Premium subscription charging for calls?

Jag vill veta varför Skype tar betalt när jag ringer till fast telefon i Svrige när jag har Premium abonemang som lovar gratis till mobil och fasta telefoner.
Är det riktigt och åtgärdar man det?

    I'm having the same issue with being charged for caller display. I was assured last month it was all sorted out and I'd be refunded back to September, just got this month's bill with a paltry £1.69. I really can't cope with the foreign call centre again, can someone please help?

  • Charges for calling Skype number from cell phone

    Just purchased a skype phone number. Chose a local area code so family can call me while Iam in Italy. Will there be an additional charge on their cell phone when they call me. They have unlimited calls and text on there monthly cell plan. Will I have to pay skype if I answer call to my skype number on my cell phone?  If I purchase a premium subscription will I be able to call home from Italy on my cell phone? And how much will that cost per minute- or will the monthly premium price give me unlimited calling and text from my cell?

    I recently purchased a 12-month Skype Premium subscription, which includes the unlimited calling to landlines and mobile numbers in the US and Canada. Unfortunately, calls are still costing me credit, even though I have an active Premium Subscription.
    The subscription shows as active on my account, and I have not exceeded the fair-use policy.

    Can anyone from BT staff please volunteer to have a look at my sham of an account, I switched to option 3 from option one in November last year, my first bill since then was produced on 18th Feb, this bill included all calls I had made which should of been inclusive (local, 0845 etc..), I already had a feeling this would happen some weeks before my bill as I had noticed that my "recent call charges" was logging the calls and adding up the cost, I was told this was normal (I know it is not as I have been on option 3 in the past and the recent call charges did NOT log the inclusive calls at all), when I phoned to ask about this I was told that "this is not the case and the calls will not be charged when your bill is produced", but they were, just as I knew they would.
    Quite a lengthy online help chat session with a BT customer service lady managed to clear the problem where I was credited for those calls.
    It was also agreed that I could have extra time to pay my bill and that I would receive that agreement in writing (extra time as I have recently suffered a heart attack), unfortunately I have not received this confirmation.
    Since then I have now noticed that once again the "recent call charges" is adding up my inclusive calls so I know this is again going to happen on my next quarterly bill, can anyone please look into this and fix it before it gets that far as I really don't think I can take the stress of it all again, I have also noticed that I have been charged for the same call to a mobile twice (exact number, time and duration).

    Only one rate is shown in the details for a limited subscription for calls to landlines and mobiles.  Is the same rate applied for both within the subscription or are two different rates applied?

  • Recurring charge for Caller Display

    I renewed my line rental contract for a year to get free caller display but I am still getting charged for it 3 months later.
    In February I contacted Live chat and was assured it was all sorted and I wouldn't get charged again.
    My March bill was issued yesterday and I have been charged yet again, there was a refund of 6 pence ? supposedly for caller display.

    Please try to avoid exceeding 50 calls to different numbers per day.
    You should be able to make calls again.

    I would take out of airplane mode also and just disable Cellular Data AND Data Roaming under Settings - General - Cellular.
    This way you would still be able to receive texts, your phone # will register to the network and you will still be able to connect to wifi.    I traveled to Ireland last year and this worked fine for me.

  • Charged for calls i havent made??

    Anyone else having this problem?? The last three monthly bills i have had, i have got phone calls on there i havent made?? Mainly to Time line but also local numbers, b.t have blamed this on sky saying they do a check that i am still connected to internet and sky t.v, when i phoned and spoke to sky they told me yes they do checks with all sky customers but they do not get charged to b.t it is included in the sky package, sky say it must be a crossed line, b.t say no someone must be making the phone calls- i tryed to explain to them that  i am out at work when these calls are made and at one point i was in Eygpt for two weeks the house was locked up-the calls were still being made?!

    Disconnect your Sky boxes from the landline to be on the safe side (their automatic calls to Sky to report PPV use each month are to Freephone numbers but you never know).

    I am making a monthly subscription but it seems there is an extra fee for topping up skype credits. Why is that. I remember I could cancel this credit by unchecking this option. Now it seems I have to pay this extra mandatory. Is it true?
    A weird thing is after I choose a subscription, the Total box doesn't include the credit fee why is that?

    I appreciate your help. They had my card information because I had used Creative Cloud in the past as a monthly subscription, which was cancelled well before I had purchased the 1-year subscription from bhphotvideo.com.
    Unfortunately, the only 'solution' they were able to provide me involved cancelling my membership (due for expiration on December 25, 2015). I just got off support a short time ago and received this email from Adobe:
    I have no idea what 'features' I will be missing out on. Regardless, the support agent told me that I will be able to use Creative Cloud until December. Hopefully a CC update will not render my products unusable. Still, this leaves me feeling very icky. Even if this solves my problems with the billing, it does not help solve the feeling of not being recognized as a paying customer.
    Note: Customer support already attempted this 'solution' before, but I contacted them because of the fact that I was recognized as a 'Free' member, not a 'Paid' member. But for resolution purposes I've decided to give them a yellow flag on this one. Hopefully, it's worth the offensiveness of such a title.

    I recently looked at itemised bill for January, and was surprised to see three calls to my Doctors surgery. The calls were 4 seconds , 5 seconds and 4 seconds long, timed at 10.15 am....This number is a prescription order service....You can understand it is a busy line, and it's odds on you don't get through first time, so you have to keep trying.... I did that until I got through and BT charged me  27 pence each time I tried, even though there was no answer phone, I heard nothing but an engaged signal...So I decided to have a word with BT about this...I eventually talked to a guy called Aarron who explained that my calling plan only gives me free calls on evenings and weekends, even though the calls were not answered in any shape or form they will be charged for.I have arranged for a manager to call me about this matter on Monday 2nd March so I will let you know the outcome.

  • 'Free' Caller Display Being Charged For

    For the last three months I've been charged for Caller Display when it should be free until 04/12/15.
    Each time I've used live chat help and have eventually got the first two months refunded but have just been charged again.  I've just got off live chat and have been told (again) I will be refunded and the problem will be sorted but I can't say I have much faith.
    How can I get this fixed once and for all?

    Do I (or the person I am calling) incur any charges for calling someone on face time (using Apple ipad 4)?

    There are no extra charges associated with Facetime in and of itself.   The only applicable charges are whatever you already pay for your internet connection, or your Cellular connection if you are connecting through that.
    Same applies for the person on the other end.

As I understand it, calls from Talk fall under the same tariff as the main phone line, so I am confused as to why I get charged for calls to a local number, eg, a 11 min call to a local UK number at 1pm on a weekday cost me £1.09.
    According the the BT tariff plan (http://www.bt.com/pricing/current/Cust_Opts_Res_boo/2-3230_d0e91.htm) this call should be free. 
    I am missing something or am I being charged when I should not be?

    Hi.
    Unfortunately you are missing something I'm afraid. BBTalk is not the same as a normal landline and is treated as a different line - they each have different calling plans too depending on where you call.
    The tariff plan you show

    does actually show that the call you made will cost 11 x 7.95p plus any connection charge. At the very top if the page it shows that you need to pay the anytime plan cost of £6.20 per month. (My figures include vat)
