Preventing prompt to save when nothing has changed
I have a form that if you just open it then close, it will prompt to save. I figure it has to do with some code in either an initialize of Form Ready event. Any advice on figuring out which one? Preferably other than process of elimination.
The JavaScript scripting reference lists a dirty flag that can be set to false. Wherever I do app.alert(this.dirty), I get undefined.
The this in Acrobat refers to the current doc object. You cannot use it like that in XFA forms. You can use event.target to get at the same object through XFA. If you click on the root node in the hierarchy and choose the Initialize event, then click on the + icon beside the events dropdown. This will show you all of the code on all child events. You can at least see if any initialization routines are changing data.

Yes, it's frustrating.
I don't have my iPod with me but, as I recall, the change is done in Settings/Store. That change will apply to NEW purchases. However, be aware that all purchases are permanently associated with the Apple ID that was originally used. Generally, it's only a problem when you need to update an app. IF you do your updating from iTunes and your logged in to the "wrong" ID, you'll need to log out and back in again. It's easier from the iPod as you do not need to log out/in but you do need to know the password.
Unfortunately, you can not merge IDs nor can you transfer purchases from one ID to another. Go here to find out exactly what you have. I have the same problem so I deliberately made both passwords identical to make things slightly easier for me. -
"Photo Booth cannot open" due to graphics card, but nothing has changed!
I've been using Photo Booth on my computer, and it's worked for over a year. Yesterday, when I tried to open the program, I received an error message:
"Photo Booth cannot open
The graphics card installed in this computer does not support Photo Booth."
Which is strange, because nothing on my computer changed since I last used Photo Booth - in fact, nothing has changed whatsoever! What could be the problem? It's a Mac OSX 10.5.6 with 2.16 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo.Try using PhotoBooth in another user account--create a new one if necessary. Does it open?
Also repair disk permissions using your Install Disc 1 DVD. To do this:
1) Insert the DVD and restart your computer while holding down the C key.
2) Once the Installer has loaded, hit the enter/return key to move past the Language window.
3) Move your mouse to the top of the screen--some menus should be there. Click Utilities and choose *Disk Utility*.
4) In the left-hand column, click your hard drive's icon. (xx.x GB Fujitsu, for example) If you have Windows installed through Boot Camp, choose the "Macintosh HD" icon.
5) Click the *Repair Permissions* button. This may take more than a few minutes to complete--be patient.
6) If anything CAN'T be repaired, make a note of it and post it here. When the repair finishes, restart the computer.

Okay ... it's a better bet with a 1067 error message when trying to start the Apple Mobile Device Service, but we'd better check for a LSP issue, as per the following document:

Just updated to 8 & now I can not open any web pages as well as firefox will not close out, it still running in the background after browser was closed. I uninstalled and reinstalled as well as disabled add-ons and plugins nothing has changed, can I downgrade back to on older version?

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

No sound in I my Phone. No ring tone or soungs and clips sound. I already reset the setting but nothing has changed. The sound only active with headphone?
Make sure the Ring/Silent switch isn't showing a red bar or dot.
If that isn't it, try disconnecting the headphones and adjusting the the volume.
If the iPhone says headphones when you adjust the volume, there could be something in the headphone jack.
You can try disconnecting and reconnecting the headphones 5-6times or restoring the iPhone. -
My iPad is not recognizing my gmail sign in, nothing has changed
My iPad suddenly won't access my emails on gmail. Nothing has changed from 2 hours ago when everything was fine.
Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. Is anyone else having an issue with Muse 2014.2 Freezing/Crashing at launch? It worked perfectly up until tonight and nothing has changed on my computer. I'm running windows 8.1. I've tried logging in and out of CC, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Muse twice with no change. Please advise. Thanks!
Are you getting any error when Muse crashes? what's the one function it lets you do before it freezes?

trying to import photos and copy as DNG. Nothing will upload though. Permissions are all accurate, saving to the right profile, etc. Nothing has changed on my computer but it will not let me import new pictures. Also, updated the software and some images say "preview cannot be seen" and some don't. And when I try to import and I hit "new photos" it's all the photos on my card. My brain is about to explode.
It said something similar where the thumbnails were supposed to be.

My iPad & iPhone won't connect to iTunes store.... it worked just fine earlier today... but not now.
My daughter also has an iPad and an iPhone and these too won't connect either (use the same iTunes account)
Nothing has changed since this morning, I've gone through all of Apples suggested troubleshooting guides but it still won't work!
Help?p.s. I just signed out of my apple id on daughters iPad and tried to create a new apple ID and still got the message CANNOT CONNECT TO ITUNES STORE......
so is this a problem with apple rather than my devices? Just seems weird that all our apple devices are doing this this afternoon when they were just fine this morning.......
P.P.S Just got a text from a friend with iphone and ipad......they are having same issue so at least I know it's not just me, so what's going on here APPLE????? -
Speaker "no audio devise installed" but nothing has changed and my connections are secure.
"No audio output device is installed" appears when I click on speaker on lower right of the screen. Nothing has changed on the computer. I have always had the speakers plugged into the right place, the speakers are plugged into the wall but I get no sound.
Thanks.Can you list make and model number of pc and OS used? See if you can get to device manager and see if sound driver has been disabled . If it has there will be a red x or yellow exclamation point on driver. Right click on driver and enable.

Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.

Another possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

"Your session has timed out, try again." is the message I get every time I try to purchase a song. My last purchase was june of this year, and nothing has changed since then.
I had this problem, but it was because I was clicking on an external link. Try instead going straight into iTunes, then going to the Podcast section. At the bottom of the "Podcast Quick Links" section, there's a text, "Submit a Podcast." Click on this instead. Once I did, I got to the same page as before, but it did process the feed.

My songs won't play on Windows 7 version of iTunes. Everything on my PC is up to date. Windows Media Player works fine. I followed the directions and nothing has changed. I have already tried to re-install iTunes but that hasn't worked either. If anyone knows how to solve this problem please E-Mail me at [email protected] or reply to this message.
Itunes worked after reseting my computer to factory setting however had trouble again after syncing my iPod and iPod shuffle. Is this a coincidence or could it be the cause of the problem?

Nothing has changed since I used this product yesterday. I've never had a problem with this product until now.
