Prices change at checkout in the Skype Shop

I live in Australia, and would like to purchase a RTX DUALphone 4088 (2 Handsets) from the Skype Shop Australia. It's advertised as AUD174.99 reduced to AUD 157.49 with free delivery. However, when you go to checkout through ChatandVision, the price immediately leaps back up to AUD 174.99. I have checked some other items being sold through ChatandVision, and they do not seem to be applying the Skype discount to those either. Has anyone else experienced this? I can't find anywhere else to query this. My husband spent over 30 minutes on Microsoft Chat Support trying to find a solution or explanation for this, but they were no use. Eventually, he was advised that they would investigate, and email us within 24 hours - that was 48 hours ago. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Can you please verify your order confirmation email whether you placed the order with Chat & Vision or Freetalk? Right now I only see Freetalk listed as vendors for that specific camera model but the situation might have been different two weeks ago when you placed your order.

Plan activity price change (how to trace the change documents)

In KP26 the plan price is 10 but later (Both the prices are in same period) decided as 10.50 and posted the same.In the report i can see the current plan price 10.50 only.Is there any report that i can trace the first plan value 10.
For ex if i have posted 3 plan documents in KP26 by overwriting one bye one, i can see only the last one.how i can trace the first 2 documents.

You have to mark 'Plan integration' indicator in plan version settings for CO Area / Fiscal Year dependent data.
Unfortunatelly you cannot mark it if any plan data exist. Otherwise plan lane items are overwritten.

Hello, recently I read in an article that the Skype plugin for Firefox was banned so I went to uninstall the plugin but it would not allow me; What do I do, how do I get rid of the plugin?

to try to uninstall it manually, I went to computer > Uninstall or change a program > "selected" the skype toolbar and then selected unistall but then it comes back with an error message saying "the folder path 'entire copy' contains an invalid character.'

Price Change for Revenue Recognition

Dear experts,
I am using Revenue Recognition of type B with Revenue Recognition before invoicing.
I have an issue/question about the way price changes are treated in the functionality.
The below example is used to describe the issue for your understanding:
1.Pricing master data: $100/EA
2.Price of item in sales order: $100/EA
3.Qty in sales order: 10 EA
4.Delivery & Goods issue: 10 EA
5.Revenue Recognised (VF44) for: $1000
Accounting Entry:
DR Unbilled Accounts Receivable $1000
CR Revenue $1000
6.Change in pricing master data: $120/EA
7.Partial Invoice for: 2 EA @ $120/EA
Accounting Entry:
DR Customer $240
CR Unbilled Accounts Receivable $240
8.Partial Invoice for balance qty: 8 EA @ $120/EA
Accounting Entry:
DR Customer $960
CR Unbilled Accounts Receivable $760
CR Deferred revenue $200
9.Subsequent Revenue Recognition (VF44)
Accounting Entry:
DR Deferred revenue $200
CR Revenue $200
As you can see in the example above, the amount of the price difference is not credited to sales in step 7. From what I have seen so far the additional amount due to price difference gets credited to sales only after the total invoice value for the item exceeds the revenue recognized.
Is there any option to set the system so that the price difference is taken into account for revenue recognition during each invoicing (even
when the invoicing is partial) ?

The price difference will not go to Sales in Step 7. The reason being Revenue Recognition works on the item rather than the amount. Since you have run F-44, the system finds the same in Unbilled Receivables and posts to that account.
For updating the price changes, you have to run VF46 to cancel the original RR entries. In this case, it will just clear of the RR lines if realization has not happened and post a reversal if realization has happened. This txn will also create a new RR line for VF44 which you can process.
Refer Note 820417 Implementation guide for RR. Download the attachments and look into Part2 doc page 13. This explains how to deal with price changes in sales document.

it should work as you have explained (CKMPCD).
Are you sure you try to view an existing price change document number?
The document header for such a document is stored in table MLHD so check the table if the document is created.

Identifying a VA02 Price Change

For all you SD experts,
Does anyone know where in the VA02 logic you can SEE a price change.   Sort of the equivalent of Xvbap.    We need to identify that the conditions have been updated on a specific SO line item, and then know to go and execute some special logic (via RFC call) for just that line item, using the new condition values.
Developer is not sure where to find the condition change before the save, and so was WAITING in a pending RFC for the data base records to actually be updated. (so he could read condition tables),   And was doing the process for every line, not differentiating ones that had had a change.
Thought some one might have encountered this need before, and know where to point us to see that 1) there are condition updates for a item, and 2) where they are stored to use them in the update process.

Check field TRTYP in the communication strucutre KOMK.
check KOMK-TRTYP = 'V' .   " V-Change .. this can be done in any pricing routine.

RPM 13.2 Price Change Problem

While creating a price change ...when the item is submitted for conflict checking ,its completing the task,when clicking on submit ,its successfully showing the status as submitted,but when clicking approve, the conflict check is giving out a alert saying" conflict check has completed",but the status on the price change is still being shown as "conflict checking"..
any reasons for such behaviour?

There are a number of internationally reputable organizations who supply Skype Gift Cards (BestBuy, amazon.com and others). You will find them in a few seconds via a Bing/Google search. My advice is to dispute the charge with your c/card company, arrange a charge back and purchase from one of those suppliers.

Emergency price changes

Could you please provide me how emergency price changes will be flown to RMS when it is created from RPM.
To my idea, SIM will request for emergency pricechanges , RPM creates it and through RSL data will flown to SIM. whether the emergency price change will flown to RMS on the same day?

Thanks for your answer. Just add to it, please let me the package name where they are updating. Whether same day the price change will reflect to RMS.
In Normal case, when price changes are created in the RPM, I heard that the night before the approved price changes for item/location level, batch will run to affect that retail in the RMS. Correct me if i am wrong.

Appreciate the responses, I think perhaps I wasn't totally clear.
I need to recognize the change while we are still in VA02, before the actual save. Was lookig for the temporary tables in the program (like XVBAP structure is) that houses the new prices that have not yet been saved to the data base.
Our special processing would then become part of the save process too, for items that have had a price change, and using the new price. Didn't want to have to wait for the actual pricing data base tables to get updated. And CDHDR / CDPOS wouldn't be written till the sales order save.
At the moment, the developers are pursueing using the total price off the XVBAP record as that will reflect the change, and seems to have the level of info they need for our processing. I hope.

Adobe Cloud Price changes from $14.99 for student edition to $19.99 at checkout

http://www.adobe.com/au/education.html - Clearly says $14.99 for student subscription but changes to $19.99 when I go to checkout. I have an edu account and Adobe ID with same address. Can I checkout with the $14.99 price.

Notice the au in the link and also notice the price is A$ 14.99. Is your Adobe ID billing address and credit card for Austrlia or for the United States?

Prices change from starting ordering process to checkout

When I go to order any phone upgrade, the price changes from the time I start the process to when i check out. For example, the LG Cosmos Touch says Free, then in the checkout it is $79,95
Am I doing something wrong or is this a glitch?

Price Change in iTunesconnect doesn't show up in the library. why?

We are to have a app price discount event in a limited time. (Like 5 days)
Our current app's price is 2.99 USD, tier3. Target price is 1.99.
There was no problem changing price in itunesconnect. ( I already asked iTunes about this problem. it says "Bud inside your DPS app. other then that, that cannot happen")
But it never showed up in our library or store. (I've waited for over 3 days and see if it changes. But still no change in our app library. So, waiting for more isn't a correct answer. )
What I need to do was delete the whole app and reinstall the app. Then, the price change showed up.
Why? I can't make our subsribers and customers erase our apps from their ipads and reinstall.

- We have done our IAP service for a few years without any problem
- iTunes contract&payment information was all correct.
- We build our app with Adobe DPS.
- and yes. Or fourse, I have our local sales company (in S.Korea) to help us. But so slow that I won't be able to open our price discount event on schedule.

I purchased a Maxx at FULL retail price (out of contract) to keep my unlimited data. An unauthorized/illegal change was made to the plan and all VZW could do was offer me $20 in credit.

As the title says:
I purchased a Droid Maxx at full retail price (approximately $540) to keep my grandfathered unlimited data. An unauthorized/illegal change was made by my younger sister (who is not an account manager and stole the information from my mom) to the plan and I was not notified within the 14-day closing period to revert the changes. For the record, both my mom and I are account managers, my younger sister is not.
I went in to my account (and changed all the information) and found out that when changes are made to the account online, you have to send an authorization text to one of the phones--however, you can send this authorization to ANY of the phones on the plan, so my sister sent it to hers (instead of an account managers).
So, the only reason I found out about this change to my plan was via a text message telling me I was "approaching max data," which of course should not happen with unlimited data. My younger sister did not tell anyone she made the changes.
When I found out about two (nearly three) weeks ago, I called Verizon to open a ticket about it. They did, said they would call/text me back a few days later--they didn't. One week later I made another phone call to see what the status on that ticket was--the rep said that the other rep was supposed to call me, but didn't, and so he pushed the ticket again. Lo and behold, another week later, still no response from VZW about the ticket. So I called again only to find out that the request to revert the data plan back to unlimited had been denied.
I spoke with that representative for nearly 40 minutes and all she could offer was some unwanted advice about what to do about my sister's behavior or that "I'm so sorry that someone would do that." I told her I wasn't looking for consolation, but for a compromise on either getting my unlimited data back, or refunding the difference between contract and full-retail price of the phone. I threatened to leave VZW because of this and all she could offer was a measly $20 credit.
I have filed a BBB complaint against Verizon Wireless for this issue as an illegal change that goes unnoticed past the 14-day closing period should be addressed in a more urgent manner.
I have also reached out on Reddit and Twitter, because obviously calling the VZW support does nothing to alleviate my situation. I am very dissatisfied with how VZW is handling an illegal and fraudulent change on my account that has shafted me out of 500 dollars.

You seam to be focusing your anger at Verizon and not your sister. Verizon followed the rules and required IDs and passwords to access the wireless account. You and/or your mother are supposed to safeguard that information. Your sister has committed the felony by stealing your mothers identity for personal gain.

My question to you is who made the illegal and fraudulent change to your account? Verizon or your sister? Keeping in mind your sister had all the correct IDs and passwords,
I'm sure if you went to Verizon and wanted to make some changes to your account, and you had the correct IDs and passwords, you would be upset and angry if they put you through the 3rd degree because they thought you were committing fraud.

Automatic Price Change at the time of Confirmation of PP order

Dear Sir,
When Production Order is being confirmed (T Code COR6), the
price of the BOM material (Finished Goods with standatd price)is getting
changed. PR document type FI document is created and UMB key
is getting the hit with a very minimum amount. (0.01 Indian Rupees) . This is not happening regularly. But suddenly in one confirmation it is happening. The process order are created in
the system for 1 month say Start Date 01.01.2009 End Date
31.01.2009
This is happeing when confirmation is made in first day of next month
for previous month i.e. for process order of January 2009 (Start
Date 01.01.2009 End Date 31.01.2009 ) confirmation is made on the
01.02.2009. Document date is 01.02.2009, posting date is
31.01.2009.
The PR (Price Change) docuement is getting generated on 01.02.2009 with posting date on 01.02.2009.
At the mont end there is no manual Price Change thru MR21 transaction.

Hi,
You need to check that material Standard Cost estimation has run or not for the next period. Normally Standard cost run can be run every period or once in 3 periods or once in a year. Based on this the standard cost estimate will update the material prices in the costing 2 view if any changes in the existing price. May be his could be the reason you may face the problem.
