PR00 need to be allowed at once in the sales order
Dear All,
My requirement is PR00 condition type need to allowed at once in the sales order.
For Example:- PR00 maintained already in the sales order when the user try to enter PR00 once again system should not allow
Is there any User exit available for this check
Please reply ASAP
Note: PR00 will be entered manually also

for item in the program MV45AFZZ for not allowing the user to create duplicate condition records in SALE ORDER.

My user want to control the creation of sales orders based on risk category in credit control area.
We created a new risk category - 30 Not authorized.
And we made necessary configs also , like assignment of risk category and company code in OVFL.
We assigned 30 risk category in FD32 for customers also.
But while creation of sales order system is allowing to save the order.
My user requirement system shoud not allow to save the sales orders for those are customers belongs to 30 risk category.
How can we config. this

this will give you error message and it will not allow you to save the sales order

Need Help in Debug of O/P of Sales Order
Hi Experts ,
I have a customized Output type ZOC1 triggered from Sales Order once Credit Block is removed and PR00 price is Updated . For few Orders its not getting triggered . In nace I checked there is a custom Prog and Form_Routine and Form . How shall I proceed with the Debug to find why this O/p is not triggered for some of the Sales Orders .

Each output types may be specific to some vendor or other.
For debugging simply put a break-point in subroutine configured in NACE against output type ZOC1.
Debugg using '/hs'.

This is with respect to the Issue we are facing for the Orders having Product Allocation on multiple materials. Please find enclosed the detials below.
Issue : Scehdule Line Date getting change to future date once the Sales Order is saved. These Order's are having Product Allocation on multiple materials.
Description:
We have implemented Product Allocation few months back.
We have Product Allocation on multiple materials which are in demand and has been reserved for the Customers of different PA behaviors.
When we are trying to create the Sales Orders for the normal customer who is not on Product Allocation. The Order Schedule Line is getting changed to future date once the Sales Order is saved after initial creation.
These Order's are having materials of Product Allocation.
I have enclosed the sample screen shot of the error we are getting which saving the Sales Order and also the Order Schedule Line screen shot showing future date.
Error Message : There may be Product Over Allocation in Delivery Group 001.
Message No : VV023
This is a random behavior we are coming across and out of 10 Order 2 or 3 Orders is getting this Issue.
Please share your inputs how to rack this Issue.
Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

But I wonder this is for older versions and not sure whether this would help you to overcome from the issue.

Allows to change quantity in sales order lesser that already billed
Dear All,
I am new to SD and I have encountered an issue. Please help me finding a solution. The details are given below:
1. I have a sales order with 1 line item with quantity 5
2. I bill the sales order for quantity 4
3. Someone goes and change the quantity in sales order to 2 which is wrong because an invoice of 4 has already been raised.
4. System gives a information message telling that an invoice has already been raised for quantity 4 but the person ignores and saves the sales order.
I would like system to display an error message and stop the person from saving the sales order in this scenario.
Kindly let me know where can I make the changes in configuration to achieve the same.

Thats why the above solution has not worked. The above solution is for delivery related orders.
I have tried the same scenerio as yours, I mean the order related Billing and Once the billing is done then I again open the order and tried to change the quantity.
System give me the red error
For item 000010, the following has already been invoiced: 3 PC
Message no. V1518
That was the error Rajesh, As per my understanding we cant customize V1 Messages. These are hard coded in the progam.
Please contact to your ABAPer and ask him/her to analyse the process in Debuging mode.
One more interesting thing I have found
My credit memo request already billed for 3 quantities
When I am tring to decrese the quantity, it gives me red error V1518.
But when I increase the quantity its give me same error V1518 but only as information, after enter it accept.
I think it really needs technical analysis.

Need IDOC and segment for mappping the sales order number
Hi,
we need the IDOC name and segment for mapping the sales order number created by oracle in sap for transaction VA01.
Whether the sales order number created by Oracle can be used to create the sales order in sap using the idoc ACC_SALES_ORDER01?
. If we can do,then what is the segment and field for the sales order number in the idoc ?

IDOC for sales order is ORDERS05. Segment E1EDKA1, for field go to SE11 and enter E1EDKA1 to find field for sales order.

1. Add new filed "B" in table VBAP.
a) T.code SE11 --> Enter structure name VBAP --> display
b) Goto --> Append Structure --> Enter Structure name and new field "B"
2. request your basis team and take the access key for modification of stabdard program SAPMV45A & Screen: 8459
a) After receiving access key for standard program then got o SE51 --> enter program name SAPMV45A & Screen: 8459
b) click change Button
c) click layout button
d) add new field "B" below of the screen (F6 -> enter table name : VBAP --> get from dictionary --> selet new field and past in screen )
3) write below code in flow logic

Mine is differetnt requirement..........
I created a my_Sales_order_12345678 with 2 items, as follows,(all following values/entries r for my_Sales_order_12345678)
line item_10---->net_value_netpr = $100
line item_20---->net_value_netpr = $200
Then the VBAP entries as r as follows,

I changed first time as via VA02 tx, as

if you are working on peice of code which can get the price history do me a favour if you have finished the code just explain it to me who did u do that...
i have been working on an object from last two weeks to get the latest price...
the thing is even though the price for condition items has been changed it wont get updated in the Sales orders unless new pricing fot the document is done...
so i have to get all the sales orders who condition items price has been changed and display them in an ALV...so if you can get the exact old values...for the conditions i guess the opposite also can be done.....
Here i have suggestion for you...in condition items there is a process called SCHEMA ( pricing Schema) which you can see using Condition Analysis button at the bottom of the condition item window...
you can see all the price changes to the condition when you parse the tree structure of the procedure..EXAMPLE :- R0000 etc...
so some Sales orders if the Schema has been changed all the existing condition are replaced by New ones from the changed Schema...so i guess that would play an important role in deciding the Price of Sales order...
I know this is bit long but .....if you did finsish your program do let me know how you did it...

Need Profit centre field as mandatory field in the sales order
Dear All,
Normally Profit center data maintained in the material master, same data will get coipied to the sales order while creating sales order in VA01 transaction.
My requirement is if profit center data is not maintained/available in the sales order system should give the error message
For this I need Profit center field as mandatory field in the sales order(VA01).
Can you please give possibilities ASAP.
Give the SHD0 maintenance step by step.

I beleive that you are talking about the Profit centre field not maintined in sales order hence not picked in delivery and billing and there is an FI posting error (GL account error) because of that
Profit centre is maintained in MMR and the same flows thro the sales cycle and i am quite sure if maintained in MMR it will be picked automatically and no need to make it mandatory in sales order( as the purpose is already solved)
But there is no standard option in SAP like (even if Account assignment category of the material is not maintained in MMR it can be given in VF02 and the document can be released for accounting) to give the Profit centre in the billing and release the same
Profit centre field field is picked from masters and flows in the entire flow and that field is greyed out (like no option of inserting it inbetween)
As told by others incompletion log in sales doc type will take care for future orders and for the already created orders the standard option is cancel billing, reverse delivery and open the sales order and give Profit centre field and process it (if only a few orders are there)
But if the already created orders are many then from the FI Area you need to go for development ( we also faced this issue as profit center not maintained in MMRs and hence accounting got hit and there were tons of billing docs and our FI consultant made some development to open it and solve it) FI consultant should be able to do this for already created orders
Instead of making Profit centre field as mandatory field in the sales order better make it a mandatory entry in MMR

I need a Badi that is triggered when saving Sales order in both Va01 and Va02
I tried with the following BADI's
BADI : BADI_SD_SALES
Implementation : /BEV1/SR_SALES_ORD_1
Method SAVE_DOCUMENT
Now when i want to put my peice of code in this (SAVE_DOCUMENT) method.
It is asking for Access key. Which i do not have.
Should i create a implementation and then create a method and then put my code there?
Anybody plz help.You will probably not find a BADI to suit your needs. However if you look at include program MV45AFZZ you should find two subroutines: USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE and USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT. You can put the code you need directly into these subroutines. If these have not been changed yet on your system, you will need an access key to make these changes.
Please read the documentation in the header of the subroutines for furtner information on when they are called.

Need help on IDoc for Picking, Packing and PGI against the Sale order

I am new to this IDoc stuffs. Below is the scenario for which I would like to know the details of the IDoc...
Business Case:
1. Storage location is a HU Managed but not WM managed.
2. This storage locations is managed by a third party
3. Outbound delivery document against the SO will be created by our personnels in SAP for this storage location.
4. Picking, Packing and PGI needs to happen/post via Idoc. (By packing here, i refer to assign the HUs that are already created for the materials and is available in the storage location and not repacking)
Is there any standard IDoc that can be used here to Pick, Pack and post PGI. We would like to have picking and packing in a first idoc and PGI on the second idoc.

The business process is as below (it was changed recently to have the creation of OBD, pick HUS and then post GI via single IDOC)
1. We have a storage loc in our enterprise structure that is HU managed but not WM managed.
2. This storage loc is being maintained by a third party.
3. SO will be created to be shipped out of this plant/sloc.
3. The stocks at this storage loc will be Special stock "E" against the sales order. And the stocks will be Packed in HUs.
4. The third party is informed to deliver the stocks (HUs - that do have the special stock number which internally refers to the the SO number and the line item number) directly to ship to party address in SO.
5. The 3rd party will physically ship the HUs to customer and send in the details that they have shipped goods against the sales order.
6. The details sent by the 3rd party will be received in SAP to create OBD for the sales order, Pick, Pack and post GI. This can happen via a single IDOC..
I am now planning to create a custom IDOC type referring to the standard IDOC type DELVRY03 and message type DESADV and to use a custom BAPI/FM.
Do you think I am using the right ones?
