Prcc error Currency GBP is not in table TCURR

Hi,
While importing the credit card transaction using PRCC for canadian employyees an error message was obtained "Currency GBP is not in table TCURR".
In the table V_PTRV_CCC i can see that there is the orignal GBP amount and also the excahange rate and converted CAD amount.
There is no GBP to CAD conversion rate in table TCURR.
My question is why do we need to have entry in table TCURR when Diner credit card is providing the excahnge rate and converted amount?
How to fix this problem.
Thank You!

Hi,
To resolve this error, you will need the exchange rate defined in the TCURR table (ob08). Once defined, sap will just validate that it exists in teh system. The real exchange rate will be what Diner provides so the employees will see the correct GBP amount and the exchange rate from Diner (not from what you define in TCURR) and so the reimbursement in CAD will match what Diner is billing the employee.
Depending on your config, the exchange rate field should be grayed out for credit card charges so that employees cannot change it and so the amounts will always match the billed amount.
Hope this helps.

  • Error: "... is not a table ..." XML not correctly interpreted after XSL-transformation. Table row quantity problem.

Hey guys, this is one of my xml-elements:
Jaspreet Sohi 12 18 Juliane Lenz 11 17 Sophie Charlotte Stender 10 15 Rosbeh Hamidzadeh Khayyat 12 17 Lion Stoldt 12 17 Mats Lucas Meincke 6 8 Bero Luke Vincent Ernst 6 8 Cedric Roth 6 8 Soner Cantay 6 8 The following XSL Transformation I use once for transforming all "m" tags and once in order to transform all "j" tags. Please imagine the CSL-code below to be duplicated exactly. Only the "jungs"-table-Tag is replaced by "mädchen" and all underscores _j are replace by _m. As well all "select="j[@..." parts are replaced by "select="m[@...". 1 2 3 The code is very easygoing I think and not difficult to understand. As I said, I use it twice - for both transformations. The very, extremely weird thing, my problem, is that one transformation works perfectly in InDesign and a table is created for all "kategorie"-tags (all is set within a for-each loop). But the second script does not work! I simply do not get this I can't understand it. I've tried more than anything. InDesign sais (in German, so translated based on assumption) "jungs is an invalid table element or is displayed in wrong order". The second strange thing is that I can replace my "aid:trows" attribute by any number, e.g. "10" and immediately the script works fine (as there are never more than 6 "j" tags in my XML so that never the table has more than 6 rows"). But it does not want to work correctly with the actual number, my variable "rows_j". These are my variables: They are all defined before the tables for m and j are created. So finally, why (the heck) is one table created and interpreted perfectly whereas the second - immediately following the first in the XSL.script as an EXACT copy of the first - results in an error? As i've already said, I've tried really everything. For example the script works also when one of the parts "" is randomly deleted from the script. Removing one of these parts directly makes the script working. Just one of my attempts to understand the thing but this has only shown that none of these parts "cell to end-for-each" includes an error. I'm really desperate and looking forward to being rescued by one of you geniuses :)

Hah, No worries. The forum software is, well, different.
What would be better, though, would be a sample ID file, any XSLT/XLT files you use, and a bit of data exactly as you have it (pre-transform state). ZIP it up, upload to say dropbox.com and feel free to send me a private message for the download link.
Too many times there is something different between samples pasted into a post and the real thing that it is sometimes less useful time-wise. I'll keep it private, of course. Then we can communicate via PMs or email until we can (hopefully) arrive together at a solution, then post what that solution is in the forum to benefit others.
    Thank you, Mike

  • Foreign Currency Difference is not getting posted.

Co. Code Currency is EURO, but the document is posted in USD and when the payement is made thru F-53 in EURO, the system shows that difference is too large to post.
    Invoice in USD 1629
    payment made in Euros 1225
Generally the tolerance the limit is set for 1% or max 5%, but since in this case the difference is much large......... is changing the tolerance setting for vendors and customers at Co Code level is the only way to solve this issue??

  • Error while deploy mapping ora-06550 table or view does not exist

    Hi everyone,
i have a target source 'U_BCK' that cointains some Oracle table.
I have also created a target schema 'BCK_OWNER' where i create some dimensions and cubes with mappings.
My mappings connect some table from U_BCK with dimension or cube from BCK_OWNER.
My repository owner is called 'rep_owner' and i used this user to create every metadata.
Now i'm trying to deploy, and i don't have any problem until deploying mappings. When i try to deploy mappings i get some errors like ora-06550,ora-00942 table or view does not exist and statement ignored.
Please help me and sorry for my english...
    Thanks,
    Alex.

The mapping, that drives the data from one table to another is deployed to the database as a PL/SQL package. When deploying your mapping fails, it most often means that the resulting PL/SQL package doesn't compile in the database.
Using Oracle SQL Developer (or Toad, SQL Navigator or any other tool) connect to the schema on the database where you have deployed the mapping. Open the pl/sql package and compile it. That should show you the place where the compilation fails, and give you an idea as to what table it can not find. Otherwise, in SQLPLUS, you can simply give the following command:
    ALTER PACKAGE THE_PACKAGE_NAME_GOES_HERE compile body;
    show errors;
As the database user who owns the source tables, make sure to issue a GRANT command for each of the source tables, granting SELECT access to the database user who owns the mapping:
grant select on TABLENAME to TARGETSCHEMA.
    hope this helps

  • System error: Default TXJCD is not filled in the table T001

    Hi friends,
Can anyone help me out in this scenario? We are facing a peculiar problem.
We are in a upgrade project from 4.5b to ECC 6.0.Client is not maintaining any tax codes i.e they are maintaining it outside SAP.The problem is when ever the billing document is released to accounting(VF02) in ECC 6.0 it is showing  this error “System error: Default TXJCD is not filled in the table T001”.But this is working fine in 4.5b.
Are there any basic changes regarding TAX JURISDICTION CODE is concerned from upgrade. Please provide.
    Thanks in advance,
    Yoga

    Hi Yoga,
Probably, the program is showing error message FF799, please maintain transaction OBCL with a default tax jurisdiction code.
The tax jurisdiction code should be maintained at state level only and
corresponds to the tax jurisdiction code structure maintained in table
TTXD. For example, if your structure is 2-3-4-1. Then your default
code should be XX00000000. I suspect that the settings in transaction
OBCL are incorrect and hence the FF799 error, when shipping from a US
    plant to a foreign ship-to customer (non-US).
Addional info concerning the Tax Interface for standard methods for
US taxes you can find at  -   http://www.saplabs.com/projects/tax/
Documentation: Tax Interface Configuration Guide for release 4.6x
Please have a look at attached notes 112609 and 385127.
Here is the explaination that the process for tax-exempt transactions
    has been changed.

you can only know it after you have read, justified and  implemented the notes.
That is your work, it cannot be made by anyone here.
In general, if OSS notes are supposed to fix program errors, then it will usually not harm to implement them, you will get it anyway with the next hotpackage.
if your issue is caused by a program error, then there is no workaround to applying a OSS note to get your issue fixed.

  • Release strategy: Tx CL20N Error: Entry 01 does not exist in table T16FS

    Dear MM Gurus,
I was designing new release strategy for PR and PO, so I deleted all the previous entries(SPRO) available in SAP. I created my new entries but in the transaction CL20N I got the above mentioned error: "Entry 01 does not exist in table T16FS-Check your entry" . I checked the table T16FS, where the entries were available. It also showed the previous entries I deleted from SPRO.
Refering the SAP note 365604 (version 29, valid from 08.10.2008), I created the deleted entries again so that I could delete them in the required sequence
    1. release strategies
    2. release indicators
    3. release codes
    4. release groups
    5. class
After deleting the entries in the above mentioned sequence also I am getting the same error in CL20N.
I ran report RCCLZUOB, it shows the entries does not exist.
    Please help.
