To one of my client My Previous Reconciliation is not getting Cancelled how can we sort out this Issue .please do needful on this as it is very urgent and revert ASAP

Which type of reconciliation is not able to be cancelled?
What is the error which is appearing when you are trying to cancel the reconciliation?
If you goto Manage Previous Reconciliation > select the reconcilation number to be cancelled, are you getting the option of REDO? Have you checked whether the same helps your issue.

When we create an invoice in vf01, excise invoice gets created automatically. But when we are cancelling the billing document excise invoice is not getting cancelled. Why its happening? Will you please tell if any customization is needed?
IF I need to cancel excise invoice from j1ih, the system requires input for the following:
Document Number
Document Year
Is this document number a customer invoice no or excise invoice no?

Inspection lot not getting cancelled after the inbound delivery is created

Hello,
The scenraio is like this.
1. Material was procured in plant A.
2. Using the stock transfer purchase order, transferred the material from Plant A to Plant B.
3. Outbound delivery was created, Handling units were assigned and Post Goods issue was done.
4. As soon as this was done, inbound delivery got created automatically in plant B and Handling units were assigned.
5. Inspection lot was created with origin "08".
6. Now I want to reverse all the transactions, so I did as mentioned below.
7. Handling units were deassigned from the inbound delivery and inbound delivery was successfully deleted.
8. Now tried to do the reverse post goods issue and got the error "Handling unit XXXXXX cannot be reversed"..Goods movement cannot be reversed for handling unit XXXXX because it has been changed or assigned to object since the last goods movement posting".
The issue is that as soon as the inbound delivery is deleted, the inspection lot status should change, which has not changed. So kindly let me know how to make the system cancel the inspection lot as soon as the deassignment of handling units is done in inbound delivery or the inbound delievry is deleted.

Maintain the Cancellation Excise Invoice Type CEIV in IMG path Logistics-General > Tax on Goods Movements > India > Account Determination > Specify Excise Accounts per Excise Transaction. Also ensure that the respective G/L account is assigned in the next tab.

Unfirmed purchase reqs not getting cancelled in the background MRP run

Good morning,
The system has created Purchase requisitions for 2010 due to the setting in the MRP run. we want to change it to planned orders outside the Vendor lead time and when i run a REGEN MRP with setting 2 (Purchase requisitions in opening period) its not happening. When i run indivudual MRP with MD03 with the same setting its alright, purchase requisitions are deleted and its converted into Planned orders. Can anyone please throw some light on to make backgrouond MRP run delete the Purchase requisition and create planned orders.

You must delete the offensive PRs first. Regardless of the MRP settings, MRP will still decide that the PRs are valid and will leave them alone. It will not 'change' them into planned orders.
Run Regenerative MRP with your new settings (Create purchase reqs as '2') but also run your MRP in planning mode '3', delete and recreate planning data. It will delete all existing unfixed purchase requisitions, and then run MRP.

The Subsequent Requirm not getting deleted after deleting the Item from P.O

The Subsequent Requirment for the Material is not getting cancelled even after deleting the Item from the Purchase Order and we have even deleted the Requirment for the Top level material . If we click on the Pegging requirment for the Subsequent requirment the system is telling that no Pegging Requirment exists but it is not getting deleted. Waiting for the feed backs

In case of billing document cancellation (VF11) the cancelled doc. is not getting automatically cleared against the actual billing doc. no. Each time user has to clear the doc. manually. We have observed this issue after recent patch updation dated 22nd Feb’2014. Till 21st Feb’2014 the cancelled doc. has been cleared automatically against their respective billing documents.
Please guide.

Please chheck SAP Note No. 1259505. It explains two ways in which SAP releases cancellation documents to FI.
OSS NOte 1259505 lists the possible causes from SD side &
OSS Note 309208 lists the possible causes from FI side.

When PO is cancelled PR is not getting updated.

I have written a condition for pending pr.
COMPUTE pending pr qty = EBAN-MENGE - EBAN-BSMNG .
But in case if the po is cancelled the quantitiy is not getting reverted.
When PO is cancelled PR is not getting updated.
Is there any other condition to check or any solution please.

I need to get into my old account and get my addresses and then cancel the old account but can not get into it. Had to change my user name when I moved and now I can't get into Firefox. Can't remember the old password. What to do??

I moved during the summer. I changed to highspeedand & when I set my computer up it told me that my email address was already in use so I had to change it(????) I changed from jkady to [email protected] I tried to change it on firefox but it would not except the new name and I could not get into my old account.I need all my addresses and would like to cancel the old account but I can not get into it. This is very frustrating!!!!! I need my addresses!!!!!!!!

I logged in changed the primary E-Mail address to a different one, vertified it then tried to log in it said either to send an E-Mail to veritify again or to do my security questions, so I choose to do the security questions and put in my Birthday like it asked and it said that it was wrong and I had to authenticate it to get in, why is it so hard to just set up a Apple ID really though!
So I tried the E-Mail to and it has not sent me an E-Mail then I tried to log in again and it has locked me out of my account so I try to recover my password and it gave me the same options to get my password back and both options are doing the same as before, it says I don't know my on birth date or it is wrong or needs authenticate it, then the E-Mail doesn't come through!
This is just stupid now.

Cancellation Billing doc not getting released to accounting

The original Billing document has been cancelled. But the accounting
document of the cancellation document has not been generated.
We are getting the error " Automatic clearing of billing document
90318566 and canc. doc. 7651735 not poss.Message no. VF208". We are in
ECC 6.0.
This error has come for the first time. what needs to be done ?.

Cancel reconciliation did not work

A user cancelled a reconciliation by this method:
Banking > Bank statements and external reconciliations > Manage previous reconciliations> Select reconciliation > Click on Cancel reconciliation.
This should cancel the reconciliation and you do not see it anymore on the Manage previous reconciliations screen and the transactions are available again under Manual reconciliation.
However, in this case, I still see the reconciliation on the Manage previous reconciliations screen. On the right hand side there are two lines negative and positive. I also see these lines in the Process External Bank Statement screen.
The transactions are not available under Manual reconciliation. Any ideas how this has happened? The user told me he only clicked on Cancel reconciliation.

I was not able to reproduce this on an old copy of the database(I cancelled the reconciliation and it worked). I have no idea how the user could have got this - I have tried every scenario I can think of and cannot reproduce it. Can it be a bug?

A 2003 iMac cannot support Snow Leopard 10.6; you'd need an Intel processor and that cannot be retrofitted to your Mac. What does "About this Mac" in your Apple menu say for your processor speed? What does it say about how much RAM you have?
If the processor is 1ghz or faster, you can run OS 10.5; otherwise, you are maxed out at 10.4.11.
Also, are you running any commercial ("pay for") anti-virus or security software? They are notorious for slowing most Macs to a fraction of their speed potential.
A too-full hard drive can drag down performance, especially if you don't have a lot of physical RAM installed. If you single-click your hard drive icon and then do command i, you'll see the disk usage. Looks like this:
The value for "Used" should be no more than about 90 percent of "Capacity." In the example image, that drive has about 34 percent of its space used and 66 percent free--more than enough. Please post what you see for your Capacity and Used numbers
There are a few more things we might check but this is a good start.

It seems this job is running from client 000 & also from some other client. Can you check in other client at which time it runs?

Try a reset. Nothing is lost.
