have a user who has these devices connected to our MX server;
    iPhone
    iPad
    Desktop Win 7 Pro, Outlook 2010
    Laptop Win7 Pro, Outlook 2013
    He will open an e-mail look at it, then delete. It then goes into the deleted items folder and duplicates as one read and one unread. We have not been able to figure out why this is happening. We have tried disconnecting all devices and reconnecting them, no
    joy. Tried recreating the .ost, no joy. Tried recreating user profile, no joy.
    At one point we disconnected his laptop because he was getting a new one and it stopped doing it for the most part, still happened but not very often. Then we brought the new laptop online and it returned with a vengence. So we disconnected all devices and
    reconnected all devices except his desktop. He ran the weekend with no duplicates, Monday when we reconnected the desktop it came back strong.
    It seems to be tied to the cached mode and Offline use. I did a complete uninstall/re-install and turned off cached mode for the re-up and had zero duplicates. A few days later
    I renamed the .ost and started Outlook and it immediately started popping dups on the other machine. I cancelled the build went and turned off the offline files option in outlook and restarted. No dups. I don't want to have this user operating without cached
    mode due to it being slower and having to wait if he loses the network briefly. Any ideas?

  • Moving checkbox items into other group

    I have a very simple Word doc that when I have Acrobat automatically create a form from it, puts checkbox items into groups I need to change. For example, the grouping should be
    GroupA
    Item1
    Item2
    Item3
    Item4
    but what I get is
    GroupA
    Item1
    Item2
    GroupB
    Item3
    Item4
    I can't select and slide item3 and 4 into GroupA. And if I delete item3 and 4 and add a new field, the new field is always outside of GroupA, even if I select GroupA or any item inside of it first.
    I do have a way out: I can delete them all and then add multiple checkboxes as a group, but I would rather slide them around, as there are a lot more checkboxes than the four shown.  Anyone know how I can accomplish this?

  • Create link to delete item (in non-edit mode)

    Hi there,
    I've been trying to create a portlet that displays items (titles + edit- and delete-links) and I got so far as to be able to create the edit-link and that seems to work. The edit link is as follows (p_news is an wwsbr_all_items%rowtype)
    htp.p('<a href="/portal/pls/portal/PORTAL.wwv_edit_tab.edititem?p_thingid='|| p_news.ID ||'&p_cornerid='||p_news.folder_id||'&p_siteid='||  p_news.caid||'&p_language=sf&p_looplink='|| p_link||'&p_itemtype=basetext&p_topicid=-1&p_topicsiteid=0&p_cornerlinkid=&p_parentid=0&p_currcornerid=&p_containerpageid='|| p_news.folder_id||'">Edit</a>');and after a lot of head scratching, I managed to create a delete link as follows:
    htp.p('<a href="/portal/pls/portal/PORTAL.wwpob_page_dialogs.delete_portlets_dlg?p_instance_list='|| p_news.caid||'_'|| (TO_NUMBER(p_news.id)-1)||'_'||  p_news.caid||'_'|| p_news.folder_id||'_'|| p_news.folder_id||'&p_in_edit_mode=1&p_back_url='||p_link||'&p_confirm_url='||p_link||'&p_mode=3">delete</a>');Now what really makes me wonder is this bit:
    p_instance_list='|| p_news.caid||'_'|| (TO_NUMBER(p_news.id)-1)||'_'||  p_news.caid||'_'|| p_news.folder_id||'_'|| p_news.folder_id||'&and specifically the
    (TO_NUMBER(p_news.id)-1)I mean, it works (unlike everything else i tried in the past few days). But can this be true? Can I use this unbelievanble hack-like "solution" in production? Is there a Oracle-approved way of creating delete-links programmatically (outside the html layout templates)?

    The API calls are normally executed within scripts but you could obviously call them from a PL/SQL item as well.
    The API call works fine in 10.1.4.2. Did a simple test :
    <ol>
    <li>Create a page group called 'test'
    <li>Add two items of type base URL
    <li>Created a small anonymous block with the following code :
    DECLARE
      CURSOR c1 IS
        SELECT masterthingid,id,version,iscurrentversion,active,siteid,name
        FROM portal.wwv_things WHERE siteid = (SELECT id FROM portal.wwsbr_sites$
        WHERE name = '&PgName') and itemtype = 'baseurl' ORDER BY masterthingid ;
    BEGIN
      FOR c1_rec IN c1 LOOP
      dbms_output.put_line('Now deleting item '||c1_rec.name) ;
      portal.wwsbr_api.delete_item(
              p_master_item_id=>c1_rec.masterthingid
             ,p_caid=>c1_rec.siteid
             ,p_mode=>portal.wwsbr_api.DELETE_ITEM_DEFAULT
             ,p_version_number=>NULL) ;
      END LOOP ;
    EXCEPTION
         WHEN wwsbr_api.ITEM_ALREADY_DELETED THEN
           dbms_output.put_line('ITEM_ALREADY_DELETED');
         WHEN wwsbr_api.ITEM_ACTIVE_VERSION THEN
           dbms_output.put_line('ITEM_ACTIVE_VERSION');
         WHEN wwsbr_api.INVALID_VERSION_NUMBER THEN
           dbms_output.put_line('INVALID_VERSION_NUMBER');
         WHEN wwsbr_api.INVALID_MODE THEN
           dbms_output.put_line('INVALID_MODE');
         WHEN wwsbr_api.INVALID_CAID THEN
           dbms_output.put_line('INVALID_CAID');
         WHEN wwsbr_api.INVALID_ITEM_ID THEN
           dbms_output.put_line('INVALID_ITEM_ID ');
    END ;
    /<li>Ran this code.
    <li>Invalidated the web cache for the root page of test. The items were deleted
    </ol>
    Calling the API directly through your browser is tricky. I tried it and got the following error first :
    +10/05/07 11:57:16 portal: [module=RepositoryServlet, ecid=79740104487,1] ERROR: Repository Gateway error: Request Processing Error:+
    portal.wwsbr_api.delete_item: PROCEDURE DOESN'T EXIST
    This is normal as the procedure is executed by PORTAL_PUBIC. Granting execute privileges on wwsbr_api to public did not help. The error message changed to :
    +10/05/07 11:58:27 portal: [module=RepositoryServlet, ecid=79740176945,1] ERROR: Repository Gateway error: Database Error: ORA=6502 ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error+
    ORA-06512: at line 31
    In this case, you probably need to wrap the wwsbr_api.delete_item() procedure into your own procedure and call this from your portlet.
    Hope this helps,
    EJ

  • What is the "Other" category under storage and how can i delete items from this?

    My disc is almost full.  "About this Mac" says that I have 47 GB of "Other."  What is this Other and how can I delete items from this?

    For information about the Other category in the Storage display, see this support article.
    Empty the Trash if you haven't already done so. If you use iPhoto, empty its internal Trash first:
    iPhoto ▹ Empty Trash
    Do the same in other applications, such as Aperture, that have an internal Trash feature. Then reboot. That will temporarily free up some space.
    According to Apple documentation, you need at least 9 GB of available space on the startup volume (as shown in the Finder Info window) for normal operation. You also need enough space left over to allow for growth of the data. There is little or no performance advantage to having more available space than the minimum Apple recommends. Available storage space that you'll never use is wasted space.
    When Time Machine backs up a portable Mac, some of the free space will be used to make local snapshots, which are backup copies of recently deleted files. The space occupied by local snapshots is reported as available by the Finder, and should be considered as such. In the Storage display of System Information, local snapshots are shown asBackups. The snapshots are automatically deleted when they expire or when free space falls below a certain level. You ordinarily don't need to, and should not, delete local snapshots yourself. If you followed bad advice to disable local snapshots by running a shell command, you may have ended up with a lot of data in the Other category. Reboot and it should go away.
    See this support article for some simple ways to free up storage space.
    You can more effectively use a tool such as OmniDiskSweeper (ODS) to explore the volume and find out what's taking up the space. You can also delete files with it, but don't do that unless you're sure that you know what you're deleting and that all data is safely backed up. That means you have multiple backups, not just one.
    Deleting files inside an iPhoto or Aperture library will corrupt the library. Any changes to a photo library must be made from within the application that created it. The same goes for Mail files.
    Proceed further only if the problem isn't solved by the above steps.
    ODS can't see the whole filesystem when you run it just by double-clicking; it only sees files that you have permission to read. To see everything, you have to run it as root.
    Back up all data now.
    If you have more than one user account, make sure you're logged in as an administrator. The administrator account is the one that was created automatically when you first set up the computer.
    Install ODS in the Applications folder as usual. Quit it if it's running.
    Triple-click anywhere in the line of text below on this page to select it, then copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C:
    sudo /Applications/OmniDiskSweeper.app/Contents/MacOS/OmniDiskSweeper
    Launch the built-in Terminal application in any of the following ways:
    ☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
    ☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
    ☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the icon grid.
    Paste into the Terminal window (command-V). You'll be prompted for your login password, which won't be displayed when you type it. You may get a one-time warning to be careful. If you see a message that your username "is not in the sudoers file," then you're not logged in as an administrator.
    The application window will open, eventually showing all files in all folders, sorted by size with the largest at the top. It may take a few minutes for ODS to finish scanning.
    I don't recommend that you make a habit of doing this. Don't delete anything while running ODS as root. If something needs to be deleted, make sure you know what it is and how it got there, and then delete it by other, safer, means. When in doubt, leave it alone or ask for guidance.
    When you're done with ODS, quit it and also quit Terminal.

  • Allow users to delete Items/documents that thhey have posted

    Using SharePoint 2013.
    We would like users to be able to delete items and documents that they have posted, but not anything created by another user. It would appear that delete is not so fine grained. For a list, we can use "create items and edit items that were created by
    the user" to allow them to edit, but have found nothing regarding deletion...though it may be covered by edit.
    Libraries do not seem to have this option, and I have not found a good setting in PowerShell, at the library (list), or Items level.
    Any thoughts would be most appreciated.

    oldamigauser
    Unfortunately, setting Item-Level Permissions is no longer available for document libraries in 2013, either through advanced settings or via PowerShell. It is still available for lists in 2013 - some list-types that is (it's not available for the Issue Tracking
    list type, for example).
    As far as implementing finer configuration of the delete permission, there is no OOTB way to differentiate delete permission by whether the person attempting to delete an object was the creator of that object.  It is possible to create a permission
    level that enables users to read and edit list and document items but not delete them.  To do this, you will need to create a custom permission level - probably using the existing Contribute permission level as a template.
    Something approaching your needs could be accomplished by: 1) creating a custom permissions level that includes all of your users and that enables them to do everything the Contribute permission level allows them to do except delete; and then 2) place your
    select users into the OOTB Contribute permission level which enables them to also delete items.

  • Recovering an Entire Folder from Recover Deleted Items

    Question:
    If an entire folder is deleted , placed in Deleted Items, then Deleted Items is emptied ... can the entire Folder be recovered to Deleted Items from
    Recover Deleted Items function?
    I seem to recall that this was once possible - but when I test with Outlook 2013 with my Exchange Server 2013 - only the mail items come back to Deleted Items - the original folder is not restored.

    The Recoverable Items folder resides in the non-IPM subtree of each mailbox. The non-IPM subtree is a storage area within the mailbox that contains operational data about the mailbox. This subtree isn't visible to users using Outlook, Microsoft Office Outlook
    Web App, or other email clients.
